The absolute worst experience I have ever had in this store. I have been here many times before for graduation, sorority and birthday gifts. This most recent time, the clerk kept following me around, and watching me non stop but left the other customer roam freely. She kept showing me items that “may be in my price range”... ma’am I can afford anything in that store. The entire time she was rude and not helpful. The one item I was going to buy I couldn’t get monogrammed, so I went with the larger option and still she wouldn’t let me get the full name monogram even if it was a little smaller. So I left nothing. I felt like I was being racially profiled and Treated poorly as a customer. As someone who used to come here often... this was the last time.

Great store. They have all sorts of gifts for babies, general, graduation, sorority and fraternity, and school spirit. They also do personalization on their items and stuff brought in. I highly recommend Pics & Gifts.

Ordered a sorority bid day gift. My daughter loved it! Areived ON bid day. Love the prompt delivery and right to the dorm. Thanks for supporting our kids this way. Can’t wait to stop in next time we are in Waco!

Went to get stuff embroidered with greek letters because I was referenced by one of my fraternity brothers and was satisfied with his product so I brought many items to be embroidered and it was inconsistent with the reference I was given by my fraternity brother. I took my items back up there saying it wasnt what I expected to be done and that I was wanting some type of solution and they told me there was nothing else they could do. I paid approximately $150 for the embroidering and they have now ruined over $200 worth of product that I brought in. I WILL NOT be using their services again and I WILL NOT be referring anyone that I know in Greek life at Baylor University to use their services.

Ive taken many items in here for custom embroidery, and have ALWAYS been treated with excellent customer service! Lots of cute items too!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, maybe even negative stars. My experience here was terrible! Never in my life have I ever been racially profiled in a store. The owner of the store followed me everywhere I went and proceeded to correct me when I was picking items up. She also acted as if I couldnt afford what I wanted to purchase. (Ill buy that store) The only reason why I purchased something was because I needed it. I will NEVER Support them again!!! She is racist and not even licensed vendor to sell Greek items! PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY A THING FROM HERE, SUPPORT A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!!#blacklivesmatter

Horrible customer service, I mean the worst I have been experienced! They are rude. Watch the elderly clerk start to yell at customers who return something with errors on work they had done. Felt so bad for the poor woman because they refused to repair what they damaged. Stay away like the plague!
