Sorely disappointed. I paid a detailed craftsmanship price while order was clearly sent by someone who saw this product was missing something, but sent it anyway. Shortly after, a survey was sent to my email requesting customer feedback and I explained my issue with this picture - no response.Either their feedback request is just automatically generated and could care less about their service or they read my concern, fully understanding my issue and their mistake, but just chose to look over this deliberately. Can’t afford to purchase from this business again considering my orders are time-sensitive to customers.

Placed two separate orders and got no info regarding the company’s inability to fill them until I asked. Further communications went ignored until I filed a dispute through PayPal. Seems he’s more interested in responding to negative reviews than customer inquiries. Services were never rendered, will never do business with again.

Good products, however, some prices are little high, and if you order on line, they are very slow in processing and getting it shipped out. I wonder order here again if I had to.

I placed a pre-Christmas order on 20th of Dec. I knew it was close to the holiday and while I didnt expect it to arrive by the 25th, I certainly didnt think it would be over 60 days later and I still have no idea when Im getting my order. The lack of customer service is astonishing. Id cancel my order if it wasnt for the person this gift was intended for still wants the product. Seems pretty basic to let your customer know the status of their order without having to keep asking. Im now being told it will arrive 2nd week of Feb and then will be shipped to me. Stay tuned...
