Didn’t want to abide by their own return policy. Wanted to argue about a product that wasn’t for me when I tried to return it. Also lied about not being able to return it. Stay away from these clowns. There was a female working the other day and she was very professional. However the manager Matt and the other cashier not so much. Won’t return to this location until some house cleaning is done. Not a favorable representation of what GNC is all about.

The product that I wanted was not in stock. I agreed to a delivery and, because of a 50% promotional they had going, agreed to purchase an additional item. That was on 7/12/19. As of 7/24/19, I have only received one of the purchased items!

Called in advance to make sure they had the two products that I saw online available in the store. I was told they had both so I drive 20 minutes to go buy them that same night. I arrived and learned that neither product was sold locally. The person in the store tried to help but had zero knowledge of supplements nor was he familiar with the layout of the store. He was new but clearly they don’t train people. I will never return to this store due to the last of customer service. I wasted an hour driving there and back.
