My salesman Mr. Jermaine Badgett was extremely patient and professional. Jermaine always kept me informed of the purchase process and the vehicle delivery update. Not only was Jermaine great but also Mr. Mark Nebo (Sales Manager) was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the vehicle inventory. However, Mr. Tony Vassa (Financial Manager) went above & beyond his duties working with my husband and myself in regards to finding the perfect financial solution that allowed us to purchase My Dream Car....I am truly a satisfied customer.. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thats considering to purchase a car (used or new).
Worst experience ever. The service representative did not even give me a quote to fix my broken muffler without first paying for the diagnosis fee about $200, even though with the multi point inspection with the oil change clearly mentioned broken muffler. I have got my muffler fixed from another place only for $121 and no diagnosis fee. The women were very rude. Also the service manager sent coupon for oil change for $19.99 they charged me $43.99. Why do you send coupon if you don’t honor it. Never going back. This place tried to take advantage of my situation and rip me off. Glad I walked out without fixing that muffler from this place and got it fixed way cheaper. When the problem is already identified, you charge $200 to diagnosis it. What a strategy to rip people off.

My last visit was 8/10/21, I received excellent service. My tech was very courteous and professional! Her name was Ms. Amber from the Waldorf Service Department.The Service Department not only fixed my noisy firewall by adding two clamps to cut out the loud noise but they fixed the recall on my Nissan, a new spring to the hood latch and offered suggestions of what I may need to repair in the future.
I brought my car in for transmission problems under an external warranty. From the beginning of May to mid-June, my service advisor Jasmine Woody, exemplified professional customer service and service center acumen.Although the experience with the warranty company was way below standard on multiple levels, Jasmine took on the stress of dealing with issues imposed on me and her by the warranty company to get my vehicle repaired and covered. It became a 47 day negative ordeal that should have taken a week or two, which fell squarely on the warranty company. Throughout all of it, Jasmine communicated consistently, kept me informed and up-to-date on the myriad of last minute changes forced on me and her by the warrant company. Not once did I have to call to find out what Sheehy Nissan is doing, because Jasmine had proactively provided all relevant information to me. Jasmine was direct and polite, and did not feed me fluff when I needed to hear the truth, which is uncommon in a sales type environment. When Jasmine was not available (which was rare), Jocelyn (who sits next to Jasmine, but I cannot recall her last name) communicated with me on Jasmines behalf just to reassure me that the situation would be resolved. She was absolutely correct.Jasmine displayed exceptional multitasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills way above her title and position to help to resolve a significant problem with the warranty company. Jasmines supervisor, James, also absorbed the brunt of unprofessional conduct from an advisor of the warranty company on my behalf.I have never posted after working with a dealership service center, but truly felt compelled under these unique circumstances with my vehicle and the remarkable support I received from Jasmine, James, and Jocelyn. Most people spend the same amount of writing time to complain, which is likely warranted at times. However, I chose to make the same effort to write about an extremely positive experience with a service center.In the future, I will seek the above mentioned three professionals to service my vehicle without hesitation. Thank you.

The cost of my service was way more than when I have it serviced at other Nissan dealerships.
The repair took longer than expected as a qualified repair person was not available even though we made the appointment 5 days in advance.
Had an appointment for 8:30 today. Arrived prior to 8:30. Was told car needed alignment. Checked status of vehicle at 10:30. Was told needed 20 more minutes. Checked again at 11:05. Was told vehicle was still on rack. Ridiculous service. Sorry does not take away time spent sitting during a Pandemic or otherwise. No one ever came to give a status update. Each time I asked. Your service people could use additional training or you need to hire more people.
Service Center customer service socks! You call and they act like you get on their nerves. 3 car been in the shop for 3 weeks and has not been touched. No communication. Never again.
I felt as though me making my appointment for 11 it would not be much of a crowd in the waiting area. Well there was. I was told my wait would be hour to hour in half. The time is now 1:45 p.m and I am still waiting on my vehicle. Simple service oil change/rotate tires/something else with oil. I guess scheduling an appointment that goes into lunch time is a no no. Im so tired and over this visit. They have got to do better!!!
My husband and I were not expecting to purchase a new vehicle but everyone made the process much easier than we were expecting it to be. We had just had a terrible experience with Hyundai for the last 45 days. Daryl and Mark were great.

