I received a custom Growler in a local benefit auction that the Auglaize Embroidery team made and donated to raise money for a local family in need. I was pleasantly surprised in the quality and craftsmanship of this unique piece. This is a locally owned and operated business that has the ability to customize a large variety of items as well as a large selection of custom name brand clothing to fit all your needs. I will absolutely be a returning customer for future custom work and apparel.

Great hometown place to get spirit ware. Reasonably priced and so much selection in the store already. The owners are very helpful and the staff is friendly.

Our school did spirit wear thru them. the shirt was advertised as a youth large 14-16 but is NOT! I was told on the phone it was a 6-8 youth size. no exchanges or refunds. they said to buy another shirt. now I have a shirt that is not useable and an unhappy kid. poor customer service. I would NOT recommend them for anything!

I ordered a 50th Neil Armstrong tank top at the festival. N she ran out n had to order coz I needed a 4x. It came in 2 weeks later I told her I wouldnt have the money til the end of the month n she was nice n held my tank top til today when I went n paid for it. I love my tank top professional done!!!

Rude and inconsiderate. Won’t be going back.Went in to get two handkerchiefs embroidered with a single letter. Waited over 15 minutes for service. An unfriendly older woman finally came out, took my order but did not give me a quote or a timeline of when my order would be completed, just took my phone number and said they’d call. More than a week passed before they called to notify me my order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order the total was much more than expected, over $25 for two 1-inch single letter monograms. When I politely questioned this I was THEN informed that there’s a $7/per item charge for items that aren’t already hanging in the store.
