Cute little shop. Interesting to see where the brand came from. Off season warehouse sales and scratch and dent tent are worth checking out.

Odd part of town. Its cool to see the original location but they should use it at this point for a history museum to show the origins of the company instead of a clearance rack. Kinda disappointing. I love Chip and Joanna this isnt a post to bash anything about them. I am just suggesting they rethink what to do with this location.

Came all the way from Augusta, Georgia and was pleasantly surprised at the “scratch and dent” items at The Little Shop on Bosque”. We were so excited to visit the Little Shop on Bosque, but we were so disappointed ☹️. Small space, lack of inventory and the stuff was less than impressive. I have found better Magnolia Home items at the Marshalls I go to in Charlotte, NC. Maybe this just happened to be a bad weekend to visit. Hope others have a better experience and find better deals. 🙂

This little place was cool. And the soap that I got was awesome. I might be making the 100mile drive back down just for that.

Its small with a few things to select from. If you go out back, there the clearance area which has marked down items, some due to damage.

Worth the wait for some good discounted finds. If you visit the silos save your receipt because you get 10% off here. But to be honest we got our fix coming here and avoiding the crowds. Found some lovely repurposed wood candle sticks, a laundry sign, a t shirt, and of course cotton sprigs.

Its Chip and Joanna Gains discount store for returned, broken or out dated items. Kind of in a dodgy ghetto area of Waco. Nothing like the show that uses editing to make it appear like a country road market.

Good service .clean . Respectful .. And you get what you ask for. I recommend to get your grill at that shop . They help you adjust your grill before leaving to fit tight are how to fill whats right .....so yes this shop is right ....

Go here after visiting the silos and magnolia market! If you bring your receipt from the day you will get an additional percentage off the already discounted items. They house scratch and dent and retired items at this location but its definitely worth the stop. You can get a limited selection of cheap shirts here, as well as some other decorative items. I bought more here than I did at Magnolia Market, plus its cool to see where Chip and Joanna got started!

A lot of great Magnolia products that are a pretty good discount from her main shop. I like how I was able to get 10% off on top of the 40% with my Magnolia receipt. I just shopped at Magnolia and got tulips and a candle and used that receipt for the discount. Always friendly staff, too.

This is the best place to get the best prices on everything that is from the Silos. Go to the silos and see everything that they have, then drop on by here afterwards to pick up everything you want at a discounted price. I cant stop by here enough.

This little shop houses things that Magnolia market did not sell at the silos. So it is a markdown store some of the items were a good deal others were not. The workers were extremely friendly always restocking and offering help to each customer.there was a lemon lavender lip balm that my aunt originally paid $12 and we found it there for $3!!

I went because my wife wanted to get the entire Waco experience. This one out of all of them was my favorite. It seemed like a down home shop with friendly employees and the prices of things were not absurd. If you want a piece of the magnolia experience, head here. Shirts and other products for reasonable prices and we had an iced tea truck to help us with the heat.

They have awesome deals on slightly less than perfect merchandise here. We were directed here by the sweet people working at the Silos. I found a gorgeous mirror, shelf, and planter for very reasonable prices whereas at the silos it probably would have run $200 or more.

The thrill of being there and possibly seeing Joanna or Chip was exciting, but no sightings. Went late in the day at Silos. Had a wonderful cup cake. Milled around. Shopped in the marked. Not much to shop for. $10.00 for a bottle brush tree was just wrong!! Just a note to self. I seen what I wont drive 20 hours to see again. Put your good stuff out for all your guests. Just saying. I just felt cheated. we had money to spend, but very little of anything to buy. Im just letting ya know.

Its definitely a cool place to visit but honestly their stuff is still overpriced. Chip and Joanne are awesome people but they dont need to overcharge their fans. $8 sweet tea lol $30 candles (candle was at a discount)... I like their stuff but you can buy almost identical things at Target through their magnolia line.

Incredibly disappointing, very pricy especially for dented, damaged, disconnected products. Very little product in the store. Dont waste your time.

Nothing fancy, but the best place to find deals on Magnolia Farms “paraphernalia. Discontinued and seconds at marked down prices. The merchandise is constantly changing so it a hit or miss experience, but always fun to be surprised at what you might find. Some items might require a little TLC, but if you’re handy these items can be a good bargain for crafts or decorating. Usually crowded but some decent deals.

The place is amazing. It has a great butcher shop with Czech meats, Czech pastry and tons of gifts.

Has the same stuff as the silos shop but at a discount. The scratch and dent items are the most affordable things there. The rest is incredibly overpriced, even the heavily discounted items. If you visited the silos first I wouldnt bother with the 10 min drive here.

This site is Joanna Gaines’ original Magnolia market. It’s located on the west side of town on Bosque Boulevard, several miles from The Silos. Parking is available in the church lot next door.The market is small and seemed to have marked down, discontinued, or slightly damaged goods. If you look around, you might be able to find a Magnolia item you like at a lower price.If you’re doing the ‘Fixer Upper’ thing in Waco, you might want to stop here and see where Jo Jo’s got her start.

Discount store for the Magnolia Silos - nice, quaint little shop, but not much room for parking. Worth stopping at if youre in Waco for the Magnolia experience.

The staff is amazing! And the deals here are hard to pass up. Always some kind of sale going on to make the deals even better.

Fun tip: if you purchase an item in the Magnolia store at the Silos and bring your receipt you can get 10% off your purchase here!Only open Thursday through Saturday. We went at 2 PM on a Thursday and by the time we left (around 2:45) there was a line to get in the store. All the items are discounted at this place so if you dont want to pay full price (especially on t-shirts) I would go here and see what you can find! Employees very helpful and friendly so ask them any questions you might have!

Came here after checking out the Silos Market. I made a purchase at the Silos Market and they have me a card with this store info (which I didn’t know about) and said with that card you get 10% off there. This shop is all discounted and discontinued items from 24-75% off. Great selection of home goods, flowers, and even clothing. There is a covered outdoor section and then a small store as well. Again staff was very friendly. Free parking next door at the church. We arrived around 3pm and it wasn’t too busy.

Fine for some clearance items, but there wasn’t much of a selection when we were there. Good to see where it all started, but you can do a drive-by and not miss anything.

I wasnt that impressed. Bought an outside therometer made in China which I later realized.Guess I was expecting a local made item....Really didnt see the excitement and found it overpriced, which is why I now have a $24 therometer made in China.....only thing I could afford. Then to see a China sticker on it made me want to take it back. Which leads me to my Magnolia Market purchases ( where I dropped a couple hundred). Got the measuring spoon set.... one broke first time I used. They replaced it promptly but was informed they were more for looks than actual use...even though they are printed dishwasher and microwave safe....huh? Did get a great quality leather pouch though! Love that purchase!
