Their customer service is just outstanding even though theyre busy their teamwork is just remarkable maybe something other businesses might learn from they even give free complimentary cups of ice

We go here alot. I feel like I have an easy order - iced triple, grande, sugar free vanilla latte. They ALWAYS get it right! They just make it like I order it :) Often, at other SBUX, they will give me nonfat milk because I ordered sugar free syrup. Might seem nit-picky, but at $5+ per order, I appreciate the attention to detail. Always very friendly, too.

The Starbucks at the Waianae mall is no longer alone. Welcome to the new addition.Its a drive-thru and a walk-up. I dont think Ive ever been to a walk-up only Starbucks before. No inside seating. No bathroom.The outside is nice with some seats. Covered with trestles(I think?). I hope they get some plants on those eventually.Experience? Fantastic. Its Starbucks. I love the coffee. The guy who helped me was super nice and the drink was delicious. And... this Starbucks has gotta have one of the best views of any Starbucks on the planet!

I got a purple drink that tasted like tea and dirt. The service was nice and fast but the taste of purple is rough. Not what I had imagine.

Great location for Ma’Ili, Waianae and Makaha. Great place to grab a mixed coffee drink when running errands to Longs, City Mill or American Savings bank I feel the mixed drinks are better than the straight coffee and worth the extra price. This location is open during these covid times for take out only. During regular times the dine in area seems to be a little smaller. Service has always been fast and efficient. Never an issue with parking.

So nice to have a Starbucks in Nānākuli! It has a drive thru and a walk-up window. Its the first Starbucks that Ive ever been on with a walk-up window! There tables and chairs outside where you can enjoy your drinks and food items. The staff there is super friendly and fast! Its very convenient and dont forget that you can still use mobile order.

I went here on vacation because I couldn’t find other espresso in the area and I was amazed. The people that work here are on top it! They knew my order after day 2 and when I showed up without my cup on the last day of my trip they asked me where it was.I felt like it was my neighborhood coffee shop. I have been coming to this starbucks semi regularly for about a year. I stopped coming about 5 months ago due to travel. After stopping in today I was pleasantly surprised when Nell (I hope thats how you spell it) remembered me and greeted me by name after 5 months! Employees like this are what keep people coming back!

This is a pretty good Starbucks especially considering the lack of good alternatives nearby. The staff here has always been very friendly with me. I havent had any order mistakes. The inside feels comfortable. Parking is not too bad especially if you dont mind taking one of the next four Jamba Juices spots.

Waianae Starbucks has the best, most friendly staff out of ANY Starbucks Ive ever been too (and I used to work for one). They truly take pride in their store, their job, and their community.

Like Starbucks for the consistency of products. We make it a point to drop by after going to our neighborhood Saturday Open Market.

Its a great place for meeting your family and friends and to just have a good cup of coffee and tea, and the employees are one of kine,helpful and very courteous its a great place.

Today, I purchased a venti hot chai tea latte at Waikele SC, but I didn’t taste it until I was enroute to Makaha. It was so watery, but too late. I was running late. I decided to stop at the Wai’anae store yo ask if they could add a pump or two of chai to give it flavor. Well, they made me a brand new one and didn’t charge me! Mahalo, Wai’anae Starbucks!

A customer was very rude in taking my order by mistake without reading the order label that was printed with my name on it....We both had the same first name but my last name initial was on it and i had a prove of receite and she didnt have one on her.....She was trying to claim my order of what was in the bag...simple thing to do was just take the time to read the label..after aguing for a couple of minutes i told her you must dont know how to read....took my order and left to smile back at her and said mahalo have a great holiday.... manager did nothing it was crowded like every early morning rush...people come in and out like stampedes...they just grab and go mo guilt at all...i know that there is phone orders... but the store really gotta have some security there especially when get bad traffic in starbucks....your management service sucks...she is not very friendly to all...She puck and choose who she like slide ti give free stuffs to...especially if she knows you personally.....C.E.O. office should hire some kind of undercover people or boss to check this out...Especially at night when its closing...they take all the pastries that cant sell on the shelves put them in trash bags than have there friends load up there car with free food and coffee stuffs....Please watch your employees...they all young and they take things in trash bags as a cover up.... mahalo
