Today I purchased a printer at the Wake Forest store. I had the good fortune of being helped by Alex, a particularly bright, informative, cordial, and efficient staff member who took the time to determine my needs, offer appropriate recommendations, and, after I made a decision, expedite my purchase. What a terrific experience! I highly recommend both the store and Alex himself. He is a five-star sales rep.

Went to print out some sheet music. One came out off centered and the music was cutting off on one side. I asked for a refund and they said they couldnt find that one on my receipt. I did the math for the number of pages and they were like oh ok this one its that number. Then they said they could only give me about 80 percent refund on that page. This store is absolute trash.

Huge shoutout to Lindsey and Jenna. Both had patience and helped me upgrade my computer chair and Im 100% satisfied with the chair and their customer service. Thank you!! BTW, the chair was originally priced at $200, I got it $115 with a sale and a coupon. Thanks ladies!

Unbelievably bad experience. I went into staples to pick up a chair that had been placed on hold over the phone. All I had to do was pay for it...should be easy, right? Got to the register. The sales associate asked me about purchasing the extended warranty. I replied No thank you She then asked me again and further explained the warranty I could purchase. Again, my answer was No, but more firmer. Again and yes, again she tried to continue a one sided conversation about what the $14.99 would provide. I eventually told her it was incredibly rude when a customer told her no to keep continuing. After I made my firmer speech, my mouth fell open as she then stated....Id like to tell you about the extended warranty. I walked out and left without purchasing. Would never go back. The repeated ignoring of my first, second, and third no was disrespectful and ultimately harassing. This sales associate was quite vocal that she had to keep asking because she would get in trouble with the manager. So, to the manager out there. Teach your sales associates to respect the customer.

Why?????? They have someone greet you at the front door. Thats were the customer service ends. The girl at the copy & print center was not helpful. When someone approached someone in a gray shirt and he wasnt helpful. Customers were walking around looking for help.

I work in retail so I always try and acknowledge how hard people work in every setting. And I must say that this location has a very kind and helpful staff. I am always greeted with a smile, they take their time with you and any mishaps are quickly resolved. Just wanted to give a little feedback 😊

Customer service was terrible today. Im standing in line all the cashiers walked away from the registers and left me standing there.So an associate who works in the coping section acknowledged me and helped me out. Not sure what the problem was, but Ive worked in the medical field for over 20 years and I treat everyone I mean everyone the same greeting them. I do not I repeat do not walk away from a patient that is checking in. Please make sure you train your associates to be more attentive, to make sure they treat all your customers the same. Thanks

Sometimes its hard to find what youre looking for at Staples, even when they have it But all-in-all they are a well-stocked office supply co. The service is usually helpful, although sometimes scant. I like being able to wander around & see the items, especially the new ones. Their sale section is good too!

My printer stopped working and I was meeting a client in 3 hours. I called and Hannah from the printing department assured me that she would personally handle my presentation. I submitted it right before 1pm and it was ready less than 30 minutes later. She actually called me back and let me know! I picked it up and everything was perfect. I really appreciated the fact that Hannah handled my order personally and understood the urgency of the matter. She deserves good recognition!

Everytime my wife has gone into this Staples the staff has always been so friendly and helpful! Hannah from the printing department is so kind, enthusiastic, and does a great job helping each customer with their needs/order, even if shes helping four different people at once.

Service was poor, told an associat to help me with the faxing, took her own sweet time laughing and chatting with her co-workers, I told her again but she kept me waiting! A job that was supposed to take a short whole took while, if I could give this place a 1/2 star I would!!

I went to this Staples to buy a printer. I had specifics that I spoke to a Santa associate, Jacob, about. He helped me find a printer that met my specifications and within my budget. He even loaded the printer into my car. Very helpful, Jacob. Thank you.

Helpful staff, convenient hours and location. Competetive pricing, even though I hate rebates. Staples is big into that gimmick. Why not just price it lower in the first place? Probably because half the people who buy end up not jumping through hoops to process the rebate and end up paying the higher price...

With the big spacious Staples in Henderson going to this store was a disappointment. The supplies were limited. Most of the boxed files looked as if they had been used or were old. Extremely disappointed at the size and quality of that store. Why would you close a large spacious store for a smaller dimly lit one. Perhaps you should reconsider this closing and reopen it. Traveling 42 miles for us is ridiculous.

“Any orders placed before 2 pm will be ready for same day pick up, any orders placed after 2 pm will be ready next business day”*places and pays for an order at 1:30 pm*“Sorry, your order was delayed until tomorrow”????? This was a time sensitive purchase so coming to find out my order wasn’t ready when promised was a huge inconvenience.

Rebates are a rip off. Paid a little extra but got a rebate... Took the extra 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and 6 weeks later got the visa card. Tried to use twice. No luck. Took to the customer service desk and they said sorry we cant do anything. The whole rebate process is designed to make it a complete pain to actually get and use your rebate which to me sounds like Staples is trying to rip me off. Im guessing staples should get in the business of payday loans or rent to own furniture next. At least take the word easy off the front of the rebate card when you mail it to people.No more staples for me!

Havent had a bad experience. Have made a couple printing orders and the associates were friendly. I however dont like sitting on a phone for 10 minutes to ask a question that never got answered, thats how they lost a star. They never picked up the phone.After calling for the third time they finally answered and was able to get what I needed. Will work with them again.

I come here fairly often for work supplies and have always found what I needed and the staff is really helpful. The store is small so they prob dont have as much of an assortment of things and they are much more expensive than getting supplies off of somewhere like Amazon, but the convenience is sometimes worth it.

Ordering a logo design from them. I was told it would take 24-48 hours, 4 days later I see the design and instead of two to choose from, they give me one- which is the one my husband and and I made withcolored pencils. The staff never called me. I had to call them. There were several bad experiences with staples in wake forest. Hopefully they correct this problem.

Stay aware, I have been to this store twice now and have been overcharged twice. Just make sure you know what the price of the tag says and what they charge you at the register. I will say they quickly responded and corrected the problem.

Placed an order for business cards... took them over 2 days to print them. And I had to call to ask if they were ready because no one called me or send me the confirmation email. When calling to ask if they were ready, I had to wait a LONG time to get an answer on the phone. Then wait again to get an answer to my question. They were finally ready. I go into the store to pick them up and they were printed corrrectly (hence the 2 stars) but i had to wait a long time to get checked out. The lady in front of me put her stuff down to get ringed up and the guy walks away without saying anything.Store is not horrible, but NEEDS better customer service.

If you order 4x6 cards from the print center, the envelopes are twice the size. The print center does not have appropriate envelopes and asks that you go through the store to purchase envelopes. So you have to pay for envelopes twice...this does not make sense. Why would the print center not provide corresponding envelopes of the correct size?

Ordered business cards online the day before and it said it would be ready the next morning!So I call the store this morning at 10 am and the lady tells me my business cards wont be ready till 7:30 pm, so mad ! I needed them today thats why I ordered online! Wont be using Staples again !!!

Absolutely terrible service and products. Purchased a computer that wasn’t working properly, unsold to have them install a few programs and they refused to return them the next day. The GM refused to help us and made us come back the next day. Never purchase office equipment here!!!

Frustrating experience every single time. Telephone NEVER gets answered. Print staff are always confused and consulting with multiple people before they can handle a task. Go in there and it’s always a delay.
