We did contactless rental. Everything was super easy to figure out and find. They forgot to put a lock on our unit so I just went to the front desk and she looked up my info and gave me a lock right away. Easy and convenient, exactly what I was looking for

Terrible place I would not recommend to anyone. They are constantly increasing the rent and do nothing to maintain the facilities. Sometimes you go there and you can’t get in because the door will not open or the elevator doesn’t work. It is supposed to be climate controlled but the climate is only controlled by the environmental conditions on any given day. The lightning in the units is so bad you need to bring a flashlight. When you complain to the management, they tell you they are working on it or nothing can be done. The people are very nasty and not helpful.

Well, They were kind and efficient to the basic point of the terms, it was a good times together.

Called in at this location for some information and Stephanie was very helpful and patient with every question I had. I appreciate the help girl and looking forward to renting, thank you!

This is a pretty good storage facility, just a little more expensive than I would normally like.

I had a wonderful experience at the wallington location the manager and duty was so helpful I believe her name was Stephanie. She allowed me toview three different sized storage spaces that I was interested in. She answered every single one of my questions to the best of her ability. She made me feel as tho my belongings were safe at her location . I deff will be keeping wallington in mind for when im ready to actually start storing. GREAT JOB STEPHANIE!

I would really recommend the public storage in wallington . The property manager Stephanie seemed to be working her best to keep the building as clean as one person can do alone. she answered all my questions that I had in reference to storing and how public storage works. I had the pleasure of talking with the office Manager Stephanie. Very sweet & knowledgeable young lady. Every question I asked she didnt hesitate to answer. She answered the questions with great responses. She showed me a couple units explained to me the terms of the agreement in detail. She is a wonderful asset to the Public Storage family.

Over priced, not enough carts

I was just at the wallington Public Storage, where I witnessed great customer service. There was an Incredibly rude customer giving the girl behind the counter such a hard time over his vacate time. And with how rude he was being I give props to her for holding her own in such a respectful customer service type of way.

I made a reservation for a storage unit on 11/13/2020, I selected 11/21/2020 as my move in date. On 11/15 I spoke to a woman in the office to confirm my reservation, and made an appointment for Monday (11/16) at 1/1:30pm to come into the office to finalize the reservation. I arrived at the office on Monday at 1:30 and the door was locked. No one was there. The little paper clock in the window said the manager would be back at 1:40. I called the office several times while standing outside, no answer. I left a message explaining that I had an appointment and questioned why the office was closed. I, along with another couple whom was accompanied by a Wallington police officer (there were some items missing, and/or broken in their unit), waited outside in the cold until 2pm, and no one came. As I was driving away I saw a woman, who I assume is the manager, pull up to the office in a small blue SUV, and open the office. By this time I was over it. I used my lunch hr to come to the office, and needed to return to work.No one ever returned my call, and an hr later I received an email informing me that my reservation had been changed to 11/20/2020. I did not request this change, so I immediately called the office, no answer. Called a 2nd time, still no answer. I tried to change the reservation back to 11/21 on the website, but it wouldn’t process the request. Today someone finally answered the phone, and I canceled the reservation. This place is unprofessional, and I would caution anyone considering it to think twice.

The location is clean climate controlled..decent size storages. Location has street parking infront of building. Loading dock located inside building is a plus.

Moved into this place with help from the property manager Lexine. She was the most kind and patient with me and courteous. Definitely made me feel at ease in this tough time.

Great place! Its in a good area and the facilities are high tech and well maintained. Edgard set us up with our unit and was very helpful. We originally were set up to have a unit with a support beam right in the middle and he immediately moved us to a different unit of the same size with no change in price. He was very helpful answering all our questions and was knowledgeable of all the features in the facility, including elevator access, equipment, and access locations. We feel very comfortable moving our things into this location.

The staff (Lexine & Brianna) are great in providing friendly assistance. The place is great and strategically located. Pricing is good if you catch the special sale discount or online promo, and hopefully they would seal that monthly price for a minimum of 1 yr (as per the competitor storage) - then I could give them 5 stars. Also, would be great to have a trash bin.

My wife and I just moved in from California. We had a issue with the lock and Lexine the property manager was able to have the lock removed free of charge and solved the issue in a timely manner. Amazing quality in customer service.

