Karen initially helped me from the start. She was very friendly and great customer service. Austin was the muscle as soon as he walked in he helped loaded the piano. Great people to work with glad I found this place.

I ordered a saxophone thru my daughter school and I haven’t received, the sales guy at my daughter school said that he work at this store, when I called the store the said they said that they don’t know anything about the order and I had to call the sales person, called sales person, no answer, 10 min hold time for customer service

Just took my cheap beginner banjo (that I bought somewhere else) up there for some adjustments and Austin was great. He made some adjustments to my neck and action before tuning it back up for me on the spot and was very knowledgeable. The banjo sounds great and the action feels cleaner. Though it looks like their stock consists mainly of brass, woodwind and guitar (with some drum pieces), theyve assured me they could help with my next banjo purchase. Would recommend. Found my new favorite music shop.

Music & Art hwy 6 waco Tx. Store Mr. Warren the store manager and Mr. Austin lead sales guy helped me with some issues I had with a particular instrument. I am very appreciative for their experteace and super customer service.

Lisa answered the phone and encouraged me to come to their shop and look at my training violin that I had received from my pastor. She was very helpful and taught me a few things about the violin. She replaced my A string and tuned it for me, showed me how to properly care for my instrument. I purchased a few things that needed purchasing and also gave me a veterans discount. I encourage all veterans to go to Music & Arts store for a real friendly experience.

Music & Arts is a great new music shop and lesson center in the Waco area. David, who teaches piano on Thursdays, is an excellent teacher and an even better jazz pianist. He kept me engaged and excited to learn piano. Danielle the GM of the site is awesome to work with and will make your experience even better. Also, Samuel, one of the employees, is extremely enthusiastic about instruments and music and takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. He’s awesome to work with adds to the personal experience of the overall shop. I recommend everyone stop by whether you’re a beginner or an advanced music artist!

Great experience so far. My daughter has been learning guitar with Trey and might I add he is a great teacher! She is learning quicker than I thought she would. Danielle is very attentive and helpful. Daniel helped us with purchasing a guitar and was very helpful as well with helping us choose the right one. Great store! Tons of instruments for purchase and rental. Great staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. Great special events for all people from young to old to those with special needs. They got my kiddos musical notes ringing in a good way. Offer lessons as well cannot wait to go back!!!

Lisa from Music and Arts answered the phone answered questions about student guitars and offered to set one aside I was there a bit later and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She was very kind and delivered enthusiastic customer service that made shopping here fun. I recommend for musical instrument needs, music classes, and events. They have a local Facebook page run by Lisa for these events.

Bought a very cheap violin online and didnt know how to fully put it together or what to really do with it. Called Music & Arts and they said I could come in and they would help me put it together and make sure it was properly tuned. Very nice and helpful.Will definitely be coming back here if I need any help with this instrument or any future instruments.

Went in needing some different sized reeds for my daughter to try out on her clarinet - manager on duty helped us out by giving us a couple of samples. We will definitely be back once we know which one works best for her. Also, I am a local gigging musician (singer/songwriter) and both of my boys play trumpet (one high school, one college) and we will come back for supplies/repairs as needed. Great shop, good prices, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Stopped in today to get a trumpet repaired. Danielle was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite! We chatted about what other instruments are played in our family and she gave a tour of the store and explained where everything we could need in the future was.I will absolutely be returning and will likely make this my familys go to music store for band and orchestra needs!

Walked in looking for a cheap clarinet mouthpiece; walked out with a new entry on my go-to list for local music needs. The place is not big in space, but they cram a lot of useful stuff in there if you play any kind of instrument. Signed up for lessons with their clarinet teacher, Lori: a very patient lady, very supportive, made it fun. Manager Danielle is friendly, efficient, and she listens to the customer. Good staff. I am a local piano teacher. I am very pleased with the selection and availability of books and sheet music here. Staff is friendly and professional, environment is peaceful and the location is perfect.

A few months ago we contacted them about drum lessons for my daughter. We had a meet and greet with Adrian (sorry if misspelled). Since then my son decided he wanted to play an instrument too. Well he couldnt narrow it down and Warren patiently let him try several instruments. Warren and the violin instructor explained the aspects of several ( like 10 +) instruments on two separate occasions. My son went with the guitar. So far Austin seems just amazing as Adrian. During my kids lessons I have had the opportunity to chat with a few of the other teachers and they seem amazing as well. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Went in to peruse the keyboards just to gather research on what I wanted (then purchase online haha) but after talking to the staff I got a smokin hot deal on a floor model that was better than any online deal I could find. Beautiful store, a fantastic manager and sales team & a wonderful lessons program.

Not a good 1st experience. Called to see if they could get a particular trumpet oil for my son and was told they would have it in two days. A week later I stopped by and was told sorry they could order it for me and give me a discount. If I wanted to order it online I could have done that myself and had it by now.Update - they called me back and had ordered the oil and gave it to me for free which was very unexpected!
