Received a email this morning promoting same day deals. Today happened to be my brothers birthday so this email gave me the idea to send him some fruit. Placed the order online and around 1pm (about one hour later) this store called me said there are no more deliveries going out for today. I am very angry. I always use the Upper Marlboro location and have had no problems, only when I use this waldorf location (2 times already) it is always some kind of issue. They seriously need better management because they are losing alot of business and loyal customers.

Its okay! The young lady wasnt aware the date I selected was on a holiday, and tried to cancel. The owner came in on her day off to correct the error. I appreciate that, the basket was very beautiful and delicious. My beautiful mother was well pleased and surprised. Thank you!

I placed an online order a week ago. Randomly, I started reading the reviews today and got a little nervous. However, I have placed orders with this business for 3 years when I was in college and my mom always got her arrangements on the requested day. My dad, who lives in another state, sent me something last year also. Today, the lady who delivered the edible arrangement walked to the door and rung the doorbell. Luckily my mom was downstairs to answer herself. The lady gave my mom the edible arrangement. My mom was surprised. The chocolate covered strawberries were very good and tasted fresh. My mom also liked her cheesecake. Thank you for helping make this special for her and delivering my order on the requested day.

On March 1st, I placed an order for the Thank You Delicious Fruit Design as a surprise gift and Im so glad that I did. I had the arrangement delivered on March 3rd and the 3 recipients were surprised and they absolutely loved the delicious fruit, especially the sweet strawberries! Kudos to the Edible Arrangement Team in Waldorf, MD for a job very well done despite the pandemic restrictions! Thanks again from a very happy customer!

I usually never write reviews but please if you can avoid buying from this store DO IT! I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Valentines day to be delivered and it never came. The staff was unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing, and were absolutely no help to me with my situation. I ended up having to contact corporate and get a refund. I shouldve read the reviews before ordering from this establishment but the staff at this store need to do better, they honestly deserve no stars at all.

I ordered my arrangements for my aunt -she has a door man. They said the left the arrangements but they are not on the camera and the door man said no one came. So I called- on hold 35min. I called again and the same. Called main office- they are sorry but nothing they can do about it. Would not recommend ordering from here. Still no response .

I got there for pick up scheduled for 12:30 and the door was locked, no sign or anything. I had to call the number multiple time to get someone to open the door and then my order was not even ready I ended have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order which caused me to be late on top of the lack luster customer service. Lesson learned go to a different location.

I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement to be delivered the day BEFORE Mothers Day, which means I paid the additional $9.99 delivery fee. I received an email stating that my arrangement had been delivered. I called my mom and she said nothing had been delivered. She checked her Nest camera and she saw a blue vehicle pull up to her house around the time that I received the email. The person sat in their car for a while. Then the person got out of their car and looked in their trunk and passenger seat, as if they were looking for something. The driver got back into their car and left. They did not drop off the arrangement! I called Edible Arrangements multiple times and kept being told that they would get in contact with the driver and call me back. This happened for two days. I ended up disputing the charge. Please choose any other location. I wish I had gone through google and saw the reviews for this location. Unfortunately, I went through the website directly. Lesson learned.

My thoughtful husband placed an order online on Wednesday for a regular fresh cut bouquet. He picked it up Friday evening and surprised me with it after I got off work as an early v-day present. I was excited about this gift until I saw it was frozen. I have received edible arrangements before and they were never frozen. The strawberries when thawed were soggy and inedible. I was very unhappy with this arrangement!

Terrible service from even the manager! I went into the store to tell them my order (an anniversary gift) had not been delivered within the time frame it was supposed to be delivered. The manager straight up yelled at me as though it was my fault for the failed delivery even though I had called 2 DAYS AHEAD if it was ok to have an arrangement delivered within a time frame. And he fled into the backroom so I didnt have a chance to go off on him. And when I called customer service they told me that the complaint would be sent to the manager and he would contact me in 3 days....yea that was back in December and I still have not gotten an apology. Maybe next time Ill just make my own and have some random Uber driver deliver it.

I tried to place an order over the phone and was left on hold for 15min when I hung up. I then tried to go in and place my order an got attitude like I shouldnt be here to spend my money. Them not knowing I was just trying on the phone but I still gave no attitude.There was a customer there while I was waiting complaining about the fruit they had in their bouquet, I decided that was my cue to leave. This E.A. location needs help with customer service, pride and how to be etiquette. I will never come back until they change smh.