I’ll start by saying what IMPECCABLE customer service!! Lexine went ABOVE and BEYOND with assisting me in my secondary space. She was the nicest, most patient woman. Me being unsure of what size I exactly needed, she came with me to my unit and was able to show me a few sizes she thought would work for me. Just simply amazing. You don’t get that type of dedicated service anymore. Lexine are doing a great job., keep up the good work!!!

I have been a returning customer after every move I’ve had in recent years and have never been disappointed. If it’s busy, you might occasionally have to wait a bit for a dolly cart, but people are courteous. Levine and co. are very detailed thorough staff members with excellent customer service skills.

Rented a unit at wallington public storage. the girl Stephanie was very helpful. she walked me around and showed me were the unit was. we went back to the office, were she walked me though the rental agreement and asked me if I would be needing and boxes or tape or any of the products that they sell. she ask what I would be storing to ensure I would be renting the right size room. I was very happy with her, very nice and pleasant to speak too. Although I told her I wouldnt be needing anything for moving because movers were doing all the work but i did say it would have been helpful if they had plastic storage bins for packing things.

Lexi and Briana are honestly the best women I’ve encountered in a very long time. I was in a tough position walking into public storage and they both made me feel like the light at the end of the my tunnel. Although my stay was short they assisted me in anything i needed. Even when i tried to tip them on multiple times they said helping me was enough. I know where i will be coming if i ever need storage again. Thank you ladies truly for everything.

Edgard was a very friendly employee who helped us out immensely when we had questions about the storage unit. He helped us out, answered all of our questions and my husband and I were absolutely pleased with the customer service we were given. The management was welcoming and friendly as well and told us about the different options of units we could have. They were marvelous, amicable, and pleasant to be around. We definitely will call them again for any of our storage needs.

Large public storage friendly staff like Breiana, that knew the facility and matched our needs by our situation! Trust me this is a great place ramps and two loading docks makes it easy to load and unload you goods in the storage. There are wheeled flatbeds around to make the transport that much easier.

Dont purchase the insurance they offer it will not pay out after your items are stolen even with a lock on your unit! Management will tell you to call the insurance company the insurance company will deny the claim even after they receive the police report. stating the lock was on the door & you can see the metal shavings on the floor. All this money they charge and they cant do anything to help out. I have a unit with different company in Newark & their so h hitech they can tell you whose in that area date time & exact location...their cameras do not record after 24 hours!

I needed storage space several months ago and stopped at Public Storage to inquire. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their facility. The space they showed me was clean, easy to get to and the right size for me. After several months I no longer needed the space so I vacated. Again the staff was great, so friendly and professional. I would recommend Public Storage to anybody needing storage.

I enjoy having a 5 by10 foot space but needed more. A 10 by 10 space was available on the same floor so it was easy for me to transfer my things. If you are thinking about getting more space stop in and ask Liz at the desk. the prices are surprisingly low.

Recently rented and the staff at this location were so great. Lexin and Justin were so kind and patient with me being it is my first time renting.

I needed a place to put my luggage for a few hours while I go to the Giants game today and Im heading to the airport to fly home after the game. The owner James was just about to have his meal but took care of me because I was in a rush. Im very happy with the service I received and hope others come here when they need a storage.

Not the best location. The first unit they showed me had a large support post in the center of the unit. The garage doors into the building are always broken and the inside of the building looks and feels dirty. It gets the job done, but I found a cheaper and far nicer building building to store my stuff and moved out within a month.

Kwuana helped answer all of our questions; made sure we had the right sized unit picked; and walked us through the proper way to get into the unit. As a first time user of public storage we were very pleased with the way we were treated from start to finish. We much appreciate the follow up calls as well to check on our progress.

This place is AWFUL. 3 times we have tried to have our lightbulb changed we have to put in a ticket really? When they actually change the bulb, its dim and probably used. Plus its about 85 degrees at least. Climate controlled? Ridiculous ...place is a RIP off! Would NEVER recommend. Spoke with property manager Lexine who told me to just climb up and turn the light. Wasnt put in right. Also was told the first floor isnt climate controlled however according to my contract it is! HORRIBLE customer service definitely contacting the BBB

Kwuana is always there to help and always greets people with a friendly hello and a smile. Victor was extremely helpful and courteous when I moved in. Clean, with truck dock. Perfect! Just bring a lantern with you as there is no proper lighting within the units.
