This office is terrible. I leased a machine from them almost a year ago and they still have not processed the correct paperwork for the service contract. I recently called to have the machine serviced but could not get a tech assigned because of their paperwork mistakes. They promise to call you back but never do. Theyre simply interested in selling or leasing machines and dont care about support in any way. Once they get your money they move on and will never be any help. Stay away. Get your machines from another company.
