Walk up at 10 am on a week day and they are closed...

I went inside today to use the restroom and get a coffee. The soap in the bathroom was not working and no other option to wash my hands was available. I mentioned this to the woman checking me out and was told.....”Yeah, the soap is broken”. I waited until after I paid for my coffee and told her that with being in a pandemic, it is important to provide the necessary soap for the customers to follow the recommendations put forth to be safe. Sarcastically she told me she’d mention it to her manager. And some other employee made some tacky comment as I was walking out the door. I did not appreciate this dismissive attitude about my safety as a customer. I will never go to this gas station again.

Gas and good to go selection. Coffee area was good and clean.

I have always been pleased with this location. Never been in the store but the pumps are maintained and it is always a pleasant experience. Today I called the store to ask about a lost item and the clerk couldnt get no out of her mouth fast enough. I was very disappointed. Thankful that when I worked in the public the customer was important to me.

Some employees don’t wear maskEspecially overnight

It used to be that service stations had staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a tire gauge and decided to stop at this location to see if they had one. When I asked the clerk if they had one he just shrugged. He didnt even take out his earphones to listen to me. After wandering around a bit I found one, but it was no thanks to the staff.

Worst customer service ever. Manager (big woman) is very rdude. I wish I asked her name... Ill spend my hard earned money somewhere else

Ever since this station “updated” from Kangaroo Express, their pumps are all messed up. I have completed stopped using this gas station. It either won’t accept my card, the pump won’t work, the gas buttons won’t work, and the system at the front desk never gives accurate information. It’s frustrating and a waste of time. There are plenty other gas stations near by that never have these issues.

I give money, they give me gasPretty straight forward.