The arrangement was just what I asked for, but the poor customer service from the delivery driver has left a bad taste in my mouth. You may need to review how to address and respond to paying customers. I know its a rainy day, but I would hate for you all to continue to get poor reviews. It doesnt look good for business. I went to place an order and received horrible customer service. It was as if the employee didnt want to be bothered. I was asked if I was here to pick up an order I said no, to place an order and I was stared at like I was doing something totally wrong. Then I was told it to order online with Google without any explanation of my options. I saw a book on the counter with pictures of products and began to look as the employee only engaged in personal conversation with others. Needless to say I left without placing an order and chose another store.

The wait was so long. They had a closed sign on the door. I was concerned. Its my birthday and I really wanted my treats😲 Eventually someone came out. The person was very apologetic. I guess we have to just be patient during this time. It all worked out. 👍

My dad Ordered a $60 arrangement for Valentines Day. They delivered 1 balloon to my mother. No one answered the phone the day of or following morning, and the voicemail was full. Once I arrived to the store they were only willing to give half off on the order. I wish I’d have gone for him because this was not adequate compensation. I’m not bad mouthing the edible arrangement brand as this has never been my experience, and they are typically individually owned. However this location does not even deserve 1 star.

Please, please, please do not order from this store. By far the worst customer service, I have ever experienced. My neighbor ordered an arrangement for his wifes birthday and ask the delivery driver to bring it over to my house until they got home. I noticed on the arrangement the balloon said Happy Easter. Knowing it was her birthday and didnt want the surprise to be ruined. I called the store to let them know of the mistake and ask to speak to the manager. The manager which is the delivery man and the owners husband refused to speak to me. He was extremely rude and was yelling in the background, that he did not want to speak to me and that he was not going to replace the balloon. I called corporate, hoping they will resolve this issue. Feel absolutely terrible for my neighbor, however Joan Moore and her husband should not be business owners. Sad to say that your business is still operating at a time like this, because people want to spread a little love and cheer to their loved ones and you mistreat people like this, terrible and shame on you.

I ordered for Valentine’s Day two days prior for delivery and I was upset that there weren’t any updates regarding my order to be delivered for February 15th. Company didn’t answer phone to Inquire on delivery time. So visited local store I was able to receive update, lady offered to have it ready for pickup instead as I was inconvenienced. They even went out of their way to refund me for delivery charge since they provided alternative for pickup same day. I regret ordering two days prior on one of busiest holidays, but ultimately happy with end result. The 24 piece assorted fruits turned out beautiful and delicious. I would provide 5 stars, but was not happy about lack of communication or store not answering the phone for 24/48 hrs. I would advise anyone ordering to opt for pickup for this particular location instead of delivery. Besides that order was fresh and up to par. 👌🏽 👍🏽

This store provided the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I ordered an arrangement on 10/21/20 for my Aunt’s 70th birthday. She was not home when they came, but she called and arranged for a new delivery time. They never made the delivery at the time she was told and was very rude when she called to inquire. She asked to speak with the manager. He never got on the phone. He yelled in the back ground to the phone. Very unprofessional. I called and was told it would be delivered on the 10/24/20. I live in San Diego so there was no other way for me to get this to her.The next call I received was from my Aunt telling me that they hung up in her face and wouldn’t answer the phone when she called back. The store called me stating that they needed to refund my money due to the incident that happened with my Aunt earlier that day. Mind you this is three days after the original delivery date and she still had not received her arrangement.Very disappointed and I would never patronize this store ever again.

I order a delivery with specific time frame, because I wasnt going to be at the house. They came out of that time frame and said they will deliver it the next day and never came. I called the next day and again they said theyll deliver it and nothing. I had to go to the store to get it wait for an hour until they re made it. To get to the store and called a bunch of times until they finally picked up. For me to wait again. Service sucksI gave it 1 star because it doesnt let me give it 0

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my Goddaughter. Not only was it delivered late, it did not have the balloon I ordered and paid for. I called the store several times, to no avail. I dont think I will be using this particular store again or, Edible Arrangements at all. I understand that we are living in what some is calling the new norm. However, unprofessionalism and a lack to attend to detail have/is never been acceptable to me.

Im pretty sure this particular store is a scam.My husband ordered me an arrangement that cost $80 to be delivered to me. I was home in the living room waiting for the arrangement. The delivery guy came to my door and stood there for a few seconds, with said order in his hand, without knocking or ringing the doorbell. He then gets back in the car and drives away without leaving the arrangement at my porch. An hour later my husband calls and tells me that they tried to delivery, but no one was home. Im still watching tv in the living room at this point. I look at my Ring notifications because, maybe I was too engrossed into the tv to hear my annoyingly loud doorbell, that surprises me every time I hear it. My Ring camera picked him up as motion detected at my door and recorded him not trying to delivery anything.

