Both times that I have gone cashier ladies are very helpful. The first time I went with my husband he found four nice and inexpensive dress shirts. They have good quality clothes for men and women and I found something for me the second time around. I spotted out the cute fall decor today and would like to go back to get a few things.

Bought everything from hay cradles, corral panels, generator, tools, to various feeds. They also carry more specialized products for horses with IR that have to be on starch/sugar restrictions. The staff here will always drop what they are doing to help and if you cant find it here, they can help direct you to an alternate feed store. Always enjoy the conversation with them as well.

Love this place. Get all my dog supplies here, less expensive than the popular pet stores, & they have durable toys that can survive my sidekick Nix, a very large black Belgian shepherd/German shepherd. I get his ball with rope in the horse section, lol. They have flea control, & supplements. Can now have 1 sided keys made, which is anything other than car keys basically.The garden & yard tools I need, tools, seasonal gifts. Bins up front with different little things, rain boots, work boots, steel toe & regular, clothes. Love their old time candy & sodas that are hard to find anywhere else.Like they say in the country, if Tractor Supply aint got it, you dont need it. Ok, a man def said that, lol. Very friendly helpful team that go the extra mile, which is kinda rare these days. Def a great place to shop. 👍#staysafeyall

I have always given TSC an excellent rating, five stars. But, I went in yesterday to buy dog food. The employee that helped me did get me a cart and helped me with the dog food, but didnt seem to want to take the time or have the knowledge of product to find the actual type of dog food I needed for my puppy, so I ended up getting the wrong variety. He followed me get to the counter and then proceeded off as the clerk announced for someone to help a customer load some dog food. In fact, there were actually three pretty husky male employees at the front counters, not checking customers out, just there, when she announced that. I walked slowly out of the store and went to my car. Usually someone will be right behind me. This time, however not one single employee came out to help me. I waited by my Outback for two or three minutes, and then I, a 78 year old disabled woman with knee replacements, a severe back injury, and other physical problems, had to load my dog food by myself. I am not a happy TSC camper. They next time, I will not leave the area inside the doors until there is someone right there to help me when I get to my vehicle.

Ordered on 11th of may was told originally it would be shipped in 2 days then told it would be at store for pick up on 18th on the 20th showed in port allen la, ok close to store next day package back in texas, today it is back in dallas!!

Never been in a TSC store until last week. It was great! They had the last patio heater in all of Waco...at the best price!

Online pickup is horrible. Be ready to wait 15 to 20 minutes to receive your order. I even called ahead of time for them to find my package and it still took 20 minutes. They say they have not gone through their shipment they have gotten in the last couple of days.

Amazing Store! If you need anything from livestock products, to limited home improvement, to truck and trailer equipment, to pet food and products, to clothing, TSC has it! I go regularly and can always depend on great products at reasonable prices. Plus, the manners and knowledge of the team far out ways their sometimes limited staff and/or assistance. They always go out of their way to make sure I have all that I need and ask questions of other products I might be missing. Management is quick and responsive to solve issues/discrepancies.

It takes a ridiculous amount of time for someone to get out to the car for curbside pick up. Just go in and get it. I have ordered curbside to avoid going in with a toddler but waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to come out is worse.

The staff at the Tractor Supply Store in Waco is fantastic! They are always friendly and greet you with a smile and a welcome to our store! They have all been very helpful and try to go out of their way to be so! Any of the staff have always helped me get the products I have wanted together and then taken them to the car and loaded them for me.

My number one go to store. Find just about everything. Products are very good, never had a problem with it. Help, from managers to other staff members, are extremely helpful and display manners in helping customers. T Their discounts are what keeps me going...its an addiction. Between products, services and Discounts, Collectively is why they are 5 Star hardware plus store.

Employees are LAZY and do not care about customers’ needs at all. Asked an employee if they had any chicken dewormer and he simply replied No and walked off. Uhm, might you care to offer thoughts on alternatives? Maybe spend literally fifteen seconds to dive a bit deeper? Stood in the store on google and found an alternative product that was in fact sold at the store but elected not to give a dime of my hard earned money to this location. Drove to Atwood’s instead.

