George was so sweet. I called ahead to make sure the shop was open and asked if he took walk-ins. He told me yes, so I walked into the shop 15 minutes later and had a short 2 minute wait before he took me to the back and did a great job piercing my septum and industrial.

I went in the store last year and discussed different piercings. Finally went in a few weeks ago and had my nipples pierced. He is the best totally knows his job and did an excellent job been about 3 weeks and havent had any problems. Im so glad I meet him.Definitely going back to pierce something else,..

George is the best! Hes done my belly button, nose, and my second lobe piercing. Hes extremely friends and knows what hes doing! If youre in the area and need a piercing make sure you go to Almodas!

At first it seemed ok, they were open and someone else was leaving with a new piercing that seemed fine. HOWEVER the man then asked for no id and was still ok with offering a piercing after finding out I was a minor, tried to make us pay without showing any jewelry or actually doing the piercing, and when we asked to do the piercing first had a hissy fit (announced he wasnt going to service us, stormed into the back and started singing loudly(????)). Did not get piercing and left.

Went here for belly piercing and nose piercing and I can’t complain it was done really well. This was back in April and so far I got no infections. They give u everything u need to care for the piercings during the healing process. I recommend going here and I’ll be back soon for a cartilage piercing!

Brought my 16 month old daughter there today and we walked it, got her ears pierced quick clean and professional. Great value as well!

Ok I cant speak for the piercing quality of this place because I got my daith pierced and so far no problems. However - I would not recommend buying jewlery here. I bought a 30$ belly ring (which the owner did not tell me was final sale) and it broke after two days. Went back and asked for a refund, and he said no but that he would give me another piece of jewlery - which I didnt want because its obviously bad quality, but I took what I could get. A day later and the SECOND piece of jewlery broke as well. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary except for literally sitting and it snapped. Guess I learned my lesson :(

Love this place… mostly the owner. He’s done all of my piercing and we’ve never had any issues like infections and stuff

Great value and there’s lots of jewelry options available if you want to buy new pieces for healed piercings. I paid $45 for my cartilage piercing and a new stainless steel ring for my conch for $10

I just called and said I had a question and the guy who answered the phone said “okay hurry up” in an extremely rude tone and then proceeded with “hurry up, I have people” before I could even answer. So rude and unprofessional! I will never go here and will never recommend it to anyone based on the the poor first impression I just had on the phone. That’s just not how you treat potential customers/current customers.

Every time I come to this shop, it never opens up on time. When I come back there’s always a “be back in 15 minutes” sign. 15 minutes turns into 45 minutes. When running a business people need to have discipline, that’s what helps grow a business.

I got my nose pierced here! The man who pierced my nose was very helpful and made sure to check with me on placement preferences etc. Very clean shop and good selection of jewelry! Love my piercing and so far its healing very well

I desperately needed two dermal piercings removed. I called ahead to make sure the place was open, drove there, waited only a minute or two, and the dermals were gone in under five minutes with no pain! That was really surprising because they had been inflamed and looked awful. I thought it was going to hurt but he did it so fast and efficiently, I couldnt believe it! I will certainly go back for any other piercing needs.

I wanted an industrial piercing and I knew the ear I wanted it in wasn’t potentially workable. I risked it to see if it would work and it did not. The owner has been 35+ years in the business and told me he didn’t feel comfortable trying to make that happen. That’s stuff I can respect. He’s very knowledgeable and meticulous with piercings. I decided on a piercing that was better suited for my body and I’m so thankful for his help and years of experience! George and Jason are AWESOME!!!

One of the best piercing store ever in boston

I brought my daughter here to get her nose pierced and was very pleased with the whole process. The owner was very nice and took the time to allow my daughter to move the mark quite a few times before he did the actually piercing to ensure it was going to be exactly where she wanted it. He was also very adamant about the importance of proper after care and explained to her many times what she would need to do. We traveled a bit far from home to get to this location as it was a Sunday and many body piercing places are closed on Sunday but we would go back!

On February 11, 2017 I bought a battery for my Timex Watch and had a good experience. The lady who installed the battery was most pleasant and helpful, and did an excellent job. The price was fair and I want others to know about this wonderful store. Thank you, Almoda!

I went here Jan. 22, 2013 and got my lower right lip pierced. I can honestly say that I have not had any issues with my piercing. There was no infection or anything. The person who pierced my lip was very friendly, and gave me other pieces of jewelry to swap out for the bar initially used. I am thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and Im glad I got it here.

Been to this store for years, was great. Now there is an older woman working there who barley knows English. Gave awful service. Spent 10 minutes when I shouldve been in and out for a simple question. Will not be going back or referring any of my friends there.

Came in to get advice on an infected cartilage piercing with the original stud no longer in. A younger guy to help me took what felt like an hour trying to put an earring in; pulling and tugging at the infected piercing while telling me to trust him. An older guy came in on his break, scolded the younger guy, got a new stud in in about 5 min, and gave pretty good advice on how to maintain the piercing.If youre a gambling man, you might tolerate this shop. Im completely turned off by the inexperience of the first person that helped me.

The owner apparently has been remodling his house, and therefore the business is only open very sporadically. I have been there 2 times in the last week during normal business hours and its been closed. Very irritating. You might want to hire another employee so yo can keep it open for customers.
