Crazy, I come here to write a review and I see how many others have experienced the same rude “gentleman”. I called to inquire if a product was in stock, he didn’t know what the product was and then refused to take the item number to look it up. I asked his name-he paused then said “Deonte”. I called customer service and they said they need more people to call and make them aware of these issues. Long story short, don’t go to this GNC, go anywhere but this one!

Always reliable

GNC used to allow cash back automatically once you accumulated a certain amount of points. Now, they added an extra step and want you to log into your email to redeem the points first. They purposely did that so people can’t easily get a discount, thus leaving more money in the companies pocket.

They have an okay selection but I agree with others that one of the people there has an attitude problem and acts like youre an inconvenience to him. I quit going to GNC because of this franchise. Found something else with less rudeness even though its a little more inconvenient for me.

Been here a few times and the same guy who runs this franchise acts like your an inconvinence to be there. Don’t waste your time here, go to the one in town center. And if your military, stick to the GNC on Andrews AFB.

Don’t go to this store! They have product on their shelf for sale, but will not sell individual energy drinks even though that’s how they are marketed. David is his name, unsure if this is the manager. His words not mine “I can only sell you that if you buy the whole case, cause people won’t buy individual cans”. I said “David, I’m buying individual cans?” Anyways, a scam and a trap to take your money. Called the mall they even said don’t shop at this store! Place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra block to the mall.

Went to pick up some protein bars. Im guessing someone who works at the store shows up late to open it. Worker has literally no idea what’s going on. Didn’t know what products were on the bogo sale. He could not locate my account. He also had no idea what organic was, Lol. I’ll just buy my products online from now on. What a joke.

Does not acknowledge return policy and manager was rude. Said because he was a franchise, but the return policy doesnt stipulate that rule.