One star is too much when it comes to the customer service I received from the service department. Initially, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to return a few days later because someone forgot to reset the maintenance buttons. Also, during this time my windshield wipers began to malfunction after the oil change and tire rotation. I was provided with a “courtesy” check to see what the issue was. When I arrived back to get my car, there was no communication from the service advisor who worked with me AND the person who worked on my car, left their Gatorade bottle in my cup holder along with paper mats in my passenger seat. I am totally disgusted with the service provided and the follow up from the manager is not even worth discussing. I figured since I just moved to the area, it would be good to support the local Nissan dealership. NOPE! I will go back to taking my car to Virginia where the customer service is much better! Getting service here is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

We dropped the car off for vip oil change,tire rotation, and recall for hood latch. We got a call to come pick up my car. There was nothing mentioned about my brake fluid or brake pads are in the red zone. I wouldnt have known if I hadnt reviewed my paper at home. The paper work also stated owner declined recommendations which they were never discussed. Also the car was still dirty after the so called VIP car wash.

Had an appt at 8 am, was there at 730 am,it is now 12:30 and my car isn’t done for an oil change, this is why when they wanted me to sign up for VIP, I didn’t want to. the girl states”there were 10 VIP cars in front of you” SO WHY do we have to make appts? 5 hours for oil change is rediculous.
Ive had alot of trouble with the service department at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. The trouble started in 2019 when I had to take my truck to them 4 times to get the air fixed. They are not qualified to service vehicles. Now I have to keep getting my other vehicle towed to them for repairs because they have no idea what they are doing and one of the Service Managers had the nerve to tell me that they rent loaner vehicles out when I inquired about securing a rental from them. They are also refusing to fix damages done to my daughters car that occurred while her car was in their care. Ive had to call Headquarters on them in the past and currently have a pending case against them. If you want your car serviced by qualified mechanics...dont take your car to them!!

Amber forgot to turn in my ticket in a timely fashion to a technician. Then they ran into an issue with another car. I waited 3hours 20 minutes for an oil change & tire ratation. Numerous people in the waiting room came & went having their care repairs completed I was still waiting. this was a very sad sitatuion as far as I am concerned. If it happens again, I will NEVER return to it. She also stated that anything under a rating of 10 is unaccejptable to Sheehy Nissan. The nerve of her to think that I would give a quality review. Meryl Schaffer, a very disappointed customer who would give nothing but a rating of 2 for the reason that the job was completed.
I was not happy that as a VIP with an appointment for 1:20 my car was not taken until 2:00 because everyone was at lunch. Why offer appointments during the same time as lunch for the techs? Thats poor scheduling. The only good thing about this experience was Jasmine (my service adviser) and the shuttle driver (older gentleman).
It didnt surpassed my expectations because the price they told me is different than the price in their website. But my sales representative, Jason Hurley was very helpful.He was easy to work with. His attitude towards his work is above and beyond and and I appreciate the fact that you take your customers seriously.

Do not try to sell or trade in your car here. They engage in dishonest bait-and-switch practices.We had a car listed for sale online for $6700. Sheehy Waldorf contacted us and said they wanted to buy it and asked us to come in. Before we made the 50-minute drive out there, I asked them to confirm that they were agreeing to buy the car for $6700, and they said yes in writing. So we drove out there the next day, and the manager inspected the car and said everything looked good but it needed $475 of work. Okay, so $6700 - $475 = $6225, right? Nope, the manager offered us $4100. We said no, walked out, and sold it to a private buyer for $6700 two hours later.This is a dishonest dealership. We have patronized the Sheehy dealer network before, but we will not do business with them anymore.

My vehicle was there for 3 days without a phone call from a service advisor and when I called I was never given direct information. Only after I requested a manager and called on 3 separate dates did I finally get an actual update.
I will never come back here again. Not even for a “free” oil change and multipoint inspection. They claimed I had an issue with my alignment. I let them to “fix” it against my better judgement. Hours later my car was shaking so badly I couldn’t drive it and had to have it towed and they claimed it had nothing to do with their alignment but that the rear propeller shaft randomly broke and they wanted to charge me to fix it. Hilarious they actually wanted more money.Well no surprise for me to find out after researching this that the rear propeller shaft can break apart due to misalignment when modifications are made to the vehicle. This isn’t the first time they’ve missed issues with the car or caused them. Their prices are outrageous and they even added charges onto one of our bills and had to remove them when we called them out on it. Always review your bill with them. I’ve finally learned my lesson. I’d avoid this place. All dealerships are scams but this one is particularly awful.
Got oil change done and other services. My service advisor is Jocelyn and shes really nice and easy to talk to and making sure my car got taken care off. Will definitely come back for my next service.Thanks again!

