I have been a customer of LAPS for several years now. I currently subscribe to bi-monthly pool maintenance. The technician James is professional and knowledgeable and personable. My interactions with the staff have always been exceptional. I took my robotic cleaner in because I thought it was malfunctioning. LAPS checked it out and it was fine...it was the electrical outlet on my patio that wasnt working. LAPS didnt even charge me for checking out the cleaner. LAPS is customer centered.

We got a pretty good deal on a used spa we purchased back in March. We use it at least every other day. And we do love it. However the reason for the two stars.It’s because we have been promised a NEW cover for it. But it’s now October and still NO NEW cover.We’ve reached out multiple times to the salesman. And keep getting told “your next in line”.Well truth be told. We don’t quite believe it.So if you read this far. Hopefully you get everything your told you’ll get upfront from these guys. Im a 60 year old widow who needs bilateral hip replacement, and dont want it! I contacted Daniel. I explained that I was very interested in a hot tub, but wasnt sure if I would be able to get in. He invited me to the store to see if I could get in. I was able to get in. He suggested that I get the extra handrail. I did. I wanted a really small hot tub, because I am the only one using it. Daniel gave me a great deal on a slightly larger one with steps, cover and the handrail! Plus he suggested that I speak with my surgeon and get a prescription which made it tax free! Daniel came to my home to make sure I was ready for delivery. I just used paving stones. Chris and Brian came to deliver and set up they were great! My experience was wonderful all around! I cant thank these three young men enough. Im in my hot tub at least three or four times a day. I exercise in it. I relax in it, and I love it!!

Just got our Envoy Hot Tub delivered. Cody Johnson and his team got our tub up and running very quickly. They were very professional and customer oriented. We were confident that we knew how to operate the hot tub after Cody left for the day. He knows how to sing too!

We have had the good fortune of finding Lake Air Pool Supply (LAPS) when we moved here to Tx. in 2009. We purchased a home w/a pool and hot tub, both of which we had no clue how to care for or maintain. We contacted LAPS w/our concerns and they set up an appointment for the very next day to go over and explain the proper process of keeping our pool and tub clean and operating at its peak performance. Dave and one of his techs came and thoroughly explained the care and upkeep of all related components associated w/our pool and tub. We were treated like 1st class customers from the minute we walked in the door. LAPS was supposed to be the first of several hot tub places we looked at but after spending 30 minutes with Ryan we knew we didn’t need to look any further. The sales experience was great and then we got to experience the install. That was top notch as well. From start to finish Shawn and the guys were absolutely wonderful. There were no questions left to ask after his very thorough explanation. They also took time to explain to my grandson (who we fondly refer to as Sir Talks A Lot) and answered all his questions as well. Can’t say enough about these guys!

We have had our Hot Spring Envoy for a little over a year. We love it!! We were having an issue with the remote. The screen was blank. We brought it in to LAPS today and Ryan took care of us right away. He paired it with a model in the showroom and explained how to fix it when we returned home. I purchased a Hot Spot Rhythm in May and it was installed the first week of June. The transaction was seamless, and everyone at Lake Air was extremely helpful. My kids and I were given a full tour of the warehouse so I could see all of the spa options. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. The guys came out to measure my deck and I was able to put a deposit down at that time. The purchase process was smooth, and there was absolutely no pressure at any time. The staff answered all of my questions at the store and during the install. The guys were extremely careful getting my spa on my deck and they got me all set up in about half a day. I am completely satisfied with my New Hot Tub. The crew (Cory, Brian, Shawn, and one other that I dont remember his name) These 4 gentlemen did an outstanding job. Brian spent a long time going over the operation and how to do the chemicals. We had some problems getting the water correct because I have well water and it has lots of minerals in it. Had great experience shopping for hot tub. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They asked want I had in mind and showed me my choices. Not pushy or try to sell you what you dont need. They have went Above and beyond the call even if I didnt buy my pool there. They came out and fixed my problem with pool. They can test water on tub and pool and not charge you. I would never use this company, unless you just want to get invoices, pay them, and not be able to use your pool. We have tried using them for several years for lack of other options, but with constant issues coming up. They promise they will fix things, do a good job for several months, then right back where we started. Most recently they came out and the very next day the pool was emptied down below the side drains and the pump is pumping air with our yard a swamp around the pump - the next day after they had come out and sent another invoice. At this point our pool has been non-usable for 6 weeks with repeated promises of well get back to you. Cant get in the hot tub because it smells like fish. Water green. Hot tub remote out for over a month. This is with them coming every other week continually promising it would be fixed. We took care of our pool for years without these issues. When we finally got someone on the phone about this latest debacle all we got was an attitude. Use anyone else.

