Great experience today at the Waldwick Verizon Store. Great customer service. The woman who runs that place is smart, efficient and so easy going and patient. I dreaded getting a new phone, was dragging my feet but she made it painless. Thanks so much!

This is a great Verizon location! I was helped today by Andy. He was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure my phone was set up and that I did not have to wait. I highly recommend this location, and in particular, Andy.

Its ok I didnt expect only one person to be at the desk so I had to wait an extended period of time to be helped. The store is nice.and up to date so its still worth it if you want to wait.

They set up four iphones for us the week before Christmas. Although they had some issues with Verizon corporate, they stayed open an extra 90 minutes to make sure all 4 of our phones were set-up. Really great customer service

My iPhone finally gave up the ghost after limping through the quarantine. Aftera really frustrating experience with Apple customer service trying to order a new iPhone I gave up with them. A friend of my daughter’s recommended the Verizon store in Waldwick. I admit I called reluctantly but the woman who answered solved my problem and put me at ease quickly. No one is more anxious than a woman without her phone lol. My husband ran over and was back within an hour with my new phone all set up and ready to go. Can’t thank this kind person enough!

This store and its owner are top notch! I recently switched from ATT and had an issue with my service and stopped at the store to ask for help. I didn’t process the initial transaction n his store, but he was willing to help me and spent over an hour troubleshooting and contacting the Verizon HQ on my behalf which resolved the issue. Forever grateful!!!

This has always been my go to Verizon store for tech support, customer service, new product, etc. Ive always had prompt and friendly service from both Elvis and Maurice.Unfortunately neither one was there when I arrived, and I had the misfortune of dealingwith a gentleman who just couldnt have cared less. He kept saying it wasnt his job and actually said What do you expect me to do about it? I expected assistance or even a referral of someone I could call, which is something that both Maurice and Elvis have both gladly done for me in the past. The apathy of this employee casts a poor reflection not only on this particular store, but on Verizon as a company. A very disappointing experience from a previouslyhappy and loyal customer.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint.We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards.We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month!After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will!ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION.TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR.THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER.WHAT A JOKE!!RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY
