Service was great. received delivery date that was 10 days. This was said due to predicted hurricane but when I called back after there was no hurricane, they never restored the prior delivery schedule.

The gentleman who sold us the box spring was pleasant and knowledgeable and strong!! He carried our box spring all the way out to the car and looked handsome while doing it! He was dressed in a tie and dress pants and he managed to lift this heavy box spring and look cool the whole time! He was delightful and very helpful.

Justin assisted me at the Store in Waltham and was very attentive and helpful. The bed/ mattress were then delivered exactly within the time frame I was given. I even received a call to tell me the truck was 12 minutes away. The bed was promptly and efficiently set up by very polite delivery people. I was extremely impressed.

Super awesome experience. Craig was super knowledgeable, personable, and didn’t push up sells on us. We were able to buy a great mattress in less than half an hour. I felt super safe shopping. He’s a superstar :)Due to manufacture delays, our mattress delivery has been moved multiple times. Craig has been great, but we’ve heard conflicting messages from other people on his team. The corporate office needs to get their inventory system data managed so that everyone sees the same thing.

Large variety of options. Incredible service provided with exceptional professionalism. Janice took her time to show us our options and answer all our questions. Mattress firm guarantees a price match but when I came in today, a price match it was not possible. On top of that false advertising, the employee helping me out was visibly upset that I did not want to purchase a mattress that was priced $400 more than a different seller. When leaving I said thank you have a nice day and he said nothing in response. Rude.

Matt was SO helpful. He listened to what I had to say and wasn’t out to just sell a mattress. Price was reasonable and they offer free delivery. Can’t recommend mattress firm enough.

The sales representative was amazing and very patient with us, made sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it; we put $7+k down for some great Tempur-Pedic beds. She did a great job with a clunky and archaic computer system; not many people would be able to navigate that well. Your sales rep was wonderful, but you peeps truly need to upgrade that outdated computer sales system... Its holding back your sales potential due to its slow and clunky interface..

Bought a mattress from Greg at the Waltham store on November 4 2016. Gregg was excellent!! Professional knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.After one month the mattress we bought was not up to our standards and went back to Greg. No problem. Easily returned mattress and bought another one ! Not only was Greg his excellent self but the new mattress was delivered 2 days later and the older one picked up. Not only did Michael have the exact product I needed (a 4 queen box frame to raise my mattress), but he made sure I had it delivered exactly when I needed it - even changing the delivery date for my convenience. Excellent product and excellent service!

He answered all our questions patiently, logically helped us decide the type of mattress that worked for both of us and worked on getting us the best price possible. I was so impressed with his genuine concern and directness that we (my wife and I) not only ended up buying the mattress but also bought a frame for our existing bed. Very good experience! Serran gave a good tour of all the various mattress features and was very friendly. Also they offered to deliver the mattress whenever was convienent for me on saturday, which was a huge plus.

Just bought a new much needed firm mattress

I am the kind of people who are attracted by advertisements. Saw an ad on YouTube for Purple mattress. Really want to see and try the real thing but not just an ad. Hubby and I decided to go to the nearest Mattress Firm to see how different this high-tech silicon mattress would be like. Mahmut was very nice and patiently answering my questions on the differences of the original, Purple 1, 2, or 3 mattress (yeah, sometimes too many choices makes it harder to choose) and my random quesitons with other mattress. I like firm mattress and I tend to sweat a lot when sleeping. Mahmut recommended us the original one even though its not the most expensive one. I liked his honesty but not just pushing us to spend as much as possible with them. Ive heard Purple rarely has promotion but Mahmut still tried to give us a bit advertised special. Its been almost 1 month with the new mattress. So far being happy with it!
