Stopped in looking for a cream to stop dark spots on my hands. Gentleman was very courteous and helpful. He walked me to two different aisles showing me products that might help. Explaining the ingredients and feedback from customers he gave me helpful information to make the right choice for me. The associate even suggested a product his store didnt carry. It is rare to get such attentive service these days and I will feequeny this store because of it.

Its a nice place to be . Anything pertaining to hair, I do go straight to them cus i know I will get whatever I want to purchase from their store. And the attendants are very good

Found some cute, cheap sunglasses to hold me until I can get mine repaired. Also found some nice long lasting lip tints (lipstick, gloss). #convenient

If I could give this store zero stars I would.This store has horrible customer service. I was trying to make up my mind on what wig I wanted and I decided I would come back. I told the lady that was helping me I didnt want to purchase the wig and that I would come back and she literally got mad at me for changing my mind telling me she had a picture of me and to leave the store. She waved her hand at me and told me to leave. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, they do not respect customers.

I visited this store to purchase braiding hair upon checking out using my credit card the cashier asked for ID. I provided my military dependents ID card and was told they do not accept that as an ID. I explain this is a govt issued ID and I’m not asking for a discount I’m just using it as my ID. She went on saying how they don’t except military ID in her store. I kindly put my purchase back and will not be purchasing from any place that doesn’t recognize our military.

I wish I could have written a more positive review about this place, but every fiber in my being will not allow me to. Ill start with a small positive note...although this was only my 3rd time in this establishment, they typically have what I am looking for.This past Saturday, I was in the area and needed some shampoo. Nothing fancy, a brand that is carried in most stores. Walked around the store, the employees were nice and accommodating. Found the shampoo, but they were all out of the larger sized bottle. Picked up two smaller bottles and headed to the register. Salesperson rings up shampoo and I notice the price was $9.99 for a 13oz bottle. Of course, I question it, because the 19oz bottle (which they were out of) was the same price! Huh?? Salesperson (and I) walk over to the aisle where the shampoo was housed and she points to the price tag and says, Yes, $9.99. My question, How is it the same price for two different sizes? She explains that the 19oz bottle was a promotional price. Im thinking - save the BS for someone else. Needless to say, I leave the store empty-handed because as I mentioned previously, the shampoo is widely available other places.So, I drive to Target and the same SMALL bottle of shampoo is $4.99! Yes, $4.99 and the beauty supply wanted $9.99!! You do the math. That is a 90% mark-up!!I am an advocate for promoting small business, since I am a small business owner myself. But, I am not okay with small businesses taking advantage of the consumer.Will I be purchasing from this store again? DEFINITELY NOT.Will I be vocal about the price gauging? DEFINITELY.My suggestion is spend your money wisely and elsewhere. Dont settle for convenience.

My favorite beauty supplier in Waldorf! The store has been in business, Ill say forever. The owners have always been pleasant and I love their location.

I couldnt find the leave in conditioner I wanted. Cashier showed me where my products were located. Excellent customer service

This place isnt as good as Ive heard from my friends. The workers could NOT understand ZERO English or even properly speak it. They didnt show much customer service always asking if someone needed something but then ignoring the customer seconds later. And the refund policy is terrible. I tried to return something about a second after I left the store because I realized it was the wrong one, and they noticed me that I was just in there but they told me that I could not return my hair when they CLEARLY had a yes-we-do-returns sign posted up inside their store.
