I don’t know if those negative ratings have any merit behind them but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I’ve been here multiple times, mostly for fluid changes (oil, transmission, etc). Most recently I got an alignment done here and it was perfect. This place is a no frills mechanic. There are no free drinks or loaner cars. The waiting area isn’t glamorous either. Just come get work done on your car and leave. No complaints here.

Horrible experience at this shop. Brought in my Honda Civic for a diagnosis for one of my lights on my dashboard that kept coming on. Ben seemed like a nice guy at first. Then they connected their computer to my car. Then took my car for a little joyride without my permission and then comes back to tell me there’s nothing wrong with my car. I then asked him why the light was still coming on in my car and he said he doesn’t know and that I should take it to the dealer. The thing that really upsets me the most is that he still charged me $45 for an issue he couldn’t solve not to mention he took my car for a joyride with out my permission. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They claim to be Honda and Acura specialists yet they can’t diagnose a simple problem.

I like the owner Ben. He service Hondas and Toyotas. I have been taking my 2007 Honda Accord coupe to his place for a few years now. His price is very reasonable.I would recommend his place for older models.

I have been coming to see Ben the owner for the past 12 years. He has been my families trusted mechanic for a few decades. He is fair, honest, and will never charge you more. I have had my car towed over 50 miles just to have Ben take a look. I could not ask for a better mechanic. I will take my cars here as long as I own my Honda. I highly recommend Ben and his services to anyone with a Honda or Acura. Ben has a lot of experience and he has a great crew to support him. If you like a hole in the wall, honest mechanic who wouldnt steer you wrong, then Vtech and Ben are your man.

Took my 99 Honda Prelude to get a used engine put on and everything went smooth until the mechanic ran into some problems and Ben couldn’t work on the car anymore. I Trusted this place because they claim to be Honda specialists but they gave me a car that doesn’t even turn on. Also was forced to pay for labor charges for a job that wasn’t even completed.BEWARE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!
