I feel that Target is a great place to shop; Generally clean and organized; Good Employees most of the time; Fair prices on many items; Often have items in-stock. I do feel that Target is over-prices on some items that can be purchased at Walmart or a Dollar Store also.

This is my local Target. I just wanted to point out/praise the attention to organization in the pillow aisle (pictued). Nice work to whomever this belongs. I was there on Friday, May 7th in the afternoon.Also, the gentleman (likely manager) that manages the lines at the front end is friendly and always does a great job.Thanks.

Great pick up expirence. The store is also clean and organized. Ive gone in a few times. My Shipt order comes from here to. Recently I had an issue. I had yogurt delivered from this location yesterday and today. They both had a sell by date of 6/9. My brother opened one and wondered why it was very liquidity. He then ate some and it tasted awful. Ordered another today and checked the date first. Same expiration. Waldorf Target, please check your dairy and non diary products asap.

I love going in there, the availability of products are good, store is clean and depending on what time you go it’s not overcrowded. When it’s busy, the lines can get backed up but it’s still manageable.

I was looking for a toy for my niece. That they have not put out yet. I was told by many other stores that it was in the back and that meant they could not sell them yet,this young man named Jacob was more than happy to go get them for me. He was working in the electronic dept. The store is clean and the staff is extremely friendly!

Very convenient. Most of the time there is little wait. This has been a lifesaver during covid. I can’t imagine shopping with my newborn and toddler inside the store. I am very thankful for this service!My only gripe is that sometimes they forget a bag or two inside the store and I have to return to guest services to pick it up. Just make sure you’re checking your items thoroughly when you get home!

Target in Waldorf, MD - The young man was walking to my car with my order before I even parked my car. I was fully prepared and perfectly fine with waiting a while for my order to be brought to my car seeing as though it is the holiday season, we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and I’m sure the store was very busy. The efficiency of this service was unbelievable. And the young man that brought my order to my car was very professional and pleasant. Amazing job all around!

I went to the Waldorf location to return four single panel curtains which I originally ordered online. My wait time at Guest Services was very brief which I appreciated since it was after work. I was assisted by Katie, a Front-End Supervisor. I gave her the four unopened curtains and explained I ordered them online but they didnt work out. I then pulled my phone out to search for my electronic receipt. This took some time as I have PLENTY of emails and notifications from Target, which I frequent a lot. After a few minutes, I found the e receipt and it shows I ordered the curtains in Nov. 2020. Katie, informed me it was outside the 90-day return policy. I apologize and explained I wasnt aware of the return window and I had the receipt and the items are unused, not damaged and in original packaging. I went on to say, Im not willing to be out of $181.00, so is there something you can do. With hesitancy, she said she could do a store credit only. I gladly accepted that solution as I told her, I shop at Target all the time AND Im a Red Card holder. Katie asked for my ID, stating it was required when you do a no receipt return. This is when I became bothered and clarified, I do have my receipt thats how we determined it was outside the 90-return policy. I had her my ID then she asked for my most used credit card, I said, so youre going to refund me now instead of issuing a store credit? She responded, no this is a requirement to issue a store credit. I found this extremely strange as Ive done returns to Target in the past with and without receipts and I have NEVER been asked to provide me unassociated credit card. Katie continued to process my return but then informed me that she could only provide a credit for 2 of the 4 curtains and handed me a store credit card. She placed my other 2 curtains in a bag, I asked why didnt she tell me prior that should could only accept 2 of the 4 curtains? Her response was, the system wouldnt allow her to because of the amount! I found this policy to be made up and untrue so I requested to speak to a manager. She gladly and promptly acknowledged; she was the manager. I clarified my request by asking her was she the GENERAL STORE MANAGER, she replied yes. I then took my 2 curtains and walked out the store feeling unfairly and unethically treated! As I approached my car with an uneasy feeling, I decided to call Target Corp office to express my concerns with the interaction. I spoke to a very nice gentlemen who heard me out, did his best to come up with a solution to the other 2 curtains which unfortunately led to me having to speak with Katie again. That went absolutely nowhere and AGAIN, I called Target Corp office to speak to yet another rep and finally he agreed to send me 2 electronic gift cards to cover the cost of the 2 remaining curtains. I then called the store back again this time to ask another department personnel who the general store manager was, I was told John. I asked who Katie was and I was told the Front-End Supervisor! I now have a third call into Target Corp office, the Waldorf store to discuss this unfair, unethical treatment by Katie. My issue started with a simple return, now its a MUCH bigger one that I wont stop until its dealt with!

