Garrett, in apparel, helped me over the phone with such a friendly and professional attitude. I was trying to locate an inflatable toddler bed and trying to use the website but it was not giving me enough information. He did a thorough search for me in several locations and found the item I wanted was not in stock for pickup in time for the holiday weekend. Super job, Garrett!!!

There is only 1 line with an employee working it. All other lines have been changed to self checkout. If I have to ring out and bag my own things, I should get the employee discount. After working all day, I dont want to have to go to the store and ring myself out too. Not a fan.

No cashiers as usual. Same problem as before the man power shortage. They want you to use self check out. I do all the work and no reduction for it.Prices have gone up, Kroger is very close on price and better quality food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Wapakoneta, OH Wal-Mart is not good. I was 110% ignored by the employees in electronics. 2 were at the counter trying to get a security device off a wireless dog fence device. I wanted to buy an expensive electronic item. I walked up to them with my wife at the counter. I was 1 ft away directly in front of them. I sat there for 3 minutes directly in front of them and neither said one word or acknowledged my presence. At the minimum they couldve said give us a minute please, but nothing, just ignored. They BOTH just kept messing with this security device. There were not even any other customers at the electronics desk. I walked out and wont be back. To make it worse the older ladys name badge said Coach on it. I understand that everywhere is understaffed and having trouble finding help, however this is unacceptable to me. I advise buying your electronics somewhere else or online. These employees truly dont care about their customers.

For starters I go to TlE and stand forever Before I even got acknowledge. Finally I seen a worker and asked if she was busy and keeps walking saying yes, no questions or anything. Then got some help from Aiden

Not good. The workers block the aisles while stocking even though they are always out of everything people need. Bad decision to remodel the store everytime I go in I feel like Im in The Matrix.

New layout is TRASH. Youve made it completely uncomfortable to shop at our own local store. I took pride in our walmart, but no more. Whoever told you to split up the auto, home, paint, tools and home improvement, or the shoes and clothing, or even put the jewelry next to pets and food lied to you. I now walked back and forth across your store 4 times looking for hose clamps, gave up and went to lowes.

It was crowded but it wasnt to bad. People just need to slow down a little.

Ive been doing the grocery pre-order where they bring your groceries and load them into your car for you. Really like this service. The employees are always very nice, and they always make great choices on fruits and vegetables instead of just grabbing whatever.

So packed! Need more cashiers and adult override people. Took 10 min just for the manager to get free to help a cashier... they need more hands not robots!

I had no problem got in and out without any problems. The problem that I have is that when I go to checkout. There is usually 1 or 2 registers open and there is always a very long line.

Trash on shelves I found four opened half drank bottles and two open cans in three different departments across the store.

I dont like any of them that has the do it yourself checkout. If I wanted to work I wouldnt have retired. Plus someday when the government stops paying the lazy people there will be more people wanting jobs.

Rude young employees. I asked where an item was and he told me he couldnt help me, that he was busy and walked away..

It was a very pleasant experience i was able to get what was needed. I even ran into a few familiar faces but still was able to get in and back to my daily chores using the self check out. Five stars from this Walmart shopper.

What can you say a Walmart is a Walmart the woman in the Scan & Go line save me $10 because I rang my cherries twice and didnt know it and she caught it. So thats a good thing:-)

I can never find anything anymore since they switched everything around. They put the shelves up so high now you cant reach anything! Always out of EVERYTHING! Staff are rude and unhelpful. Prices are so ridiculous anymore!! Not the cleanest, either. Im being generous by giving 2 stars!

Absolutely will never go get tires there again. IHad to go back twice to get the mess up fixed. Wont try to save time and get groceries and get tires at same time. My 11 year old knows you do the job right first time, you wont have yo redo your job again. Spent anExtra hour out of my day getting there mistakes fixed. Gave them a chance to make it right. They person working the desk was a douche. Wanted to change me Wont be back.

Its Walmart. Big daddy organization. But lets be real. They employ many many people, a large portion of which are inexperienced and arent all that much help when it comes to what one needs. And theres always so much stuff not in the right spot. Not to mention the sheer number of items not even labeled right. It can be so frustrating.

It was clean and orderly but checking out was bad . Not enough cashiers available.

I asked the toy stocker a question and he was rude. Try getting some at home before going to work.

