I brought my car here for so much work over the year. I think I easily spent 6,000 dollars with all the times I brought my car here. At first it was great. Well my steering wheel had a clicking sound one day and I brought it here to get fixed. Jordan showed me a picture of my whole front car apart and fixed the issue. Okay great. Well I went to open the hood to my car one day and it wouldn’t open. Asked him to please fix it since my car was there the night before and he worked right in that area. Well he charged me 25 dollars for his mistake and guess what the hood of my car is still not opening and the plastic part to open it under my steering wheel fell off. He refused to fix it for free. For being a long time customer and going there all the time for my car I am very disappointed in this service specially because it can be a simple fix and he won’t take owner ship. I Will never bring my car there again and my uncle will never bring his car there again. I’m very disappointed.

Work done was fine. Expensive.Re: Hi Jordan. Im glad you recall giving me the quote. Do you also remember when you told me that it was illegal to drive in the condition it was in? Not much of a choice Im afraid. Also, learn the difference between complaining and providing feedback. Blaming customers is bad business.

I found Jordan’s through google and went because of the good reviews. This place deserves the 5 stars. I went to get my vehicle inspected and Jordan did it in a timely manor, he is professional and kind and it was nice chatting with him. An added plus is that there’s a bakery next door that makes the whole shop smell of fresh bread and cookies! I felt respected and trusting of Jordan to fix some other issues with my car and I will definitely be returning if needed! Highly recommended.

Great shop and service, went in for an inspection sticker and found out I needed to have some difficult-to-reach bulbs replaced to pass. Jordan was able to get them done very quickly for me. Highly recommended!
