It took too long for me to get assistance. The store wasn’t full nor busy. We waited nearly 20 minutes and had pressed the help button 3 times. No one came so we left.

I was at this pharmacy today checking for Covid’s stand-by vaccine’s opportunity since I am not still eligible to make a ask appointment. I am a front line essentials worker, have high risk health problem and have been devastated with pandemic like everyone else since last March.There were other CVS stores where I and my husband have waited hours and hours in line to get a chance being vaccinated as stand-by with extra vaccines for last three weeks however every time we got disappointed and sent back home .But today at this location we met Ernest Simeon and Ryan who are such a caring, honest and kind individuals who were helping everyone regardless. Ernest, Simeon and Ryan were helping people with care and kindness without consideration of favoritism we have experienced on other location .Thanks guys for such an honest

I went in to this location to get a couple things today and everyone was pretty great EXCEPT for one cashier. I did not get his name but he was young, wore glasses and had a teal shirt on. Anyways, I was coming up to the counter and only 2 steps away. A lady and possibly her daughter were rushing up to the counter from the opposite way but further back than I was. When I initially began walking up to this cashiers counter there was absolutely no one in line or upfront. I think the lady may have thought I was walking past the counter which I could understand since there was no clear indication of where a line was starting. Cashier shouts at me Oh the other lady was in line first! This really upset me because it was like I was invisible or something standing there. The nice lady offered for me to go ahead and I told her it was alright, so I waited. The cashier calls for another gentleman to help ring, Rogelio, who was really great and even offered to help with my heavy case of water. I really did not like the way that the cashier didnt even acknowledge that I was already to the left of him. It was rude the way he handled the brief interaction which may have been why he didnt want to ring me up. Where was the customer service training for that young man !?!

The coupon machine NEVER WORKS!i have to drive farther away to get my coupons.

I will give it a 0 star they talk a lot in the front & nobody say good morning to us like dam & they always busy

Nice customer service especially the younger Asian he help me with my partner prescription I think hes name its Vincent nice guy and the lady too I like this place I transfer all my prescriptions to this cvs

They actually do have great customer service! I was there yesterday and one of the female cashiers was so nice, helpful and very patient in the makeup aisle !:)

Received the worse customer service at this location yesterday. I went in to get pain killers from the pharmacy half an hour before they closed. There was two representatives there and both denied to help me because they said they were about to close. I had been in a car accident and pleaded with them and told them it was just pain killers I needed. Once again, they denied helping me and said I had to come back the next day at 8am if I wanted them.

The manager won’t take returns because they are from a different store. However CVS does not state that on their website. Asked to speak to the manager and manager said she was in a meeting.

How do they never have enough cashier or people that can open the locked items? Some cashiers better than others.

Pharmacist couldnt figure out my insurance plan and fill my rx even though I showed her my insurance card. She ended up giving me the rx by giving me a discount but still frustrated that I had to wait and call my insurance multiple times.

Horrible customer service, assistant manager doesnt know company policies refuse to provide customers with raincheck for advertised items . Completely unproffesion service . I rather go to ride aid and pay a $1 more for better service.

HATE customer service. Workers are lazy. No body helps you and if you ask for help they have a very nasty attitude. Photo Center is dirty and most of the machines do not work.

The workers are very friendly but the manager Lili Negreros is terrible, she is rude and despises with the customers I wanted to buy milk for my baby and when they were going to give me my ticket I did not let the cashier charge me just because I was going to pay with coins and when I asked him why he only made fun of me, his own workers advised me to report it because they did not agree with his behavior, other clients who realized what happened recommended the same because they say that it is not the first time that he has mistreated customers hope that more people will take the time to report it because it makes the pharmacy look very bad

Wrong. Because they have not marked the offers in ALMOST all the products, the promotion of the week ... how many ECB would you win if you buy such a product .....
