Wow, what a gem. Dont shop anywhere else. Linda was great. The selection is unique and expansive. Theres no need to buy new while a place like this is anywhere nearby.

Parking can be difficult on crowded weekends, several rooms full of vintage and antique finds. Nice selection of upholstered chairs, beds/headboards, dining chairs and wall decor.

Moved to the area from the west coast about two years ago, and weve probably bought two dozen pieces of furniture small and large, lighting fixtures, a couple of rugs, silver plate, small items for gifts, and sold one mid-century console radio. We like to stop by once a month or so, just to see whats new. Ian is a great addition to the staff and fun to talk with. Make sure you wander around in ALL the back rooms too, not just the ones up front by the register.Furniture ranges from actual antiques, to reproductions. Make sure you examine carefully, so that you know what youre getting. Some of the stuff as shabby as flat-pack (ikea style) reproductions (got a few of those). Some is genuine late 1800s antiques (got one of those for $300).You need to look carefully before you buy. Ive spent a long weekend or two repairing pieces that had hidden damage. Pull drawers in dressers all the way out and flip them over, make sure the bottom isnt loose or the back isnt unglued, and the sides arent split. In one small piece the rails the drawers slid on had come unglued. If theres legs, make sure theyre firmly attached. If its small enough, flip the whole thing upside down and look at the bottom. Older furniture was held together mostly with tongue-and-groove and glue, but they used glues that dry out and evaporate over time, not modern glues.

We owne a large Victorian home and it’s not easy or cheap furnish and decorate but thanks to buy and consign. For the last 3 years we got pieces for almost every room in the house. I couldn’t be rapier with the amazing pieces and prices. Not mention the best treatment we could ask for it! Thank you Kelly and all the team for helping make our dream home beautiful again!

I use some tie-down straps (ratcheting ones are the best) or the like to hold everything under tension while the glue dries. Im not adverse to paying $30 for a piece (that probably should have been thrown away instead of sold) and investing another $50 in glue, screws and angle brackets to get a piece that my girlfriend thinks is priceless. But you may not want to do that.

Cool place to buy and consign furniture. It was easy to consign a set of lamps there. Can be busy sometimes, but employees were great.
