Estimated time of arrival kept pushing back. Final call was told they will call another towing company to retrieve my vehicle.

Not good they give one price on the phone and a different one when they get to you.Thats bad business.

Owner of the business refused to do the tow because I wouldnt pay more money after he accepted the price already paid through my insurance company

Was a insurance matter but they called and tried to shake me down for more money I told them not to even bother coming and called my insurance backThese guys are crooks dont use themThe guy in question claimed to be the owners son said I had to pay a additional 100 bucks even though insurance is supposed to cover all cost

The driver said be there within 30 min. Sends text after 1 hour that he will be there in 10 min. He finally shows up 1 hour 30 min. Also the cost is very high. $125 for 3 mile tow. Never again with Hard Charger Towing.

Excellent service

Rude Manager, piss poor service and they cancelled services after 2 hours and I was the one providing money in their pocket. I will NEVER use Hard Charger Towing, go elsewhere, dont waste your time on rude people!! I plan on broadcasting this to as many people as I can; take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of tow companies that are appreciative.

All I can say is WOW! I was very happy with prefessionism and promptness of this company. I was stranded in Northern Va. and they transported me back to Clinton MD. It was late and raining, it seemed like no other company wanted to help me. This company and driver were amazing I felt like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys, you rock!

Do not use this company. My insurance company contacted them to tow my car last night. I was given an arrival time and was constantly texted stating that the tow was in route and on schedule, but they never showed up. I called and was told by the dispatch that he was going to call me back in 5 minutes after he’s contacted the driver. I never received a phone call back. I called this company back 5 times only get the voicemail. I contacted my insurance company, who also called the tow and their calls also went unanswered. This place is the worst. Do not use them because they will leave you stranded and will not answer your calls.

Zero stars. How do you charge for cleanup from an accident that had nothing to clean up. Driver was polite, but whoever the man is that answers the office number is abrupt, rude, and will speak over top of you instead of listening.

They were sent to my home to tow my vehicle less than 5 miles from my home, and gave the TSR the wrong address. TSR called me and asked me to verify the address and I informed her my vehicle was not towed 26 miles away it was towed 4.1 miles down the row and I have the service receipt to prove it. She apologized and said it looks like they were trying to get extra money. That was fowl.

I told him where I was. He said 40 minutes. An hour and a half later I call he tells me he cant find it. I gave Im the very intersection. He tells me hes coming, an hour later i called, couldnt get ahold of him. went through t and t towing. Much better.

After leaving me stranded for over two hours and lying about when they would arrive. I decided to leave my car and uber home leaving the key in the car for them to pick up. AT 10 PM after an original completion time of 7:20-7:40, my car was finally delivered. I got the key back from David the meth head and went inside to end my day not even thinking to take a quick glance at the other side of my car. The next morning I went to my car and discovered David Meth head had left the window rolled all the way down. I DID NOT leave my window open when I caught a ride home. I left my car, why would I leave my window completely down? Ive had my car towed before and theyve never opened the window, nor is there a reason to. Of course all my things were were stolen including one of my spare car keys. I called the company and the rude manager didnt even offer an apology. Instead he accused me of leaving the window open and said he wasnt going to do anything about it. Throw the entire company away!

Highly recommended Chris delivered instant tow service within 1/2 hour for a pick up by a certain time which he met and then waited to meet customer with the vehicle and assisted in the transfer all for a very fair price Great service

This place is a rip off. DO NOT deal with them especially on the mechanic side. Will lie and say you need parts when you dont. Will say they are working on your car when they arent. Will hold your car for DAYS before they touch it.

Pisss poor service, driver dropped my disabled vehicle at my house and parked it illegally, and I got impounded in my own town home development and now not trying to refund my $175 the person who answer the phone is rude and obnoxious

-10 star. They refuse to let me see my car and get my tags it’s been YEARS. Every time I call to get my car or even have him fix it, they lie and say they are out of town. Service is disgusting they won’t let me fix the car and they won’t let me have it towed somewhere else I honestly think they sold it.

Deserve Not a single Star My vehicle broke down in the left lane of Route 5 and this company told me to push the car across 4 lanes of Hwy Traffic after they were already 30mins late from the time my insurance said theyd show,Very Unprofessional
