My girlfriend exhaust system was making a loud noise, we took it here to have them look at it and this is our first time visiting this place. They couldnt look at it right away so we left the car with them. When we returned they replaced a gasket and tightened it up and charged us nothing. You dont find companies like that anymore and in the middle of a pandemic unheard of bless their hearts.

Really admire the quick and professional work they perform.

They welded my muffler together and my car has been running well and noise free.

I took my vehicle to this shop for assessment!!!For a possible repair !! After receiving this information I told the guy I would get back to him on what to do !!! 7 days later I went to tell him no to his price he informed me that my car was ready ???? I received no phone call from Mr Muffler at all and when asked number to the corporate office he tell me that my leaving my key with him said that I wanted him to fix my car!!!!! I never ok’d this repair!!!!!!!!

Shop was closes during business hours and Noone answered the phone during business hours.

Mr.muffler been around for a long time and Ive never heard anything bad about them,I cant wait to get my mufflers installed by them.

This place did a phenomenal job on my 2020 hellcat. Colleen was very professional and punctual. The guy that did the work was very friendly. They both had great conversation and treated me with the utmost respect. I’m glad I didn’t believe the few bad reviews and took a chance on this place. My hellcat now screams the way it’s supposed to thanks to this shop. Don’t sleep on this place. They will take care of your exhaust needs.

Cant say enough about this place . Came there early in the morning without an appointment and they saw me right away . I didnt wait for no more than 3 hours to finished. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

When I first drove up I thought it was a small place. When they finished the extensive work on my car the same day I brought it in I knew then the size didn’t matter. They did an excellent job! They were honest and thorough and kind and professional. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She knows more about vehicles than anyone I know! She made me completely feel at ease and was up front and presented options before completing the job!! If I need work in the future I can promise you I won’t be going anywhere else!! Fantastic!! Great people with a lot of good experience. Got my muffler deleted and added a straight pipe on my Infiniti and it sounded amazing. Charles really took the time to line up my exhaust tips and make them even and didn’t take that long either. Definitely recommend this place for any exhaust work.

Mr. Muffler was suggested from my Chevy dealer because of the loud sounds that were coming from my truck. I had just visited a mechanic in Accokeek who told me the problem was my catalytic converter but the dealer over the phone suggested that it may be my muffler. I stopped pass Mr. Muffler to have them take a look at it, afraid of what the expenses may be. My vehicle was diagnosed with a hole in the flex pipe and they were able to repair it for less than $200 and within an hour. I was extremely grateful and satisfied with the service. I was ready to get rid of my vehicle because of the expenses but thanks to Mr. Muffler, they spared me the expenses.

Awesome service and great prices

Very friendly. One of the mechanics did a repair and messed up. It was a tideous job. Been going back and forth to get it corrected. No hazel from them though. I guess because they know he messed up. They did some muffler work done well. They Need to a bit more infoming. Overall rating 1 to 10 I give them a 6.50. I think I would still get work done there. Sometimes things just dont go according to plan. Their not bad.... Continuation.....Had to take my truck back for the same reapir and its still not fixed right. Had a manifold leak due to bolts broken off. The mechanic had to drill out the bolts and drilled to far and now oil is leaking through the new bolts. Oil is dropping on something hot and can smell it when the AC is on. Went back to them at lease 5 time and I live over 20 miles away. I have done work for many people for many years and I take pride in my work. This was a really bad job. Truck is in worse condition then when I brought it to them. They should just stick to muffler work and changing light bulbs. Most families are living from pay check to pay check.....and when a car repair is needed the mechanic got to get that job done wright. I payed for a service that was not rendered. My rating has changed...never going back rating....

They wanted to charge 230.00 for a mid-muffler delete (resonator). I got the job done for 160.00 just over the line in P.G. and it only took 30mins.

I had a terrible exhaust leak. I brought it here and it was done in about an hr and cost just over a 100 bucks. Great place!!!

Great service

My check engine light had been on for over two years...never really seemed like a big deal til emissions came up. I took my Honda Accord to the Honda dealership in waldorf to diagnose. Was told that it would cost $465 to clean out egr passageways in addition to the $140 it costs to diagnose which is supposed to go towards parts and labor. Then we called Mr. Muffler. Made an appt...went in two days later...took less than an hour...cost $50...the light went out on the way home. The mechanic even took the time to explain exactly what was going on and answered every question I had...and I had a few since I’d been trying to get this light off for months. I LOVE these guys. Definitely going back for my a/c.

HAD MY TRUCK SERVICED FOR SERPENTINE BELT NOISE. THEY REPLACED THE PULLEYS, PICK TRUCK UP THE SAME NOISE I WAS HEARING EVEN LOUDER. I WAS TOLD TO REPLACE THE BELT . YOU DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSION. NEVER WILL SERVICE ANOTHER VEHICLE OF MINE.

Had these guys install a muffler years ago. The work was so bad and expensive I couldnt forget it and thats why Im still writing this review. I had to get my inspection that day at the same time and I had them install a light bulb for a blinker light.. got charged $20 for it - total RIP OFF.. I could have bought a screw driver nearby and installed myself but I was running short on time for the day.. my mistake.. So dont screw up like I did and end up at this shop.. you will get ripped off. And dont believe all the positive reviews because it is very obvious they are fake.

Took my SUV there for an over heating problem. Told them it was a coolant and the leak was somewhere in the back of the engine bay. They took a look and called me back staying that it was not just a leak but I need a new water pump, heating core, and timing belt assembly quoting me almost $1400. I refused the service knowing well that those werent the issues. I found these leak myself and bought the replacement part from the dodge dealership for about $160. And now my vehicle is running normal. They really tried to make a quick buck on me. Little did they know that I have done knowledge about the issue of my water pump was replaced less than a year ago. SMH. Now I cant help but think that when I took my Subaru there a few months back, that not only did they not fix it but made it worse (the engine died about 2 weeks later).

Great service and part didnt cost much

I took my 2004 Hayndai Accent to 3 other shops and they said it would cost $1000 to fix my problem...but the helpful mechanics ar Mr Muffler diagnosed thr problem for free and the price to fix it was 1/5 of what the other places that were trying to ripe me off were trying to charge. I reccomend this to anyone for great service at a great price!!!!
