Thank you so much for the free hearing test and the counseling! I don’t remember the lady’s name but she has been just wonderful! Very professional! She explained everything clearly and really cared about my need. It ended up that I didn’t have any major hearing issue, and she was not pushing any expensive aids to me but helped me to google suitable solution for me. Thank you so much!

Dr Tamar Katz is the best person to contact for any type of hearing aids that are severely limited to suit you or your family needs shes helped me for quite a while now and she is a very great person shes like family to me and that says a whole lot for someone who went from completely broken down hearing aids from another person who destroyed my hearing aids and Im for ever grateful for her and her assistant Natalie when I would call she would get me right in to see the doctor and Im for ever great ful for her too theyre like my second family and I just wanted to make sure that you guys were not going to be forgot about you guys made me feel welcome and I am very grateful for everything you guys have done for me and my family because its been so hard for me to hear without hearing aids I just want you to know how I feel about hearing life in Waltham ma

To all who work for Hearinglife and to the people who got me the Hearing I needed!! I first went to the first ear place in West Roxbury and to the employees there are quite friendly and very helpful! They were the one who sent me to Hearinglife in Waltham Ma.When I first got there I was welcomed with friendly staff, who also helped me with the forms to fill out (the forms werent hard, it was for a couple of questions! )! Then I met the doctor(?), who is a beautiful young woman whom helped me with the type of Hearing aids I needed! Great personality 👌very educated in her field!I think, no, I know that the 2 women who works there should get raises!! Thats how great 👍they 👌are!!I think that your company is a very very great place to work for! I never said that about any other company before, except for the companies I had worked for! Both the service and the hearing aids have been terrific and help me a lot. I especially appreciate Tamar coming to my home to service my hearing aids as I dont drive anymore. To be able to hear well is a wonderful gift!

Very good experience at the location. Very friendly front desk and professional staff. They took their time to explain the procedure and also spend extra time to make sure all our questions were answered. They also went the extra mile to call a different location to find out details of a hearing aid that wasnt available at their location. Amazing in all respects and very highly recommended!

Tamira is very helpful, listens to your needs and takes care of aid problems. You always feel good and happy with your visit there.Receptionist Nicole does a great job assissting with appts. and is patient and pleasant. Happy with this place.

On time and professional service

The Mass.Audiology group in Waltham, MA were very helpful when it was time to get hearing aids for my brother. He was a little nervous at first, but was treated well there. And he actually wears his hearing aids (not like some of his buddies who keep them in the drawer). I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about what to do. No pressure there at all.

Very sad experience with a medical device salesperson. What should have been an informative, helpful, positive experience ended up leaving me feeling bullied. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and didnt let the salesperson strong-arm me into signing the ambiguously worded contract as I found the same exact hearing aids for half the price elsewhere. FYI, they wont demonstrate the product, and they wont let you even TRY a hearing aid unless you sign a purchase agreement with a creatively worded 30 day return policy... I also noticed several BBB complaints, not all of which were resolved amicably. No surprise there!
