Ordered print services for a document that involved ONE PIECE OF PAPER. It was an unexpected need and we were in a rush, as we had a client waiting so we ordered rush service. We went into the store to pick it up and the clerk informed us that it wasnt going to be ready for another 3 hours. We asked if he could print it off as we had an urgent need. We couldnt believe the song and dance we got. Its understandable that other customers were ahead of us but we were standing in front of him (he was on his phone when we arrived) and he literally had to press one button to accommodate us. The Staples in Bellingham is way better, customer service is far friendlier.
Amurah at the printing center is fantastic! She was enthusiastic and worked really hard with the details of my order. As an artist, I really appreciate someone who cares about the quality of print color and accuracy. Thank you Amurah job well done.
If you are ordering business cards with your own design you might want to go somewhere else. The machine is not reliably compatible with bright colors apparently. My cards were not the same color as the image I used for the background was supposed to be.This is odd because about three years ago I had business cards with the same image made at another Staples and the colors were as bright as in the original image. I was informed all Staples have the same machines. Maybe they have downgraded to cheaper machines. I will look for a smaller business that probably cares more about their customers, and will avoid using Staples.
Store staff manipulates sales price tags while charging higher amounts at the register. When confronted the manager laughed refusing to adjust the charge.
Went into store on a Sunday and virtually every price tag was wrong. Some were wrong from sales the ended the previous day but many had been invalid since October. Register rejected my credit card 4 times before finally accepting it. Abysmal retail location.
I needed assistance printing a shipping label and was provided excellent service from the team.
Great selection of supplies and also easy to find. Good prices on most things (pens in particular are quite expensive, but it is what it is). Cashier was friendly. What you would expect at a Staples, which for me has always been enjoyable.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Watch out for Staples. They are into bait and switch. They had a 99.99 price taped to the side of the printer from a certain date period including today so I thought it was on sale. They tried to tell me it was the demo price. So I said well can I have the demo one than and they said it wasnt for sale yet. I said well clearly it must be because its included in the time frame. The tag also didnt say demo price on it. He tried to argue it was on the side and not a front-facing tag. I said clearly when you walk down the isle the tag is large and on the side and you see it as you pass by. He then said lets play a game of devils advocate. I said sure. His argument was extremely flawed. I said sure that argument would work if the price wasnt stuck directly on the item. Its a good thing I know how to look up consumer laws. If this ever happens to you stick to your guns and pull up the official consumer laws. Baiting and switching is wrong and illegal in Massachusetts. If not for the money do it for the principal. Dont let these scam artists get away with it.
Their print department was incredibly disrespectful and rude. I called in advance to confirm if they could bind a 9x12 book, which they said they could. After the print supervisor Jose cut the pages he told me they could not fully bind 9x12. Since they already cut the pages I couldnt take it anywhere else. When I questioned Jose he raised his voice to me and accused me of lying and that I knew they couldnt bind 9x12 to begin with. They were completely incapable of binding. The book had to be rebound 4 times before all pages were bound together. When I did a final check to see if all pages had been properly bound I found that they had ripped certain pages. Every time their print department touched my project they made it worse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Their print department is inept.
They overcharge. Check your receipt against advertised prices. It has happened to me twice.
I LOVE Staples. Theyre from my home town, and theyre life changing.
Nobody to help at ups desk or printer counter.
Cashier very friendly and helpful.
It was great
Why have a sale on office chairs if the popular models are not in stock here? I’ve always bought my chairs at Staples but it seems I can no longer do so. Bummer!
01/29/2017So disappointed in this customer service at the printing area. The sales person was not friendly or helpful. Im not computer savvy asked how to print a document off my phone, she pointed in the direction of the printer. Great how hard would that be. That was it no other customers at her area for the 25 minutes I was there. Finally after not getting anything to print asked again for help reluctantly she finally came over. She then said, I would have to go into my email to print this document pointered to the computers and walked away. Starting to get an attitude as she has, asked her again politely for help especially at .30 a minute. Still didnt get my document printed. Left disappointed and frustrated and out $3.50 and my time. Hope she has a better day!!!!!Great Customer Service NOT!!!!!!Didnt want to give this even a one star..
The router died. I did some research, went to this Staples hoping to replace it with one of the highly reviewed ones I had read about. No luck. Every router there was from the same manufacturer -- whom no one seems to recommend anymore. The staff was friendly enough. If I hadnt wasted my time by making a trip to this store, Id certainly have more positive to say about them.