The customer service is non-existent. Ordered a time-sensitive delivery and specifically left a note to say that the package should be left at the door. I receive a notification that the order was not delivered because no one was home. I call the store and am advised that the driver did not see the note and that the order will not be delivered until the next day. Apparently neither the Manager nor the driver were available to fix their own mistake. When I explained that that wont cut it, I was told that it wasnt the stores fault that no one was home; even though they were specifically told to leave the package at the door. I was told that the driver was also gone for the day, although the delivery attempt happened 2 minutes before I called the store.I would not recommend this place and certainly would not recommend them for important occasions. Oh and refunds take 3-5 business days. This is ridiculous.

After reading other reviews I was hesitant to order from this store. My fears were increased when I made a mistake with online ordering and needed to speak to someone at the store to correct it. I had to call 6 times before I could get anyone on the line, however, the young lady was professional and quickly corrected my issue. The delivery arrived fresh and on time and most importantly, the recipient was pleased. I would order from this location again.

I was very disappointed with the fruit basket. I paid $100 for this gift & it was small in comparison to the photo which said it was large. They had to refund the money for the balloons because they didnt have any. Again very poor customer service. And if you advertise a large basket & you pay for a large basket that is what you should get, a large basket! This was my Aunts 99th Birthday. A very special day & was to be celebrated as such. I am not sure whats going on with the Waldorf Edible Arrangements but I will not be returning. Such a good product made bad.

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered online for pick-up for my wifes birthday. Selected 08:30 pick up. Went to the store and store doesnt open until 10:00. Worker arrived at 10:10 to open the store, second worker arrived at 10:15. Of course my order wasnt ready for pick-up so had to wait until 10:43. Found out the day prior that my sister also ordered an arrangement for my wife. She called the store to have the arrangement deliver canceled so I could just pick it up for her. The worker asked what time, she said 08:30, and the worker responded with, okay. -_- why would they say ok if they knew they didnt open until 10?... Its unfortunate that this is the only Edible store in this area.

Ordered an arrangement online 2 days ago to arrive today (Valentines Day) from the Waldorf, MD shop, it is now 6:30pm and they close at 7:00pm. No delivery yet, been trying to call them for the past 45 mins with no answer. Doesnt look like my delivery is arriving today. Very disappointed and disgusted. Will never use them again!!! Could only leave this review if a star is given otherwise I wouldnt leave any stars!

Horrible experience and staff was very unprofessional. They had a 99 cent deal on Saturday. Went in and waited over 30 minutes for a smoothie. They took there time and the smoothie went in the trash. Worst tasting smoothie ever. All customers were complaining and a lady named Tyonna came out and yelled at customers saying they are too busy they will not honor the 99 cent special. The one lady was pregnant. She was so upset. It was horrible I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Very violent behavior from that employee towards customers.

I ordered a birthday arrangement from this particular location. Ive never actually visited the spot and was shocked at how small it is once I stepped inside. Lol.The two ladies working were very efficient and friendly. My arrangement was ready and it was actually better-looking than what Id seen online. Excellent! The fruit was also fresh and tasted delicious.They did forget that Id ordered balloons as well but once I mentioned it they quickly went to the back and brought out 3 large birthday balloons for me.Id definitely order from here again! Great customer service and albeit small, the venue is clean.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a fruit bouquet and balloons for same-day delivery one morning. They charge a hefty premium for same-day delivery, and they sent me written confirmation of my delivery date.At 5:30pm, I called to see if it had been delivered. They told me it was on its way out the door, and that I would get an email confirmation when the order was delivered.They lied. Two days later, they called to say that the recipient wasnt home, and that they attempted delivery twice. After interrogating the staff, they admitted to me that they had not attempted to deliver until 3/3/18--two days after the delivery date they confirmed.They refused to give me a refund and would not let me speak to an owner or manager. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I will never order from this place again.

Horrible service overall! When I was there to put my order in, wasnt offered any help other than being told there is the book to pick something out of. Didnt ask what I was looking for and was no help at all. I made it very clear that I would like to have it delivered as early as possible giving the person I was ordering it for who gets off at 4, and give them the chance to enjoy it throughout the day. Was told that it would be delivered between 10 and 2, to find out that it wasnt delivered until 3:30. I feel for the amount of money that I spent, the service should have been much better! Major letdown and a total disappointment!! Will not be using their business ever again!!

