I recently purchased a Lamborghini Gallardo in Oklahoma and had it sent to Boston. To my disarray, during shipping the shifting linkage had been broken and I was unable to drive the car upon arrival. A friend recommend that I send the car to RayTeam, who took the car in and began work the day after I received it. Not only was the work completed to the highest quality and professional degree, but Alex kept me updated about the status of the car and made sure to get everything done in an incredibly efficient manner. They also washed the car for me as a courtesy so that it would go home looking as beautiful as possible. I could not be more lucky to have trusted my new baby with RayTeam, and I am looking forward to getting some additional work done by them next week. I owe a massive debt of gratitude and a huge thanks to Aaron, Alex, and the whole team for getting my car back on the road and feeling incredible. It is not so easy to find a trustworthy and caring mechanic for a Lamborghini, and I am so glad to have found my new go to shop.

Rayteam Automotive is fantastic, if you need work done on a German car and you live in the greater Boston area Id highly recommend them. I was searching for a shop to perform carbon cleaning on my Mk6 GTI and Rayteam came in with not only the best price but the best turn around time as well. At the time I was also experiencing a coolant leak and adding that onto the job was no problem. When I got there they checked me in and explained everything very clearly. They got back to me within an hour after doing a diagnostic related to the coolant with an estimate for all services / parts. I expected the job to take a few days. I dropped the car off on a Monday and received a call that it was ready for pickup the next morning! Huge help that it was so quick, given that the GTI is my daily. When I picked it up the process was as easy as dropping it off. As stated earlier, Id highly recommend Rayteam! They were polite, professional, quick, and the quality of work was fantastic! My 2006 Mercedes Benz slk 350 convertible was broken and couldnt find someone to fix it because it was almost $5000 until I got to the Ray team and it was fixed at almost half price. I gave it to a couple to use it on their wedding and broke it again but ray team fixed for free.

Everyone at RayTeam Automotive is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Ive gone in several times to have some work done on my vehicle and Im always presented with a comprehensive explanation of what the work will entail, required labor and very fair quotes. Its a clean shop with very skilled mechanics that take pride in their work. They take the job seriously and I wouldnt leave my cars with any other automotive specialists.

I trust my BMW 2011 328Xi coupe to Frank and team and they never fail to impress.I was anxious about finding the right place where I could trust the advice, quality of work, and prices, but that also offered great communication and a loaner when needed.On my first visit for a oil filter housing gasket, Frank game me the lowest quote I had received after calling other reputable shops. On the day of drop-off he also drove me to my work and later that afternoon the car was ready with no extra charges and he even fixed the plastic door sill panel whose brackets had broken.My next visit was for my control arms and bushings at 44k miles... he got a better deal on the parts than he quoted and saved me $200! For that repair I got a Saab 9-3 as a loaner which I took home for a night. Frank threw me a can of Liquimoly fuel injector cleaner on my way out.Drop your car off and you will appreciate one of the nicest shop you have ever seen. The place is spotless and filled with cutting-edge tech and some of the nicest cars youve ever seen. But as soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by Frank or one of his crew. Frank and his staff at Ray Team are experts regarding foreign auto repair. I have a 2007 Mercedes Benz c280 4 matic with too many miles to mention. Frank was able to diagnose a multitude of issues associated with my car and get the vehicle in EXCELLENT running condition. I was amazed that I did not half to hand over my net worth to him in order to rebuild the car. He and his staff have turned a neglected relic into a reliable daily driver. His team was patient and understanding and went the extra mile to assure me that my car was worth saving. In closing any future service and scheduled maintenance will be done @ Ray Team Automotive. Copied from my Yelp review:Wow. Wow. Wow. Responsive. Professional. Customer first.I came in because my 2006 BMW 325XI was overheating and likely needed a new water pump. They were the only shop that could take get me in within my extremely two day turn around (I am moving my girlfriend to Seattle and driving back to Boston).The person who received most of my initial calls was extremely nice and very receptive to my situation. I felt like the shop was really prioritizing me in the schedule given that I just couldnt wait. She didnt use any gendered terms on the phone, which I really appreciate, as I often get called sir by many mechanics over the phone.As soon as my car was towed in, it was immediately up on the lift. They had a diagnosis that it was the water pump, as well as a few other minor things needing done. They had all the work done by midday Friday, and I came in Thursday at noon.Unfortunately, after I got the car it still wasnt driving smoothly. I was pretty quick to jump on their work, however, they were with me the whole time and cleaned up one of the sensors they installed which helped. They even got me in Saturday morning and did a thorough look over, before having me go to a tire shop to get an alignment and balance, which helped a ton (they said - and I agree - the slight shaking is due to the worn clutch).I really appreciate the patience and care they took with me throughout this experience. I definitely am looking to make them my more permanent shop for as long as Im in the Boston area! They were extremely nice and even showed me the car when my anxiety was higher.A++ service and devotion to the trade.One thing I would like to see is dedication to gender neutral language for the other employees taking phone calls. I think this is a next great step in your businesss customer satisfaction. But youre already doing so many good things!!

