As soon as I walked in door a guy grabbed the hydraulic hoses and said we can make them right now, 1/2hr later out the door with 4 brand new hydraulic hoses for my boat transmission. Great place to do business with.

Walked in and was ignored at first. Then some one came out and spoke negatively about the work for them i brought in.(automotive lift pump) The guy looked at it while actually standing on my toe (not kidding). He said I needed to get the info on the pump like manufacturer and so forth. The company that sold it to me went out of business i said. Well, I cant help you.. While the lady behind the counter was looking at me as if i came to rob the place. So, I thanked him for looking at it and there was a great uneasiness in the room as i repackaged the pump in the box which too all of about 20-30 seconds and i was eyeballed out of the door. It was like what the old south must have been like. I took the pump to Hydraulics Unlimited in Capital Heights,MD. they knew what it was right off the bat and said give them about three weeks to get it in. No fuss no muss no stepping on my feet. No treatment like a second or third class citizen. I am so glad I did not have to go back to that place. I dont know why they treated me so. Maybe someone was having a bad day. I hope no one else has that type of experience anywhere they go to get service.