I live in North Carolina, and have been trying to find a Maxima on-line for several weeks. Each time I located one, by the time I called or emailed, it had already been sold. I finally found one at Sheehy Nissan that was still available, called, and was connected to Anne Maus. Anne was determined and persistent in getting me the car I wanted. She helped me to secure my car totally online and arranged to have it delivered to me. This was a true paradigm shift for me as I had to put my trust in purchasing a car from a distance, sight unseen from someone I had never met. Anne made it easy because of her genuine nature. She was hands-on, even inspecting the car for me as we spoke on the phone.Thank you Anne, for giving me such a good and memorable car buying experience!

Had a 12:15pm appt. for an oil change, did not get out of there until 3pm.
I went to the service department for my scheduled repair which was simply new low beam head lights on my Quest. When talking to the service advisor I made it known that the bulbs were the xenon style bulbs. I was quoted over the phone that the cost was $55 per bulb. I oked the repair but added CVT drain and fill to be performed as well. The cost on the paper that the advisor uses was $200 and I said that was fine but then he said that wasnt the correct cost. That it really was $320. I of course said that wasnt what was advertised. Then a fellow service advisor for involved and said that price sheet was two years old. I proceeded to point on the large television screen behind them that the price was advertised there for $200 as well and that it is horrible that they are telling me that they have had a wrong price advertised on their screen for 2 years and never changed it. Then I was told only the owner can change those prices. Although I was upset I oked the repair as the family is going on a long road trip next week. Then a few hours later I was called and was told that the light bulbs were $200 each and they didnt know that it was the xenon bulb and they had to order the parts and it would take a few days. This is even though I told them it was. If it wasnt for my trip nothing would be getting fixed and I would of driven the van back home. This looks like the last time I will be using this service center.
I’ve been coming to this Nissan dealership for five years to get my vehicle $35-45 oil change. Had a scheduled appointment last week when a young lady walked towards my vehicle informing me that they had up the oil price to $60?!?! I kindly declined and went to another Sheehy where their prices are still the same as above. I will not be coming back to this Sheehy.Just wish I was given an email informing me of the new price change.
I really enjoy Ben the Service Representative. He is always friendly and polite. He goes above and beyond when it comes to your vehicle. I look forward to deal with him when I get my car serviced. The whole Service Dept. is great. Keep up the good customer service!!

Man at the parts counter lied to me about them selling bottles of 5W-30 oil and told me they only have it in bulk and out of the tank. I know they have quarts of 5W-30 in bottles because I buy my oil from Nissan all the time in bottles. I wasnt about to sit at the parts counter and argue with an elderly man so I will just give my business to the dealership in Bowie. Hate dealing with dishonest people.

If it weren’t for me providing video of a recurring issue, or taking a test drive with the service manager to point out an issue that the mechanic missed, those two issues would not have been addressed or resolved, by Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. Other than that, my service visit wasn’t that bad.
I really wish that my over eagerness to have a car didnt outweigh my desire to be assisted by a pleasant salesperson who actually had concern for my well being. Marcus was horrible. I would never recommend that anyone go to him and I sorely wish that I never purchased a car through him. It kept me up some nights knowing that he received commission for a sale I sincerely wish I never made. No one should be made to feel bad because of their financial standing and no one should have that information broadcasted to the entire dealership. He was primarily for himself. He initially told me that the deal that brought me to the dealership no longer existed before changing his tune upon undeniable correction. He was rude; he was off-putting. He wouldnt fix an imperfection on the back bumper and never provided an adequate reason as to why. Had I been more experienced, perhaps I would have marched right out of there and gone to someone else, but unfortunately I stayed. When people say they hate going car shopping, he most exemplifies the reason why. If nothing else convinces you that you should never EVER go to Marcus if you are in the market for a vehicle, remember that over a year after I purchased my vehicle I thought back on this horrendous experience and took the time to write this review, which, admittedly, says a lot about me, but I believe it says a lot more about Marcus.
Brought my vehicle in for service-heater blowing out cool air after about 20 minutes of driving. I was told there was a bubble in my coolant system and the vehicle would need a coolant flush. The service charge was $192. When I picked up my vehicle, I was confident the issue was resolved until I was driving back home and notice the vehicle was pretty much the same before I dropped it off initially. This is the second and last time I plan to bring my vehicle here. I no longer have confidence in the technicians at Sheehy Nissan. I was no pleased with the first vehicle service I received and decided to give them a second chance but Im very confident this was my last time.
They help me finance a car the Nissan Sentra I love it.

