Great place ! We stopped in the other day to upgrade our phones . From the moment we walked in we were treated very good . Jackie who works there took the time to explain all the details of upgrading. . She was fantastic, very polite and knowledgeable. She made the whole experience very fast and easy . Definitely recommend her to anyone . Nice clean store and definitely the place to get a phone .

Went in for an upgrade and Jacki was the only one working. Even though there were several others there she got to us quickly after helping them. She explained all the options and possible upgrades very clearly and answered all of our questions. She had a great attitude and even got us a better plan at a better price than we were paying currently. Would definitely go back to this Verizon store!

Can you please post accurate hours that youre open since the hours posted dont correlate with when youre actually open?? The phone rings and rings during hours youre open and then just disconnected after several rings... if youre closing early, is there a way to at least have a voicemail for the store stating youre closed?

I have used the Wapak store for years and they always have the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. My questions are addressed with courtesy and I never doubt I am getting the must current savings for my family plan. Jacki is my favorite staff member! She goes above and beyond and gives the best customer care. I never need to shop anywhere else for my Verizon needs.

Jacki and Jona are the most amazing people. They helped me with all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable on everything I was asking. Will definitely be going back there.

Vince took good care of us. He explained what we needed, recommended a more solid phone case that was the same price, helped my daughter pick out the SE iphone that was appropriate for her needs, on sale for nearly free, and not the flagship iphone 12. He sat with me and explained my data plans, and was honest that she could simply log in with her existing apple ID and save us the $20 setup fee for him to do it. Last year when he helped me convert from iphone to pixel, the $20 setup fee then was totally worth it. He put a lot of work into my case for that $20. Thanks again.

Went to this store a couple days ago to have my iPhone 8plus looked at because I was having trouble hearing on it. From the moment my wife and I walked in Vince was arrogant and unfriendly. If I could give him a negative 5 I would but because I can’t he gets a 1! He looked up my account and arrogantly told me my phone was out of warranty and the insurance didn’t cover it. That’s fine but he tells me I got the phone in 2015 and I said I don’t think it’s that old. The iPhone 8 Plus came out in 2017 so I don’t think I got it 2 years before that and when my wife showed him that he very arrogantly said...I’m looking at it right here and when we said it can’t be he spun his tablet around and pointed at 2015. He said well we’re just going to have to agree to disagree!! We got up and walked out and went directly to the Lima store. This Vince guy has a lot to learn about customer service and that means the customer is always right even when they’re not. I will NEVER darken the door of this store EVER again!! Arrogance has no place in customer service!!

We ordered a phone through Verizon and decided to pick it up at the Verizon store. That evening during the IOS update the phone froze and would not turn on. After some research we found that this is a common problem. The phone was returned the next morning with no problems. Issues arose later where Verizon billed us as though the phone exchange was the purchase of two phones.Called Verizon several times and didn’t get anywhere. Thankfully Rachel at the store was able to help. She was very helpful and professional. Within a matter of minutes she had the information I needed to provide Verizon and the problem was solved quickly. She genuinely wanted to help and saved me hours of calls. I would highly recommend this store. We felt just as important after the sale as before.

Not very friendly. Came in to look at phones. Said I wanted a basic phone. Pushed an expensive phone on me without letting me even see the phone she was talking about. In the middle of me asking a question, the phone rang and she picked up and started talking on the phone. No hang on. No just a second. I would not recommend this location.

I had the pleasure of working with Vince at this store. He was so knowledgeable and helped me get my new phone. The only downfall was the fact that he was the only person working and the store was very busy. He did a great job keeping everyone informed and letting them know that he would be with them as soon as possible.

My experience was nothing short of amazing!! Tara eilerman helped me get a new phone and wasnt the slightest bit hesitant to switch phones three times before I was able to decide on one. She was very knowledgeable and even stayed over with no complaints to help me. The only thing that i could say is that Verizon needs to get there systems working better so that these guys are not losing customers. And make sure you have an hour or more to spend in there because Verizon system is not user friendly or set up for a quick process

We received great service from our local Verizon store after failed attempts using the corporate website and chat function.

Smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. Very unprofessional. Would not even look at us while we were speaking. Did not greet us as we walked in or waiting and was very unenthusiastic while talking to us about our problem. I suggest the Lima location instead. Definitely worth the extra drive.

Courtney is amazing! I went in with my grandfather and I have never met a employee who could explain and execute as well as she did! Would totally recommend!

Have had my phone for two years and it looks just as new as the day I bought it. Went into the store to just ask some questions and they removed my screen protector and had my screen scratched within minutes. Will never go back again.

I would never recommend anyone go to this location for anything, ever. Not only is this based on my evaluation, but my parents as well.I went into this location only to look at a new phone. I didnt go to do anything else and I made the sales associate aware of this. However, the associate kept talking to me about things not related to why I was there. She claimed it was small talk, but honestly it was just annoying. After I was there for 15 minutes, I was finally able to look at a phone that I was interested in and turns out, half their phones on display are not even charged. HA. What a terrible place.Also my parents have had a rude experience here. An associate there was trying to get my parents to kick me off of my family line so they could make even more money off me.I suggest no one go to location even for the simplest task. Im not sure if they are trained to be rude and not listen to customers, but Ive been to other locations and this was one was by far the worse Ive ever been to. Its not worth the headache. Go to the one nearby near Eastgate in Lima.

Awful, dont waste your time. I had more help calling Verizon than I did going into this location. The guy pretty much told me I was out of luck and nothing he could do to help. Called Verizon and they were MORE than happy to fix my problem that he described as unfix-able.
