I pre paid for her to fix my two ugg boots zippers which should be done in a couple of weeks. After two months my boots wasn’t ready and she was soooooo rude with me, Bc I questioned her why it wasn’t . I got my boots back without fixing it and she refused to give my money back. Never ever recommend this place neither going back again ! Worse person ever !

I call Suzanne the doctor of shoes and boots. She can do anything even if you think its not possible. Youll get to see an antique Singer sewing machine and other memorbilia. Apparently shes been doing this type of work for about 40 years

Before my review, a Quick Note. Charles Weickert posted a pic in Jan2019 with her Closed sign and wrote, During Business Hours That was my fault and NOT Susans. I build her Google Page as a favor and she asked me to change the hours, and it took me a long time to execute that request. Thats on me. OK...Now the review....Fixed my Leather Strap FAST ! I brought in a Key Chain with a broken leather strap, and she was So helpful in brainstorming a solution with me. She repaired it on the Spot ! The price was right too. Thanks so much !!!! Since this review, she has repaired several pairs of shoes. Please leave yourself some time. This is Old school, hard labor and cant be rushed. Its worth the wait.

Work never done on time. She shut down for over a year for personal reasons and I could not get my boots back in spite of repeated calls. When she came back I found she had thrown my boots out because she removed the tops and could not get a replacement. She did not make an attempt to call me first. She did offer to pay me $15 - but I will never use her again.

Suzanne was rude to my brother who needed The soles of his boots replaced. He patiently waited over a month to see if she could find the soles to replace. He came back and she told him she couldn’t find the soles. He thanked her for her efforts to help him and as he was leaving he said well if I have anything else I’ll bring them in and she rudely said “no don’t come back”

STAY AWAY!!!!She completely ruined my $240 pair of Cole Haan Shoes and then questioned my character when I said i could not accept that. She told me my shoes were a mess when I brought them in and I am a mess of a person.NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!