His patience and customer service is unmatched! It was pouring rain and he asked if I would like him to pull my car up as my assigned Service advisor took my payment and walked away without so much as a thank you. Ask for Ben.

Went in for an oil change. I had to make an appointment. My wait for this visit was about an hour. Overall it was good. A bit pricy for an oil change but the customer service was good and the time was doable. Waiting area was small but a good turn over of customer coming and going.
I have had to bring my car to be serviced about 4-5 times in the past 3 months and for the same sound I originally brought it there for. Of course, when I’m asked what the issue is there’s but so much I can say because I know nothing about cars. But I do know I explained enough for the problem to be fixed the first time. Every single time it was something to do with struts. As I said I know nothing about cars. But if it’s something going on with the struts, how do you fix struts and not see that the mount and bumpers were trash too. Yet I was given my car back with claims it was fixed. I have been inconvenienced every time I’ve had to bring it back and forth to the shop.Also, my steering wheel is STILL making a noise when I’m turning even though I’ve brought it in for that issue as well more than once. The first time the sound stopped briefly. This time “they heard no noise.” Strange because I still heard it. Terrible service. But, Joycelyn was great at updating me on my vehicle.
After looking extensively for a red Ford Explorer Sport in our area we found this one. We decided to drive 2 hours Saturday evening (arriving at 7pm) to look at it. The vehicle drove nicely and we were assured that it was a one owner vehicle with a clean CarFax. We purchased it on the spot. The next day, in the daylight, we noticed several fitment issues on the rear of the vehicle. Upon closer inspection there has been significant damage to the rear of this vehicle including, but not limited to, replacement of the entire rear hatch and rear bumper. All of this work was done very poorly and we do not know how it could have made it passed the professionals at Sheehy Nissan unless they had knowledge of this and this is why they could not explain why the parking sensors would not work. BUYERS BEWARE!!

We arrived at 10:30 am and they process us right away. The only problem was the car wash was bad, e.g., windows were smudged on both cars. Car wash needs to be improved. We are VIP members and we took two cars in.

I have purchased many cars, but this was the best experience. Melody was so awesome from the first time we spoke on the phone. I thought I was coming in for a used car due to my credit being poor. I drove away in a 2020 Nissan Sentra. Im still in shock that I have a brand new car for the first time. I really want to thank all the staff who helped me, especially Melody Gibbons. She is like my new best friend.
I had an oil change done, however, if you are not a VIP member you get charged an additionally for tire rotation and if a filter needs to be replaced. I have gotten my oil changed where those are included in the oil change not extra charge. That makes it hard for people on a budget to get an oil change on things that are additional charge.

They did a thorough inspection while I got my oil change, told me what things will be needed in the near future . I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness! I would like to give no stars. My name is Vanessa and I have purchased two vehicles from Nissan of Waldorf my first one the transmission was replaced twice in 2016 and I bought the Murano in March of 2016, after going back and forth with management BBB and channel 4 news I was put in another vehicle. Well here we are again. My 2017 Nissan the transmission is going. Nissan should be out of business. i am so disgusted after telling them since 2019 and 2020 that it felt like something was wrong and being told cant duplicate customer complaint there famous line. What do I do now? back to BBB channel 4 I will not stop until Nissan pays for the pain they have put me thru.