I tried to be transferred to this store... There was too many reasons from the other store I couldnt or would have to wait. Went into the location to look for something but only found that the sections I was looking in were very much out of order and showed that some might be as caring as I am bout the place and or what I was there to try n purchase

A fellow named Ben was so knowledgeable and helpful plus the sweetest cashiers ever. I give them 💯 +on everything. They are a blessing to all who are like me..(lost when it comes to kid & animal friendly products). 👍

Tractor Supply is the only place in Waco Ive found that sells the horse feed I like. They have a very nice equine and first aid section, and the are friendly and ready to help. Miss Lisa is always very upbeat and ready to help with anything you need. She goes above and beyond everyday.

People here are always helpful and polite. They are the only place in town that Carrys 4health brand dog food and their prices are pretty reasonable. My daughter loves to look at the baby ducks and chicks.

Excellent, I was greeted at the door, associate asked what I needed, I told him and he jogged to the back of the store, grabbed my tire tube and brought it to the front of the store, out the door in minutes. His going to get my part was great for me as I walk with a cane. Great service, Thanks much

I went in looking for fencing left feeling discriminated against and like an inconvenience to just about all their employees. Either employee morale is very low(which didnt seem this way for their other customers) or there is a deeper underlying issue here

My family has been having a great experience with Tractor Supplys pet section. The dog food is cheaper, in greater quantities, and healthier than other places. They also had fairly priced medication for our dog. I recommend anyone to check out a Tractor Supply Co. for their pets needs before they go to a grocery story or domestic pet shop.

I have shopped TSC Waco for over 20 years. It used to be reliable with friendly people. Now it is so poorly stocked you simply cannot count on them having what you need. And the floor help is ambivalent at best. At the same time prices have gone through the roof. No longer worth the drive to town for me.

The people here are friendly and very helpful. I just wish they would bring back their military discount. 😕 other than that they have a lot of quality products and knowledge people. 🙂

Made a ship to store purchase and everything was so easy. They called, texted and emailed me when my order had arrived. All I had to do was go to the customer service desk to pick it up. So smoothly.

The setup is the same as every Tractor Supply, if you have been in one you have been in them all. At this location, the staff is very helpful and efficient. The lines move fast so not a lot of wait or lag.

Same as always, dont waste your lunch break. Like checking out at harbor freight. Sorry the truth is the truth. Other than check out its fine. Definitely not the Mexia location. Mexia store is really clean and organized.

The Valley Mills Drive location in Waco, TX always seems to have a problem keeping inventory on the shelf. Im always being told by the clerks that an item should be in on the next truck. That is almost never the case. Ive been trying to purchase flock blocks for a month now. Every week Ive checked to see if the item has come in...to no avail...still no flock blocks. This past weekend I was told that the Waco store is one of the largest in the area, but the management has no control over ordering inventory. That is determined by the TSC distribution center. Well, hello!!! Someone at the top of the corporate food chain needs to do something about that. Youre missing out on sales...or do you consider yourself to be so big that lost revenue is not a problem?

My husband noticed an item I had that was not on sale as I thought it was, they put my money back on my credit card in less than a minute. Choices of pet food was amazing and at a really reasonable price. I will stick with them from now on!

I bought this little trailer for my lawnmower and was skeptical about how good it would hold up. It’s been a year now and it’s still doing great.

Every time I go into this store I have a great time. Lots of good deals. This time i got out without buying a thing though I was tempted!

I used to be a regular costumer there, but now i wont get near that store anymore. They wanted to do a background check on me just to buy a bb gun. I just went to Wal-Mart and they sold it to me without any problems.

Very cold weekend, bulk propane tank sitting outside, with good price posted for propane sales signs all over the place.... NO ONE THERE TO FILL TANKS! whats the point???Update 12-30-17, still the same problem! Propane on hand no one to sell it. Im done with this place!Update 1-2-18 ran out of propane. Dont come here for propane.

One of the worst TSC I have been to! The store is always in disarray, and they are out of stock 9 times out of 10 on many of the more common items...such as dog food! No excuse, since their distribution center is right down the road! Maybe a better manager will get this store in shape!