Very unprofessional! I really wanted to give this location a shot and I did;Totally upset that I did not get what I ordered. Would have probably not have been upset if management or someone would have told me ahead of time about product that would have been missing from my order. Very inconsiderate to not call to see if I would still want my order without everything I paid for. Not only was it inconsiderate it was my husbands birthday and I wanted it to be special and I paid my money basically for it to be a failure. I would have gladly told you to either refund me my money or I would like you to take off what wasnt on my order and I would have gotten my other items elsewhere. Totally ruined my day... keep in mind that something that may be small to you is so much bigger to someone else. Totally disappointed and would like a refund.

First time coming to this locationA friend and I visit this location and ordered two Strawberry Banana smoothies. It took 25 mins for the smoothies to be made. The smoothie machine is located in the front of the store the young man went back and forth at least five times from the counter to the back. He did apologize for the wait. However when we tasted the smoothie it was very bitter, sour and watery. Not what I expected for paying almost $13.00 for two smoothies and coming from Edible Arrangement. Very disappointing.

Ridiculous service! Called on 2/17/19 at 10 am. A man answered the phone with an unwelcoming voice. He placed me on a too long hold and then returned to phone and with the same sorry tone in his voice and said, “I’m sorry but we just got in here.” I responded, (annoyed at his unprofessional tone) do you want me to call back.” That unprofessional thing then said,”that would be nice.” Outrageous!!! What kind of business is this that would turn Away customers... at 10 am the place should be open and ready for business. whoever the owners are can’t know that this is happening. Of course I will not call that useless unprofessional thing back! Won’t get my money. Now I understand the poor ratings . It’s well deserved and believe every last one of the poor reviews.

The worst experience. I ordered a bundle for my mom for Mother’s Day for $141. The didn’t deliver two of the three items, and the item that they did deliver was not fresh at all and turned brown the very next day. Also, the employee Diamond was very rude when I called to check on the status of my order.

The online ordering experience was not the easiest thing in the world. Then when I went to get a next day delivery for my fiances birthday, I was only given a few selections. So I selected chocolate covered strawberries bouquet plus some other fruits that we supposed to be chocolate covered. My order was delivered with NO CHOCOLATE! That was the best part and really the main part she was looking forward too! Then I go to call the next day to address the situation. I called twice. No one answered the phone and they left some whack voice message for me to listen too. I have never had any problems with edible arrangements until I have dealt with the Waldorf, Maryland location. Just bought strawberry and a chocolate apple doughnut and both were gross the apple was brown and soft IT should had been crispy and strawberries were soggy. The guy could had made a freshone that says alot how you dont care for your customers or product you sell. GROSS!!!!!!! I wish I could post the photo of how gross the apple was you would be shocked!

The 1st time I ordered from THIS place it was supposed to be ready by 9am for pick up. It still wasnt ready by noon. The owner was very apologetic & seemed nice so I filed that away for over a year. I believe in 2nd chances, so I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my daughters birthday that never came. Called the 800# & they said to give it to 9pm! 9:15 nothing. I called the next morning. Received a call back from a man who identified himself as the manager who was NOT customer friendly at all. After a couple exploratory questions, he rudely said Well what you wanna do? I love edible arrangements & have been a customer since 2010, but I will NEVER EVER patronize THIS location in Waldorf EVER again!

Not happy at all with this store. My first order was not what I expected. The strawberries and pineapple not dipped in chocolate were not fresh at all. Went in and another one was made this time it was a lot smaller tank my original order, the strawberries were not sweet at all they were very sour. I was very disappointed at the end of the day I just wanted my refund back.

Their manager was highly impatient, extremely rude! Unwilling to communicate with me as a customer personally and instead decided to be very mean and nasty with having his assistant relay his rude response! This was my very first time ordering from this franchise and most definitely will be my very last! The one star rating that I had to give in order to post this review is very undeserving of even that one star!

I am sorry I even took the time to call this store in LaPlata Md.The person who answered the phone was not abLe to speak up. I asked several times for him to speak louder! ! Not only did he not speak up but he barely could answer my questions. I also asked if there was another store that could service Newburg Md. But he could not even tell me this. I asked what time they opened on Saturdays and he thought it might be 8am!!!!!. Management needs to get someone in there that sounds like they enjoy their job and respect the customer on the phone!!!I will go else where for my fruit tray for 50 people!!!
