Every time I go to pick up my prescription it’s not ready. Numerous times Ive been told I gave to wait 30 minutes for a pack of birth control that comes already packaged. It’s not like they have to count the pills one by one. I got a message on the19th (two days ago) that says “you’re prescription AP Is ready at CVS Pharmacy” and I show the woman my phone and she tells me “when I come in today it was put back? Also when I showed the woman my phone with the message she tells me “you’re reading it wrong”. Got no message it was put back by the way. Now I have to wait 20 minutes for them to go grab a already filled package. Figure it out, you’ve run a pharmacy for 10+ years. On another occasion I went in to refill my prescription and the staff had the WORST attitude. When I went to go pick it up an hour later she tells me I didn’t have insurance coverage even though I had it when I placed the refill. So I went all the way back home to grab my card and I come back and the manager tells me “she’s new”. Train your people on customer service and how to do their job please.

CVS Walpole just needs help. They just can’t handle the amount of prescriptions, the calls, the service. It’s just a headache every single time.This most recent time... called to confirm my prescription was ready, because they never sent a text or called to tell me, pharmacist said she couldn’t find my prescription in there. I called my doctor they said it absolutely got sent in and to call the pharmacy back, call the pharmacy back and they said it wasn’t there. Called my doctor back and said they would call the pharmacy, which they did and the pharmacy had it there and it was confirmed and ready for pick up. The next day I go to pick it up and pharmacist looked at me dumbfounded and says no it’s not here....to wait an hour and come back....like no, thats why I called beforehand. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND HIRE THE STAFF YOU NEED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. I’m a patient person so if this wasn’t an every friggen time thing then I wouldn’t complain...

I had almost a year of horrible experiences at this CVS before I switched to the Walpole Big Y Pharmacy, (which has been wonderful). I have a very serious metabolic condition for which my doctors prescribed extremely large doses of several vitamins. This CVS constantly claimed to have given me 3 months supply of these vitamins, when they had only given me 1 month, presumably because I had such a large script. When I asked for a refill after a month, they initially refused to give me one, then inevitably checked their records and acknowledged their mistake. The last time before I transferred, the woman at the pharmacy literally said, we screwed up. Unfortunately, they often didnt have any of these vitamins in stock, and had to rush order them at the last second. I was in serious danger of not getting vitamins that are critical to my health. They also charged me a $7.00 copay on all my scripts, which seemed high to me because I had two quality med coverage programs. I constantly asked if they had both of those on record and they claimed they did. When I transferred to the Big Y, I was immediately charged only $1.80 copay on those scripts. CVS had in fact simply never registered my second drug coverage program. Over the course of 10 months, this cost me more than $250 out of pocket.

The pharmacy is the weak link of this store. Hire more people and figure out the issues. I am now waiting 8 hours later for my script that was supposed to be filled at noon. They told my wife they were stacking the scripts as they came in. so if you got a script this morning, like I did, it is buried at the bottom of the pile. if you can use another pharmacy I absolutely would. they have no clue what theyre doing. I am absolutely disgusted.

Worst customer service! so rude on the phone. They are not sympathetic toward their customers who have conditions. They could careless. They act like we are burdens to them. News flashes without us, NONE of you will have jobs. I suggest everyone at the pharmacy go through customer service training. They are always messing up on prescriptions. They love to change to generic brands without your consent even though my insurance does not cover generic brands.

Can you please fix your shortage of pharmacy staff. Im standing here in a 10 person line after waiting in your drive through wasting gas in a line of 5 cars. I can hear your phone saying 8 pharmacy calls on hold. And im staring at two pharmacists who are clearly stressed out. HEEEEELLLP.

IncompetentFirst they couldnt find my prescription, said my doctor hadnt sent them anything. Next day after speaking with my doctor and being assured that in fact she had both called and faxed them they still couldnt find it... Had to get the manager involved and guess what? Its been there all along.Morons.

Pharmacy takes forever at the drive thru everytime. Past few times Ive been refilled for the wrong prescription, given it, and given my correct one too.. that doesnt seem okay to give double prescription...?? then they switched me to a generic version without informing me. Not okay.

I switched to filling my scripts at this CVS over the Norwood one in my town because they are far more communicative, caring, and customer focused at Walpole. When some of my scripts are extremely important, communication of delays and problems is important. When Norwood failed me multiple times, Walpole came through for me.

Review is for pharmacy only....I am switching my prescriptions from here because they filled one of my prescriptions for the wrong mg causing me to take too much and didn’t fill another one after being asked to double check the bag to the hard copies resulting in another trip down and another wait. You’re not filling my fast food order, this really matters.

Just waited 30+ minutes trapped in the drive thru to pick up 1 script that was ready for my mom. Only one customer ahead of me. He was having trouble getting his testosterone pills accepted through insurance. He should have been asked to drive forward while they rectified his issue.

For the people leaving a 1 star review...I have NEVER had your experience. A lot of you have had a bad 1 time visit hence your 1 star review. Pharmacy has been nothing but kind as have the regular staff. This is our cvs of choice!

This pharmacy is the WORST they never fill a prescription in a timely manner. Every time you show up they are in the process of filling what the hell does that even mean?? Cause if someone was in the middle if doing it how on earth could it them 20 God damn minutes to do so. I pray every day they will put another pharmacy in the center so we had another option.
