Had amazing service here, found exactly what I needed the employees are extremely helpful and always greet me when I walk in. Always pointed me in the right direction and even helped me with a few questions I had! Will be returning soon :)

First time in this store...needed some shoes for my son. No Hello just a stare from the employees that were standing around talking amongst themselves. I thought the customer should be greeted with a smile and a hello and welcome. Or better yet can I help you find anything?? Should note the disregard for a customer...female employee threw a big box of shoes near my son and startled him. Didnt say excuse me Nothing! Very displeased with this location . Store looks and seems like there is no guidance .

Love the shoes I got, but there were 3 adults and one child old enough to wear a mask yet none of them were. Despite multiple signs on the doors and throughout the store, no staff members said anything to the group about adhering to store policy and the safety of others. Even when interacting with these customers and checking them out, staff members did not say anything.

I wanted to give major kudos and customer service points to this store in Wake Forest!! After a catastrophic online order of what I thought would be a simple order of some sandals, and then followed by a not so nice review on my part....Eric, the district manager resolved my issue and also went above and beyond to make me (the customer) happy and forget about my horrible experience. Before Eric resolving my issue, I also spoke with Jenny (management) and a very sweet customer service girl (whom I can’t remember her name) on the phone. I didn’t want to leave these two out bc they were very kind and tried to help me to the best of their abilities. I will definitely continue shopping at RackRoom because of the kindness I was showed. Thank you!!!

Good prices, but poor customer service. We were never greeted when we arrived. I started looking for shoes and found one I liked, but they didnt have the right size (a 9.5). I saw someone walk by and the only reason I knew she worked there was because she had a tag. I asked for the shoe size, she went back to check, but it wasnt in stock. She then walked away, and I never saw her again.I had my four year old daughter with me who then told me she needed to go to the bathroom, and I had to search for someone to ask for a restroom for her. This girl never apologized for the inconvenience, just said I should probably go next door. (Back outside in the rain)At check out, we again were barely acknowledged, she never asked if we needed anything else or had found everything we needed. She looked like she didnt want to be there, never smiled or made eye contact.Im just glad I found what I needed on my own and got out quickly.

The BOGO 50% is pretty awesome. Dont expect to buy cheap shoes though. Their prices are as steep as any place else. Customer service is excellent. Good variety.

Very small kids selection

Went to rack room looking around and with Erikas help I was able to fine two pairs of shoes. She was very knowledgeable about rack rooms product in her store and so helpful. I am thankful she help me. Then went checkout with Eric who was a southern gentleman who help me get a reward card. I will be back to this rack room!!!!

Great customer service!

I can usually find good comfortable shoes for both myself and my family here. They carry some wide width and I wish They Carried more in my size but usually can find what Im looking for. The customer service is always really good and they help you pick things out period and if they dont have it theyll see if they can get it for you.

First time at Racks Room Shoes in Wake Forest today.We were greeted by Eric and he assisted my husband with sneakers and both of us with water shoes. Nice clean store and friendly staff. Well be back!

Pretty good selection and prices, unless youre looking for a wide size. Then youll be lucky if you can find 3 or 4 pairs that actually fit. To be fair, this is a problem at most shoe stores.

Went in to get some new shoes and no employees ever offered to help, they walked by us and never said anything to us. So we went elsewhere to buy our shoes.
