I’m standing in line to enter. They have only two registers open and easily 25 to 30 people in line. I’m being told they cannot let anyone in now. I’ve watched at least 15 people leave the store. I suppose this means they let way more customers in then allowed. Why not open another register??? Next time I will skip the brick and mortar store and order online. Shame because I would like to support a local business. But not when they provide such poor service to customers.

Great curbside pickup service! Packages ready as scheduled. Texted store when I arrived. Couple of curbside pickup parking spots right at front entry. Very courteous personnel came to car, asked my name, brought packages & loaded for me. Highly recommend!

I had to stand in line for an hour just to enter the store to shop. I understand Covid rules and the need the limit occupancy in the store but they literally did not allow more than 10 people in the store at a time, claiming they were understaffed. When I finally got in and was able to pick out my items I go to the cash wrap and as he is ringing me up tells me I cant buy some of the items because there inventory was off and those items had been purchased previously. What? I waited in line for an hour to get in and now I cant buy what is physically in my cart?! Needless to say, i was finally able to get my items. They are very unorganized. The store is a mess. Might be better to buy online and ship, save yourself the time and aggravation.

They make sure to know how many people they have inside because they man the doors.. Make sanitizer readily available. A little weird because the employees were fighting with each other

Theyre doing the best they can during quarantine, including the staff being super patient with customers.

The most poorly kept Container Store Ive ever been in. It took me forever to flag someone down to get help and then I was told I could only buy what I needed by making an appointment. It was especially frustrating since I checked the site ahead of time to make sure they had what I was looking for in stock and Ive bought the components I was shopping for at two other locations without making any sort of appointment.It was also very uncomfortable being in such a disorganized space and everything else on my list was difficult to find. Go to literally any other location than this one.
