Decent shaved ice, pretty bland flavors and they left a lot of unflavored ice in it

I went one time an wanted to go back but never had the chance it seems good an such a perfect place in the middle of a neighborhood... where can i put in an app😂♥️

Fantastic shave ice. Great place to grab last minute party things like ice without leaving the neighborhood. Enjoyable break point during evening walks. Just having the opportunity to walk to a store, buy something, relax, then head home-an experience from another era and location.Great service by staff.

I sooo wish this location could just be convenient!Obviously customer service as several people have mentioned is iffy but truly Im not looking for much, just can we have professional hours?Oh I get running late and cant open on time by minutes but hours ? Really ? and the volume of business lost as people frustrated drive off not knowing when and if any one will show up.Sad really!Even sadder is the reports of no set hours has gone back at least 3 yrs! 3 yrs and you cant figure out how to open a convenience store by 8AM ? I truly just dont get itLoss of revenue, bad reviews? Why? Such an easy fix

Was on vacation here in March and found this store to have the BEST shaved ice on the island out of all the places we tried! Friendly service and a nice clean store kept us coming back for the rest of our trip again and again. Can not wait to get back there!

For convenience this place is great for any person who lives in Sea country. That said it is really kind of very pricey so I wouldnt recommend coming here to do like a lot of shopping. Its also kind of really annoying that they cant accept card transactions for any purchase below $5. That said its kind of impossible to go in there and buy anything for less than $5 so I guess it doesnt really matter.

Its great to have this General Store in our neighborhood. Having the convenience of picking up items at random outweighs the slightly higher price---they have to make a living too! Were more than happy to support this local family business, & they always have what we need!!!

Local store that has a little bit of everything. Extremely overpriced, but very convenient so I have no problem paying them. Great to stop by and pick up a shave once or delicious musubi for a treat!

We stop by for a shave ice every time we are out that way. Jonus makes the best shave ice with the highest quality syrup. Very old school. Nice friendly service.

HAD THE BEST SHAVED ICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MY GRANDSON TAI AND I WOULD SIT OUTSIDE AND JUST ENJOY THE FLAVOR OF THE SHAVED ICE WONDERFUL.

Best shave ice on the island, no joke. Jonas has made me a shave ice the last 4 years running, and every one was perfect, with plenty of syrup and perfect texture. Hes no ka oi (the best!)

Good shave ice. Friendly customer service. Good to have a store close to home. Although prices can b expensive on some things. Plate lunch is ono.

Came on a Thursday, which they are scheduled to open at 6AM ! It was 6:25 am and the shop was still closed . Smh unprofessional
