If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took a bridesmaid dress here for simple alterations and he completely butchered it. He cut the floor-length dress too short and the hem was uneven. The shoulder straps were different lengths. Finally, there was a beautiful lace appliqué that he cut up and completely ruined. When I took it back to show him the mistakes, he was incredibly rude and arrogant. He kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with the dress. I was in disbelief. Then he fought with me and refused to give me my money back. I have never seen such incredibly sloppy work and poor customer service in my life. I just took the dress to another tailor who told me that it cant be salvaged. Now Im two weeks out from the wedding with no dress to wear. Not to mention the fact that I have to throw my $300 dress away and buy a new one. Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else for your alterations.
