Picked up lawnmower last week. Suppose to come at lunchtime finally arrived after 3pm. Very reasonable for work done. Brought lawnmower back was told would bring about 12 or 12:30 I told them we had something we were doing but was told time was firm. Called today after waiting since 11:30 am and was told should be there by 4 pm. We cancelled our plans to wait. Communication with pickup and drop off is lousy.

I ordered a front roller for my Dixon lawn mower a year ago and havent received it yet. Called on another part today and had to talk to four different people before they said yes my part was in which he was suppose to call me when it came in alot like my front roller. The place doesnt care weather you get your part or not. Horrible service

Two friends--ones a rancher and the other owns a very successful lawn care business--suggested that I get a quote from Landscape Supply before I bought any lawn care equipment. Not only were their prices competitive with the big box stores, but they also had excellent customer service. I was able to do most of the transaction via email, only having to go into the store to pay for the equipment and get a tutorial on how it worked. I will definitely be back the next time I need something they sell.

Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They provided users and owners manuals in a convenient binder. I had a problem with a wheel upgrade the same day I brought my new Gravely home. As soon as I walked back into the store, they were on the problem. It was fixed immediately, and I noticed management on the phone with the wheel company. Proactive! I’ve also purchased a string trimmer here, and have used their service department. I have Not been disappointed. Can’t wait to haul home some of the landscape materials they stock and get some projects going!

Was on a mission to buy a zero turn. Called all over Waco and landscape supply was the only shop to answer the phone to answer some short sweet questions, so that was my destination. Pulled up and was met on the front sidewalk by Travis. I told him about my specific 42” openings that the mower had to fit through and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We pulled a tape measure on a couple of mowers just to make for certain they would fit, and I purchased a solid Hustler. They loaned me a trailer to take the mower home and everyone was very helpful, even when I was there at closing time on Saturday. I think Kevin forgot to fill my mower with gas (hahaha) as Travis and I had discussed, but the guys are taking care of my first oil change and air filter!! As long as I reside near Waco, landscape supply has a lifetime customer! Thanks guys!

Been looking fo a commercial ZTR for a few months and finally decided on a Scag Cheetah II. Will was my salesman and I couldn’t be happier with his help. He was very honest and never tried to pressure me into a sale. Very knowledgeable of the products and researched the answer for me when he didn’t know. In fact, while waiting on him, I witnessed his dealings with a very difficult customer and he never was disrespectful or did he lose his composure. Will is a fine young man and he is a great asset to your company!

I figured out what was wrong with mower after it died again after being serviced by them, I was under the impression the system had been completely flushed out, it had not. Owner reached out to me to address previous review and though we could not see eye to eye, I have to give him credit for trying to resolve my issues post-service despite our disagreements. I’m not sure what all they did to mower but I had to do a little extra work to it to get it going again.

I stopped by yesterday morning to buy a new mower and needed to take a moment to heap praise on Alfonso. The customer service he provided to me was nothing short of exceptional. He spent close to an hour answering questions of mine about the mower and walking me through the controls and regular maintenance. You can rest assured that you’ve earned a new repeat customer based on his performance.

I have bought on separate occasions a blower, weed eater, a push mower, and 2 weeks ago a new riding mower. This is the absolutely the only place for great equipment, of course supplies, and lastly excellent customer service. I love seeing a business that actually care if you leave buying their products. We didn’t have a good experience With them at all. We took in the lawn mower and they had it for 3months during the high season. When I seen the bill they had order multiple Parts that was not asked to be fixed. When I called and spoke to the General manager Curtis He hung up on me and Refused to send me an itemized bill. BEWARE Of this place!!! after I picked up my lawn mower 3 months later and put it on the trailer I noticed they didn’t even put the lines on so I had to unload from trailer and have them fix it after it not being done right in the first time This took another 45 minutes. If there was a 0 star I would have given it to them.
