My experience at Silver Star Motors was a great experience an excellent experience the people their are very welcoming. Melody was the one who attended me she did a great job providing resources and great information regarding the vehicle. The mechanic Miguel was very knowledgeable and respectable in explaining everything they will be doing to my car. I had a valve cover gaskets replaced and my oil gasket they even topped off my car with oil and coolant and got me all original OEM parts they went above and beyond for my customer satisfaction caring and taking in consideration all factors with my car. I will definitely consider Silver Star Bosch Services to friends and family definitely coming back for more services in the future over all they treated me well with great fair prices. “This is a Real Review.”

Amazing place with a knowledgeable staff that wont try to rip you off and just take your money. I haul freight all over the states and was way overdue for my 40k. I just moved to Arizona and on my way to la noticed the car want running right. When I got to LA in the morning I googled repair and they came up. I stopped and was expecting to need an appointment or come back later. They took me in the spot even though they had every bay full of cars. Did my service for such a low price that I quickly paid and left before they could change their mind and charge me more. And did the snake stuff Mercedes does. Except Mercedes wanted 1600 for the 40k maintenance. I would highly recomend this place if youre driving one of the nicer car brands. And I could tell theyre well sought after because every 10 minutes a new nice car would drive up wanting service. They got me on my way quick and cheap. Off to Chicago now.

Do not recommend this place as they gave me false information. Went there this afternoon as I had a nail in my tire. The gentleman ask what he could do for me, I replied that I had a nail in my tire and I need a patch. He asked where is the nail. I said it was left to the center. He looked at the tire and said no I cannot do it as the nail was on the edge. No way was the nail on the edge. So I said forget, I then took it to my normal mechanic and he look at the tire and said yeah that is an easy fix.He could had easily turned me away and said he was too busy, but to lie to me and say that they couldnt patch the tire was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone and believe they were too lazy to work with me.

Long story short. It was our first time at this Automotive shop. An employee name David tried to tell us that we need to replace our cars Rack & Pinion for $1250 because that was the reason why our car is drifting toward the left. We didnt accept the offer and went to another shop that we been doing business with for over 10 years and they found out that it was our cars tires that was the problem; not the Rack & Pinion. If youre going to do business here then be careful for they may try to make you pay for something that is not needed at all.

Not the best attitude. Car had a weird rattling sound after oil change and when we went back it was because a water pump had broken. Right after the oil change? (Coincidence? I dont think so)

The fake shop tricks the customers repair shop! I am here to change the original brake pads of Mercedes-Benz. The price is very expensive. When I put it on, I will make a harsh sound as long as the brakes. I asked if I didnt give me the original parts. The manager said: We are all original parts here. There is a problem with your car design. Later, it was said that all the cars will ring after changing the brake pads, even my car I dont believe that it wasnt the original factory to change it to a repair shop!
