Update 07/05/18: I gave a excellent review on a prior visit... Well... Not today... They’ve lost a loyal customer. I’ll never step back into this location. The quality of customer service has fallen off dramatically.

I came to last stop to shop for a outfit for a concert and sometimes I need help and because the employees there are so fashionable I knew they were the right people to help me. The girls there were so helpfully they found the perfect outfit for me it was so nice. My butt looked good and everything. I preferred all my friends I even bought my husband something they helped every step of the way and even gave me a discount.

Very rude. They follow you around and continue to ask if you want anything. I indicated NO. Let it be clear NOBODY in the store just me and 2 employees. They continue to follow me. I left the store... What makes it sad Im a police officer.. Please learn some Ethics you are running a business. . I returned to the store two days later with my uniform on, I would like to say the service was a little different.

If they had negative stars thats what they deserve. I brought dry rotted jeans - took them back and the clerk said fabric doesnt rot or do that. Dahhh She gets on the phone with whoever to tell me shes giving me a credit or to get another pair. When I showed the girl the jeans were tearing apart she snatched them from me. I said I dont want a credit because I dont want any of your faulty merchandise. She said Im not giving you your money back and at that moment I really wanted to slap her in the face and dare her to buck but I know the brutality of CC and too....Last Stop wont be in business for long! Not after I bring attention to Consumer Regulatory Affairs- The BBB and the FTC! Products with harmful dyesParasites and aged/rotted fabrics!

Same experience as the officer. Two employees in the store, the young lady was nice and only told me about the sales, but the young man in the kept following me and my girlfriend around and he asked her did she know where the womens section was. Granted she was in the mens section helping me and pointing things out she liked for me. I didnt care for anything in the store but the guy kept pressuring me to buy something and I just gave in, and now Im stuck with this ugly shirt. P.S. they dont give refunds only exchanges within 7 days. Ill be back before the 7 days is up and find somethings I can stand. Just steer clear of this shop folks. I really want to give this place ZERO STARS