I purchased an ONN 5.1 sound bar, yeah I get it, its Walmart so things happen, it didnt work. I installed it per instructions, Im an electrician so its not like its a hard job that takes a lot of thought. There are 4 ways to connect to your TV, tried them all, no go. I take the sound bar off one of my other TVs it works. Install the new sound bar on that other TV, nothing. I call Walmart, realizing, they didnt give me the receipt, not a problem, I paid with my card. I tell the person on the phone Ill be over shortly to exchange it, she put me with electronics, they dont have one. So I tell them Ill be bringing it in shortly. I get there, yes, at 10, website says they close at 11. Nope, customer service closes at 10, no one bothers to mention that. The two ladies at the customer service counter spend more time telling me how no one can help me than it would have taken to help me, honestly, because they actually cleared out the drawers way before 10. Ive had businesses, taken care of customers that close to closing, even well after close, and not as an hourly employee, so no extra pay...because well, I think its my job. Where I work now, I dont run out the door exactly at quitting time if I can finish up something in another 5 or 10 minutes, even an hour, same thing, no extra pay. So an hour and gas is wasted because they cant tell people, telling them their on their way in to make a return, customer service closes at 10. Just two weeks ago I had an eye appointment with them to get my prescription checked and maybe changed. They called my home phone, while I was at work to cancel, Im at work, not there. Left work and went to the appointment to be told, Dr likes to leave at 2, we tried to call you. Can you make it in before 2...NO! I have a job, to pay my bills, to buy glasses, I have to be there the scheduled hours! I cant go home at 2 because I like too, come on, really? Not impressed, is this what we are headed for?

Good luck getting the items that you went for. The shelves in the grocery and especially the frozen section are always empty. Not sure why, theres always so employees getting in your way while they are stocking shelves. I would suggest shopping other places if you can.

Really happy with the help I got from associates working in electronics around christmas time. Additionally, the price of the 3 laptops we purchased for our teenagers was so good we were able to buy them more to open Christmas day.

The cashier was slow the lines were long and people talking to the cashier and slowing things up, we want to get in and out.

I received a message about 6:50 that my order was ready but when I got there it wasnt. It was another 25 minutes until it was ready.

Always out of items. Associates are always in hiding. Not worth the prices long lines.

Wanted to exchange an item with the receipt an within the warranty time limit. We had to get a Manger involved and still pay additional funds.

Went their today no shopping carts on either end. My wife had to go out and get one out of the parking lot. I was told they let the people go that stocked the bins. They didnt think they did anything. So sad maybe management should get off there butts go do it there shelves. Maybe they would find out how much work I takes to do this. Especially in the winter time. Maybe management is just to lazy and needs fired also. If Sam was still alive you guys would be out of a job. My experience at the Wapakoneta, Ohio Walmart was not a good one. I was there to use the Pharmacy. I was expecting to be in and out within 20 minutes. This turned into a hour. I asked for refills on my medications and because one was already filled at the Walmart in Indiana they would not fill it and I was nearly out of medicine and on vacation. So the woman working with me told me I would have to drive an hour back home just to get my medicine. Then she wouldnt take my insurance cuz Im from another state. She offered coupons to get me through the week, but my medicine is up to $1000. I told her i wasnt paying $800 if she found a coupon cuz I know these medications are expensive. The whole time she started raising her tone and getting a attitude with me. Finally, we came to an agreement, but to get there and the struggle and rude service, I would never recommended this Walmart. Most rude pharmacy I have been to.

Love my local Wal-Mart Super Center. Prices are reasonable and they always have what Im looking for. The store is very clean and the employees are kind and very helpful.

Many items out of stock for normal everyday needs . People shopping as well as workers look stressed. Workers were nice when asked for help . All workers wearing masks and most of the shoppers wearing masks. Just another day surviving in this pandemic.

Was here around 630 and shevels was bear but they was stocking... had everything we was looking for . Asked associate to get milk from back cooler . He was very helpful and kind. Restrooms was clean. Had 4 check out lines open and self check outs open.

Nasty produce... only a few lanes open..some employees act bothered if u ask for them to check on things that shouldve been stocked to begin with..always out of stock on popular items..and the next week they dont carry it anymore...they always have things in isles (grocery) that dont belong..misplaced stocking .ie. cereal and jelly in the canned food isle... shopping here is due to pure necessity. ..