Learning about Targets drive-up service has been one of the silver linings of life in the pandemic. U will probably shop this way after things go back to normal. Thank you Target workers! You all are awesome!

I go here practically every other day for the Starbucks and sometimes to get good deals on everyday essentials. Staff start to recognize you after going often which is a good thing I suppose. Staff from Starbucks to team members are friendly and helpful for most part, but I know where everything is now since I’m here often so I don’t have to ask team members unless an item is out of stock. Would give 5 stars, but deducted one star for one of the Starbucks members who has an attitude and on the phone when ordering my drinks.

It was close to where I live...but if you are trying to save time this is not the location to go to. It appeared as if it was a chore for an employee to help me and when the line started to get long....not one of their store employees stepped up to take the initiative to help out...one thing that could make it easier is if they had a front end manager available to help direct the flow of traffic and ease the congestion...will I use their pick up again in the future....as a last resort....but then so many other places to order from and have it ready when I arrive that Target is going to be my last resort.

Had an issue with the manager Katie and team member Evangeline when I tried to return part of my order. It wasnt my issue, it was another team members issue that gave me the wrong item when I initially picked up my order. Both Katie and Evangeline need better attitudes and maybe some additional training. Never had an issue with this Target until today. I will continue shopping at the Target in La Plata. They all have great attitudes and are professional!

Never dealing with this Target again! Horrible experience getting refund from online order. They sent me the wrong size boot and then offered me a $5 refund when I paid $20 for the boots and I had my receipt!

There is a girl Tori that helped me a few weeks ago in the returns department and she was so cool! Very down to earth and fun. She added some spice to her service and I so appreciated it.Also wanted to shoot out Richard! They were about to close the store in 10 minutes & I was having trouble paying for my groceries. He was patient and assisted me with the technology!

Target store is out of a lot of cleaning supplies no matter the time of day. And staff cannot tell seem to explain when is a good time to stop by and be able to pick up these items. How are we supposed to take care of our families if there are no supplies?!

We pretty much shop here every week, mainly for groceries and household items. The store is always clean and well organized. The cashiers are really friendly and usually will converse with you during checkout. They do well maintaining the lines and keeping things moving. Tip: Download the Target app and use the Cartwheel to get savings and coupons. We usually save about $3-$4 per visit.

The store used to be very nice till Target decided to upgrade. Fixtures make it very hard to find items, unable to navigate carts within the clothes, lights are very bright causing visual issues and the colors and design make it looks like they are trying to hard to fit in. They should of left it hows it is. Too often. I hear people complaing about the store now.

I love the store. The people are nice. The bathrooms need attention. They need more people for the food section.The company can use MORE plus size clothes and bigger section. As well as plus size undergarments.This Company focuses on small sizes for teens and misses and little girls clothes and older girls. Men, Boys (younger and older) and Plus size sections are very small.

Why i wont shop a Target - Waldorf....I went to use the Ladies room which could have stood a cleaning. I went to wash my hands and neither of the hand dryers were working and there was no paper towels in the wash room.When i went to the customer service desk i was told that they were waiting for a work order to come through to fix the dryers (So you are aware that they are broken!?)..We have some paper towels and she went to go look for some behind the desk, but none could be found....but we are inside of the Target..where paper goods are sold...and you KNOW that the Ladies room doesnt have any? Do better Target.

Well stocked. Typical Target. The staff is helpful. The store is clean and bright. The prices are fair. I generally dont go for groceries. I tend to go more for housewares. The clothing line is more geared toward young adults so if you are shopping for a middle aged man with a bit of a belly, this might not be the place to find what you are looking for. Clothing for children, yes.

I love shopping at Target and love it even more since they have made a lot of upgrades in their store.

Taking cleaning seriously. Ive not been in any store where the employees are taking cleaning more seriously, they were even cleaning the self-checkout registers after each customer. Kudos to the staff!

Normally I have good experiences with this Target, but today I had one of the worst experiences as a shopper in any store Ive been to.I simply came in to get a pair of mens shoes. I found in the womens section they had the shoes all in one easy to find location, only to go to the mens section and not find anything. I attempted to flag down an employee, calling you him four times, only to be promptly ignored as he stared down at his phone as he was walking into the bag. I than had to find a second employee, and after asking for help was met with an eye roll and curt instructions that the shoes were spread out in four different locations and than left to look for myself.When I did find the types of shoes I was interested in, they were blocked off by empty storage carts I assume Target uses in the back. I than left and bought shoes at the mall.
