We have been a repeat customer with positive experience. BUT after driving 20+ minutes to the store only to be turned away. There is a sign on the door that states by appointment only. We had looked online prior to arriving. Noticing their hours are limited to only M-F 9-5, which is very inconvenient for a full time working customer. No weekend hours. No where in online search did it read by appointment only. So we called from the parking lot to ask if we could come in, to which someone responded we have no available appointments right now. You just lost a repeat customer, we will not be back! You have wasted our time! What sort of customer service is this?!@#?!

Why didn’t I know about this place? Incredible selection and helpful staff. I had been looking for new cabinet pulls to replace what was already there so they had to be a specific size so i would not have to drill new holes. Needless to say they had multiple options to choose from.

Great selection but the people in the shop werent helpful. I asked if they had a brand of pulls and they just pointed me in a direction as opposed to providing any sort of advice. I was looking for advise to replace all the pulls in my house so just looking at their incredible selection wasnt enough.

A jaw-dropping selection of knobs and pulls and other household hardware. Kind of what Restoration Hardware used to be, but a greater selection and obvious high quality. Also faucets and related bathroom and kitchen hardware. Great stuff!