I was very happy with sales person Miss Ann,she is a asset but when I went to finance manager Mo,he did not let me choose what I want..instead of he was deciding everything thing for me..which I really hate it...he didn’t ask me what I want..he just wanted to sell me extra protection with out letting me know until I asked him what is this all about...he was hiding the details from me...I will not recommend any one to see him.
Don’t waste your time buying a car here. On 10/4, I drove 70 miles to check out a Sentra that apparently had 3,000 miles on it. After looking at the car (no reported damage online) it was revealed there had been previous work done, so I decided to look at several other vehicles while I was there. Eventually deciding on a different 2017 Sentra with low miles.It was a nightmare from there... Once I got it home, brakes started squealing, I noticed the mirrors (that had been replaced at the dealership prior to sale) were replaced incorrectly, and there was previous body damage to the car that was poorly “fixed”. After noticing these issues, I coordinated them to be looked at and addressed with the salesmen (had 2 conversations to make sure the details were correct before driving 3 hours round trip and taking time off work). I show up at 9am and they have no record of my appointment. After a long discussion with the used car sales manager and coordinating with the salesmen AGAIN, it drove down 2 days later to have these issues fixed.Once I get there, the manager proceeds to tell me that he will not have the damage to the hood addressed and is only fixing the mirrors “as a courtesy”. I told him that the repairs completed at the dealership were wrong initially and that it’s NOT a courtesy, it’s fixing the actual mistake. He proceeded to end the conversation there. I am currently in a rental car completing this review while they “take the courtesy” of replacing the correct mirrors.The only helpful part of this dealership have been the guys in the actual service department.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING ANY VEHICLE HERE!

The manager was very ignorant and went as far as hanging up on me twice.I tried to purchase a used vehical right before Christmas.drove it for 3 days and noticed the transmission slipping, I said I wasnt interested in keeping the vehicle and was told by the manager, ( to late), the paperwork was filed. The manager told me they would install a brand new transmission, but after having the vehicle in there shop for 22 days I was told Nissan wanted to ( unwind) the deal. That it would cost Nissan 3500$ to replace since my warranty did not kick in..this has caused me major problems at the DMV and the manager was very rude and hanging up on me when I asked them to help resolve the fines I was recievingfrom the DMV.I would not recommend Sheehy to anyone. They are not interested in you as a customer.. only sales, even if they are selling you a lemon
Came in for an oil change was there three and a half hours. Asked if they could top off my washer fluid since the indicator light was on...that didnt happen, no one reset the dash to not display that I need an oil change and I didnt get a sticker to notify me when to return. Im wondering if they really changed my oil.

My experience there is always excellent. My advisor went above and beyond for me. He kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car, he retrieved quotes on tires and services I asked for, and told me what my costs would be and the money I was saving by being a VIP club member. Definitely an awesome experience, but like I stated before, I always have great experiences there.
They put my tags on. The greeter at service station was nice. The mechanic was cordial and fast. The service area was immaculately clean.

Dave is a true numbers guys and did he due diligence in obtaining the best rate available given the circumstance. Mark developed a cost write and provided a reasonable time frame before we decided to make a decision on thr purchase. Cameron and those working with him were very nice. I was a little disappointed when I received the phone call from Cameron on the Friday I bought my Pathfinder in that the recall part for my vehicle was not there and had to be ordered. That meant I had to leave my vehicle overnight but it all worked out.
After getting the run around at NTB I took my Nissan in to sheehy and to my surprise the manager turned out to be a personal friend..I was happy to see a clean building, my appointment time was honored, the staff were friendly and helpful and the issue with my car was resolved..Im so happy with the service I recieved here and will be bringing my car back in the future for all my nissan needs!
The car I bought seems to be fine, the dealer has a large variety of vehicles. However when I was there the customer service was not the best. It was a slow Saturday, there were 4 or 5 salespeople there and I was the only person being seen. Two of the salespeople got into a pretty loud fight on the floor and a manager took them into a room and yelled at them which could be heard throughout the building.. no one apologized to us for the disturbance, which is not the biggest deal but still annoying. Then we waited over 45 minutes after talking to our salesperson to go into the financing office.. enough to make me almost leave. Then when I finally went to go get the permanent tags from the dealership I was given them at the desk by the front door and she nothing. Ive never heard of a dealer who wont put the tags on the car themselves. Luckily I know how to use a screwdriver. The cars were decently priced but not necessarily competitively priced. I probably would not return back.
