I bought Nerf Bars for my Expedition. They were delivered in great shape and look fantastic on my truck

Running boards purchased were not as described to fit my truck. Missing mounting brackets. Also when shipped back only provided one label for 2 boxes. I had to pay out of pocket to return useless items. Seller on Amazon. Be careful.

Just received my nerf bars that I purchased for my 2016 Dodge Ram, no instruction on how to install brackets, stated that bars were marked passenger side, and driver side! yeah thats not there either. I work for the biggest and #1 Dealership in Missouri. Who sells a product with no instructions?

I sent an item back and they never refunded my money ! poor communication!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau !!!

Bought $600 head lights and company wants me to send them the broken one before sending me an replacement. So they want me to drive with missing head light and risk getting into an accident.Won’t do business with them again.

This seller also goes by the name Champs Club or champs_club on ebay. Horrible experience with these people. I purchased a pair of steps for my truck and they sent me a mixed up kit with one step for something else. When contacted they refused to resolve the issue or admit to any responsibility.Basically they ripped me off and stole my money. Apparently from reviews here, they have been doing this a lot and getting away with it. Ebay would not offer any help to resolve either. I couldn’t even leave negative feedback because they said I waited too long??? Contacted PayPal and opened a claim, also useless, they allowed me to return the whole kit and only at my expense. That was equal to the original cost of the stuff. The quality of the steps Nerf Bars was also horrible, garbage. Pre-punched mounting holes were not even finished on the brackets, no instructions, no parts list. Wasted hours and days trying to understand what was wrong. One step actually fit, the other looked the same but had the holes drilled in the wrong spots.Do yourself a favor, buy from Amazon and avoid these rip off artists on ebay but beware they also sell on Amazon. Best not to use PayPal either, worthless in terms of buyer protection.

Company lied, this place is a SCAM!! They sent a bull bar that didnt fit my truck and then when I contacted them they refused to give me a refund. Would not recommend this company! Many other suppliers out there use anyone else!

Shipped me 2 step bars with dents in them,shipping box had no dents clearly it was done in packaging so now I have to pay $40 to ship them back and out of that money this guy is running a great scam and has one of the worst businesses and customer service out there PLEASE READ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you just want to waste youre money really deserves -stars

Moisture in headlights and I have had them in for a month. I drove at night once and the headlights are way to the left, come to find out theres no horizontal adjustment. Its too late to return them so Im stuck with junk. Hopefully I can get a shop to adjust them

DONT BUY HERE. Go to legit business. They sell you the wrong part then charge you 20% to return it. known on ebay as streetunes...read all the negatives there as well before you WASTE YOUR MONEY

Sold me defective car accessories online through Amazon didnt work at all, and now Im stuck paying shipping to send back to them which will probably be more then half the cost of the defective parts. Horrible experience.

Received nerd bars without installation diagram, when company was informed they then emailed the diagram for the wrong product. No way to reach after business hours, no website etc. Horrible customer service.

Took the money for the sale, never got the part! WATCH OUT FOR THIS ONE! NEVER GIVE HER/HIM MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PART! F+