The attitudes of the copy staff stink! Its like they are doing you a favor to even acknowledge you. There is one woman - heavy set - younger - who works the day shift - the worst of the offenders! She once tried to have me enter my shipping information into their computer - her job - not mine. When I told her I didnt have my glasses and couldnt see to type she rolled her eyes, and huffed. She then said I would have to wait for someone else - when I asked why (and mentioned that I was in a hurry) she informed me that she was in a hurry as well - a hurry to go home! She remembered me the next time I came in - she wouldnt look me in the eye - and refused to help with an order (that I needed the same day) even though I offered to pay some sort of rush fee.She pointed me to the self-serve and walked away.I called over the manager - he gave me lip service when I complained and I did not see him speak to her the whole time I was doing my job myself.Another night - I just went straight to the self-service area - only to over hear two other of the copy staff talking about how good they denied people that day who needed rush service. They were taking humor in their reaction when they were rude.Needless to say I dont do any more copy work there - there is a FEDEX/Kinkos just up the road.
I had a large-scale, custom copying job I needed done and the Copy Center team at this Staples location did a fantastic job. The finished product looks polished, and they even helped me ship it across the country. I will definitely be coming back here for any complicated printing or copying jobs.
The Print & Marketing Services center was so helpful! I created my own wedding registry card by using a template in Microsoft word to add with our wedding invitations. When it was time to print I called the Waltham Staples store to help make sure I uploaded the file to send to the store for print correctly. The customer service Rep was so helpful walking me through step-by-step where to go online to place my order and get exactly what I needed. When I picked my order up in store an hour later a different customer service Rep assisted me in getting return label stickers designed and printed within a couple of minutes. Both employees were great to work with. They were very kind, professional, and most importantly they were incredibly helpful! They took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure they got it taken care of for me in a very quick and efficient manner. I will absolutely be coming back to this store for future printing and copying needs!
The sales help at the Waltham store is the most helpful of any of the Staples store. A fellow Rami waited on me and I could not believe how kind and respectful he was. I have been a Staples customer for years and I am ever so thankful I selected this one today.
Customer service during the day at the print center was great, Im very happy that I went back during the day, as the price to print the same poster- same request - same size was 50% cheaper. I appreciate the lovely young lady who was not trying to make the most expensive poster possible- 15.50 per poster - laminated after coupon was a huge difference (and the reason I printed) compared to 31.00 per poster- not sure where the difference came in but i did notice the first quote included an extra charge for having them ready in an hour when I made it very clear they would be picked up the next evening and no rush was needed. I appreciate honesty and next time will do my research BEFORE asking for a price. Consistency gains trust.
Calling the store for 2 hours and there is still no answer, how can that happen? When I finally got someone they transferred my call to dial tone, had to call back again and of course still no answer.I will never go there again, sorry I did in the first place.Dropped off something to be copied and it takes 24 hours?, Can they be that busy, when I walked in there were not to many customers and no one working behind the counter so how busy can they be?
Talked to Jose (Print & Marketing Supervisor) last night and today. Extremely close minded person with not willingness to help at all. I needed to make a couple of holes on a booklet (4x8cm) I made as a Christmas gift. I do not have a hole puncher and since I was in the stores nearby, I went in to see if they could help me with that. He said the price is the same as any binding, even if no material was going to be used, hole punching was hard enough service to charge the 2 holes on the 4cm side as a full 4A binding job. He said that if I was not happy with his rules, I could go buy my own hole puncher. I know at some point I will buy one, but that is not an appropriate answer for this situation. In general, horribly rude service.
Clueless staff let the line form to 6 people deep while manager was attempting to help customer. Finally after 5-10 minutes of no one being checked out, another cashier showed up.
Very helpful customer service, more suited to mailing, copying, poster making, etc, only ONE person on tech support, but since I was willing to wait, everything was great.
Great place to work in and also customer friendly 😋
Had everything I needed for my sons school supplies list! 15 cent folders and 50 cent notebooks makes me put money towards other things to prepare him for the upcoming academic year!
Helpful staff made my visit quicker.
Love having Staples so close to our office. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
Helped me with a charger. Fast efficient and super helpful even testing it in the store.
A very helpful manager!
Precision help. Great service.
Great place and good stuff
My experience was so good
My mom has been going there for years, copying her business materials. I even as a child always looked forward to tagging along with her.
Good near my house
I paid over five dollars to fax a 4-page document. I was in a hurry and didnt have a choice. Needless to say this ripoff compelled me to warn others. Will never shop here again.
Called this place 3 times and kept me on hold for almost 30min!! Horrible service. I asked an employee there that I would like to speak to a manager and as well the most AWFUL service!.... -.- probably not shopping here anymore...
Typical well stocked Staples
Rude costumer service from the cashiers, same thing since 2014, I thought they changed, but not.
Im not kidding, post-its, those little pieces of sticky paper, a medium sized pack of them costs nine dollars. Nine dollars! Im not one for shopping around, because I generally think my time is worth more than a dollar saved here or there, but $9 post-its? Thats just silly.
Easy navigation
Horrible and rude customer service
Great
It is a place where you find everything for school, although a little expensive.
Variety of office supplies
