I walked into this store today to purchase a necklace. I stood for 10 min and out of the 3 employees 2/3 were not with customers yet no one ever greeted me . When asked why no one has said anything, one woman just pointed at another employee I’m assuming telling me to say something to her. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience today was far from welcoming .
This is the second time I’ve come to the same store to drop off and pick up my ring and waited both more then 30 minutes just for a simple 5 minute task. Customer service could’ve been better. My previous experiences with Shaw jewelers were excellent!

I submitted my ring to get it resized. Took 2 weeks for then to call back about the pricing. They told me the price. I wanted to think about since it seemed kinda high and it would be another 2 weeks before it would be fixed. I tried calling back later and no answer. Went to the site and only 2 people were there. Waited probably 30 minutes for help then left. I continued to call the rest of the day. Just constant ringing and then hang ups. I used to love this store. Not so sure anymore.
We had a GREAT experience with Asha! We showed up just trying to see if we could fix a ring my boyfriend gave me, and we left with a brand new beautiful ring AND an owl aquamarine necklace for his grandmother. She was so patient and answered all of our questions and just awesome.
I once loved Kays but this particular location has a slow turn around on replacing my Citizen watch band. I dropped it off on Dec 22 2018 and guess what nothing as of yet. I called today just to find out that they are waiting for the band to arrive. Wow....

I came in for watch batteries, a simple service and not a large tag service but I received great attention and advice purchasing lifetime watch battery replacement. Between my husband and I we own a lot of watches and they tend to get on a replacement schedule. Why not ? For convenience and service, Im sold.
Robinson Jewelers Store closed, but Kay Jewelers accepted my jewelry to continue taking care for the cleaning and fixing as needed with no problem. Very customer friendly and professional services.
Do not use this store!!!! I purchased a beautiful engagement ring. It was too big so I let them resize the ring, it took about 2 weeks. But the ring was too small. So kay told me they could do a rush order to resize the ring again. So I call the store a we3 later and asked about the rush order. They told me they would call me back. No one called me back.... So I called them back I was told that orders cannot be rushed. So in other words it will take another 2 weeks. I thought I let the professionals measure and size the ring but these people are not professionals. I wish I could give the kay store a Zero they are not good enough to get one star.
Enjoyed my experience there, especially dealing with Randa. Even though I only needed a small gift, she was really helpful. Definitely would go there again.
Mrs Randa was amazing and so helpful, she made me feel like I was part of her family. I bought my engagement ring from her and she made a really stressful process so much easier. Now, she is the first person I check with whenever I am looking to buy jewelry.

My service here was mediocre at best. I received a ring for my birthday from my mom. I wasn’t present when she bought the ring, so the woman told my mom to bring me back to have it sized properly. When we returned, we told them we wanted to have it sized for free (like we were told) and we were denied and asked to pay for some ridiculous warranty that we were never told about. The woman was very rude and short towards us. We eventually got the free sizing that was originally promised to us. When it came time to pick up the ring, we never recieved an email that is was ready (which we were told we would receive and did not) so we called twice and nobody answered. We went to the store and asked for the ring, again, the people working were short and didn’t have the time of day for us. The ring was sized correctly, but very dirty, and the repair job seemed sub par. The ring never left a mark on my finger until after the repair. The service at this kay jewelers was awful which is a shame, because my ring really is beautiful and special to me. We will not go to this Kay Jewlers for service again.

I definitely will go into the store instead of shopping online as to shopping online is very difficult they offer free shipping but you have to look for the icon to click it and also when they have promotional sales you cannot get the coupon to enter before your cell is complete but I did find if you go to the store and then very easy and a lot less difficult will continue to shop and do business with them just Not Online
Got a wedding band May and had to get it resized. One of the associates told us that it will be done by July, called them multiple times and there wasnt even a repair in their data, had to talk to multiple people to figure out why. Talked to our original associate and she said they will rush it, still nothing and its almost October. Im beyond stressed out that I cant even wear my wedding band and that no one knows anything about where and when my ring is coming. Not happy at all!

I brought my ring to this establisment to see if I could get it fixed. I waited at the counter for more than 10 mins before being asked if I needed help. Not that it was busy, but the majority of the associates was grouped together in a circle talking and laughing.I thought it was kind of rude seeing that they all saw me standing there.
The worst place to get an engagement ring. The jewelry is poor quality and overpriced. The sales people are unexpierenced and dont have a clue about the store polices. Be careful when returning a ring and receiving money back,if using a visa debit card they wont refund your money back to the card. Terrible experience. Never again.
Wish I could give a zero. Go to any other jewelry store. Warranties are as misleading as the staff.Run away!!!!!!
