I had the glass replaced in several windows of my home. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire process and Rocket Glass team. Everyone was very friendly and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for your glass and mirror needs!

Steve and his crew went over and above on my shower glass and door. They custom made the glass and door to fit my 83 walk in shower. After installation, we discovered a leak in the tile grout that was allowing water to go under the glass that they had installed. Steve had his crew come back out and removed the glass and stored it at their shop while the builder repaired the shower. Steve then had them reinstall the glass at no extra cost to me. They are very professional and I would use them again. Thanks Steve!

Amazing glass. The best website for glass. I received the rocket bong in the mail. It was the most protected bong I’ve ever been sent. Lots and LOTS of bubble wrap, and tape. I hesitated whether to write this review or not, but I believe in letting the market sort things out, and it cant do that without information.I went with this company partly because of price, but also because of all the nice reviews; however, my experience did not live up to the expectations set by all those stars. I ordered a custom-sized glass piece for an end table I picked up at an auction. The order was contracted out to a company in Dallas and returned locally for pickup. Long story short, when I got it home, it didnt fit--the width was off by 3/32. I called, and the young lady through whom I had originally ordered told me to bring the piece back; if it was the wrong size then the folks in Dallas would replace it. It was tempered glass, she explained, so couldnt be ground down (which was my original hope upon discovering the mis-fit).Upon arrival, another woman was in the office as well. When I explained why I was there, she grabbed the piece of glass from me, whipped out a measuring tape, and exclaimed to the young lady I had dealt with, I see nine inches! What do you see? You see nine inches too, right? I see nine!Well...I see two stars.The young lady whom I had dealt with originally took the piece to the back of the shop, ostensibly to call the manufacturer (not sure why she couldnt use the phone that was right there). She came back and said that yes, it was off, but only by 1/16, which was within industry standards, and so they wouldnt replace it. She then offered to have it ground down. I expressed skepticism, since she had already stated that it wasnt an option. I was then told that, well, they do it quite frequently, but its a risk with tempered glass because it can break with the process. Rather than risk being completely out of the money spent, I decided to router down the table top and re-stain it instead.The good: definitely the lowest price quote I received.The bad: confusing communication which cost me a trip back across town (45 minutes or more round trip). Rudeness by the one employee. It doesnt bother me that much that they wouldnt replace it--I think you have to draw the line somewhere, and although my measurements differed from theirs, that 1/32 could be a function of the differing tools used--but just that the one lady was so rude about it. Maybe people trying to rip them off on custom glass is a thing? And while I understand that the customer isnt actually always right, you should still be nice to them, IMHO.

A little pricey for me, but friendly.