We were in town for the 2018 Airshow, and stopped by just to look, and inside of 30 minutes we were purchasing a refurbished 2 person hot tub. Ryan and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We got an incredible deal on our tub, with a new cover, chemicals, the original owners manual, and a 90 day warranty. Everything was as promised. A+++++ experience. We couldnt be happier with the entire transaction, and love our new hot tub!

The team at LAPS, is the BEST! I purchased a Glow Model from the Limelight Collection from Ryan Jordan. He is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful sales person that I have ever met. Because of the extremely wet Winter and Spring, my Glow had to be housed at LAPS, longer than expected. It was no problem, even though they were in the middle of a show room remodel. The day the Glow was delivered, Cody Johnson, and one other crew member (his name escapes me, sorry) arrived on time, and ready to work. Love my new swim spa cover! Easy to roll and unroll. My old one needed two people to lift and fold....... then find a place to store while using the swim spa. The new one rests on the end while the spa is in use. Easy to use and looks great! I recommend it highly!

I am only too happy to express my gratitude to the amazing team at LAPS!!! My husband Mark and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and two other young men on the purchase and installation of our Envoy tub. The install was flawless! The level of knowledge of the install team was outstanding, right down to Pandora through the Bluetooth speakers!! Did I say that my husband and I are from the dinosaur age of little to no technology 😐. If you need experts in the pool and spa area, you cant go anywhere else!!! We are in the middle of renovations, so I apologize for the late review. We had our hot tub set up in September and absolutely love it. LAPS is an outstanding company! Ryan held our hot tub until we were ready for it and the technicians, Cody & Clinton, went above and beyond to make our tub, grass, and electrical look great. We have also had several calls to check on our current satisfaction level with our hot tub. I am glad we went with LAPS to buy our hot tub...I would recommend them to anyone looking for superior service!

We have relied on LAPS for years to help us maintain our neighborhood pool. But this summer they truly went above and beyond the call! Ryan Jordan was a knowledgeable, patient and gracious hot tub salesman--and even though we ultimately decided to go with a secondhand purchase, he still came out and surveyed our property for the best possible spa placement--for free. LAPS also did a fabulous job moving the new-to-us unit, and continue to provide water testing and other technical support to help us our unit. We rely on Lake Air Pool Supply for all our pool and hot tub needs, and trust their staff to give us the best possible service.

Buying a hot tub is a expensive investment. I thought about buying a used one to save money but at the end I decided to buy a new one thanks to Brian at Lake Air Pools which gave me a great deal and awesome financing. The install guys did a terrific job and showed us how to properly use it and how to maintain it. I was then worried about the hot tub running up my electricity bill, but I ashore you I hardly notice a change after owning it for five months, very very energy efficient. Now I say buying a hot tub is a great investment and a great addition to any house. Thanks to the team at Lake Air Pools!!

We have had our Hot Springs Spa now almost two years. From the very beginning, Ryan assisted us in selecting the right pool for our needs. Because we wanted a special order color, it took about a week and a half to get the pool in. But as soon as it arrived at the store Ryan and crew brought it out and installed it. It has worked flawlessly since we got it. I had hip replacement surgery last year and I believe this Spa really did help in my recovery from that surgery.I highly recommend Lake Air Pools and especially the Hot Springs Spa.

Last week my new Endless SwimSpa was installed and i am so impressed with the service I received from Lake Air Pool Supply!!! From the the beginning of the whole process Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what i wanted In a swim spa. He answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and in a timely manner. The weather delayed our installation but he made it happen on one of the few clear days we had. Their customer service is unmatched by any business Ive ever dealt with. I dont know exactly what it is, but theres just something about the way they treat you that makes you feel like a regular. Nobody there knows my name, who I work for, or what I do for a living, but whether its the usual person working the front desk or someone Ive never seen before, they always treat me like I am a VIP. I cannot brag on them enough. This business deserves some kind of award.
