Staff are always friendly & helpful. Definitely have an awesome & eclectic selection. Descent prices too, and everything weve gotten there has been good quality as well. Would definitely recommend!!!

Staff are always super helpful and friendly. They have it locked down to where only a certain number of people can be inside the store at a given time. Always a ton of stuff to look at and a huge selection of popculture shirts.

Staff very friendly and helpful, theyre taking covid-19 seriously, and they have a great selection of stuff. They even offered to honor an expired coupon that had run out a week ago.

Hot Topic is a store with some of the nicest sales associates. We have been shopping there since it opened and I always love their displays. If your in the mall, stop in.

It wasnt too bad, but I saw a lot of advertised sales, and none of them were explained nor was I offered a tote bag for the pack it up special. Other than the the customer service is normally good depending on whos there. The young woman, I believe her name is Jenny gives really good customer service as well as the young lady with short white hair and glasses.

Ahhh... my awkward late teenage years / early twenties summed up in one store. This is definitely a niche establishment. Definitely the store you want to go to if you are rebelling against your parents or really into whatever artist just happens to be the flavor that month. I used to go to Hot Topic at least once a month in my younger years. Back then, if I really..REALLY.. wanted That Type O Negative/ HIM / AFI / COF t-shirt they were the place to visit. Now when I walk in I look at the t-shirts Im all like hey! Alice in Chains! I know them. But as Bob Dylan once said, The Times They Are A-Changin. And like any business, the model depends on keeping up with said times. I just miss being able to find t-shirts for the bands that Im into and not have to worry about spending an arm and a leg or ordering a Chinese bootleg off Amazon.
