Mark is amazing! My kenwood speaker had a miswiring issue code on it. From day one just talking It through over the phone, I really felt like Mark had my best interest in his mind. He was able to diagnose the problems the day I dropped my car off, and it was ready the next day. I am so grateful for the work he has done on my car and for his knowledge and honesty. I called Audio Answer to see about getting my cars auto starter fixed. Glad I called! Im looking to trade in my 140k mile 2011 Subaru with a broken auto starter I was wondering if it would add to the trade in price ( prob around $500 at this point). They told me that many dealers would most likely strip the car for parts and would take the auto starter out anyway. So glad I called and avoided spending money on something that would just be scrapped anyway. Thank you so much!

Came in for reverse camera install.Mark is very detailed, and clearly knows what he is doing. The install was seamless. I am pretty picky, and even I couldnt find a misplaced panel, a loose screw head, or a wire just hanging out. The price was fair for the excellent quality of work done. Id come back with no hesitations when I need more audio stuff installed

I went into Audio Answer to have a stereo system installed in my ’07 Honda Accord. Mark accommodated all my needs for the sound system and helped fit it within my budget – I have all the functions from the stereo that I wanted and the car sounds great! Mark is probably one of the most honest guys youll meet in this line of work. He helped me pick out and install a good, realistic sub/amp combo for my car and never tried to upsell me on things I didnt need. In fact, he usually went out of his way to explain his reasoning for why I should spend my money on better alternatives (this doesnt mean more expensive!) and always provided very realistic, understandable approaches.At the end of my install he had me sit with him in the car and play a bunch of music that I normally listen to so that he could tune the amp further to my liking. Ive never had any other shop do this for me and it was incredibly helpful. I think this speaks a lot about Mark and his business.I would recommend Mark to anyone as hes obviously a smart guy (just talk to him for 10 minutes and youll see what I mean) and has been doing this stuff for a long time. I found him to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest.

Mark was able to install my component speaker system in my 2006 Subaru WRX without any issues, he was able to use all of the factory locations for both the front and rear doors. Now I have an awesome sound system and everything looks stock! Awesome work!

I had a new radio/CD put in my 2016 Dodge Caravan because I wanted a USB added to play music from my IPOD, showing song & artist.