My car was leaking oil after a valvoline oil change. I brought my gti to Ray team in a panic- they were able to find all the issues and fix it promptly and didnt break the bank while doing it. Total of 3 hours for a diagnosis and fix. Will definitely be back, highly recommend

I just got off the phone with Frank and interestingly enough I am calling from Germany for help. I had some questions about superficial rust on the vehicle and he was kind enough to stay on the phone and look at some emails with pictures that I sent him. This place is very professional extremely helpful and very caring this is a really good service and I’m sure if I were there in person I would be treated with just as much respect kindness and helpfulness. Ive been here several times to service my E92 335i. Frank and his team can quickly identify and fix any problem I encountered, at a reasonable price! Beyond that, they gave me a loaner car that also drives fantastic! Took my A3 to Audi Brookline for an oil change and tire rotation. Service department recommended $2,400 in additional necessary repairs. Interesting, since the AudiCare coverage had just expired...I called RayTeam and they reviewed the report and offered to take a look at my car, ultimately finding necessary repairs, too.$600 worth.Done.Andrea was super helpful and easy to work with. Looks like I’ve found my new repair shop!

I’ve been going to Rayteam since he was on Moody St. Almost 10 years now. I’ll follow him to wherever he moves to.Hands down, Rayteam is one of the best auto technicians in Mass. He is a fraction of the cost of the dealer for an equal repair/service. Nowadays it’s very difficult to find an honest auto repair facility.Additionally, I’ve never had to go back for something that wasn’t addressed in the first place.Highly recommended auto repair facility for sure. Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

If I had only 2 words to describe this place that would be customer service. There are many places around where you can get your car fixed. However, you are not always getting the service and attention you expect.Rayteam members, especially the owner, will go out of their way to make sure that you fully understand the problem, the repair, and the cost breakdown.I own a Mercedes-Benz. I should say that I am under the impression that they specialize mostly in VW, Audi and Porsche, but are very knowledgeable and have all the tools to diagnose and fix MB as well. I will keep coming back for repairs, as I saw unmatched level of customer service and communication. For someone like me, who is a bit of a car guy, understanding the issue and proposed repair is a must have.

I called up when it was nearing noon on Saturday. They had closed but still agreed to have a look on my Toyota Corolla. I was basically looking for an inspection of the vehicle before I took a day trip to New York and back same day. They were really courteous and had a good look on the vehicle and even topped up some engine oil and didnt charge me anything for all of this.

Really pleased to have found this shop. An incredibly welcome change from the service department at my local VW dealer. Frank and his team are all about excellent customer service, from the first contact when I called to learn more about their services to when I dropped it off, to the time I picked it up after the service was completed. They actually listen to the customer, ask thoughtful questions, make reasonable and reasoned recommendations. Frank texted me photographs of the work that needed to be done and then talked me through it all. The prices are very, very fair... never once did I feel as though I was being ripped off or duped into unnecessary work (unlike at the dealer...). This is a down to earth and unpretentious shop... if you want swish waiting rooms and fancy decor, keep looking; if you want excellent service at fair prices, look no more. 5 stars.

I was looking for a shop that uses Liqui Moly products and I found this gem in Waltham. Frank and his team were fantastic! A+ service and professionalism. Heather was a tremendous help at front desk. There’s a very noticeable improvement in performance of my CLA after the Liqui Moly oil change and engine flush. I highly recommend this shop. By far the cleanest and professional shop I’ve been to. Frank is the best German specialist around.E36 @ 220k and still running smooth.Frank has serviced it since 170k and I havent let any other shop pop the hood. If you drive German, or anything that needs special treatment, take it to Frank!

Frank and Siad are top notch mechanics, as good as youll find. If you own a German, an Italian or similarly complicated vehicle this is the place to go. They use the proper and most up to date diagnostic tools. They can do everything from replacing the valve cover gasket on your 2010 BMW 535i to fully restoring your 1968 Mercedes SL 250 to showroom quality. Theyre better and more through than the dealership but without the ridiculous prices dealers charge. Truly, you wont find a more honest shop.

German specialist mechanic who will also work on Mini Coopers since theyre made by bmw. They solved all of the issues I was having with my car, its diagnostic system and they recharged my a/c. Its a small shop but there were Porches and nice Audis so I felt confident that theyd take good care of my old mini.

I was traveling from NH to Charlotte NC, my gearbox went out on my 2014 Jetta 1.8t in NH and barely made it to Boston.. I spent 3 days at dealer to figure out I need new gearbox. Which was more than car was worth. Went to rayteam. They went out of there way to help me knowing my situation to find the problem knowing I was staraneed in Boston and trying to get home. They told me it was tourqe converter clutch wasn’t getting enough fluid. Simple fix. They helped me out so much. If I’m ever in Boston. I’ll only go to them now.

These people are great. i brought them my audi just to get some lights changed, they did that, gave me fluids and made sure that nothing was leaking all for free. theyre located in waltham and they work on european cars, so if you go there i dont think youll be let down.
