Maybe I did not speak with the right professional. My neighbor is not a contractor but he bought his 18 windows for his home he was remodeling after opening up an account with PBS. I called and the guy I spoke to said I had to talk with the window pro in Morrisville. I called and two days later he called me back. I asked about a few casement windows I was interested in as I have 42 windows. He said they only sell to contractors. I said my neighbor is a retired banker and he was not a contractor, how did he buy? No reply so I thanked him for his time. I guess you have to know the right person to purchase when you are not a contractor.I want to thank the manager from PBS for their comment.
