We were able to get a bed in a box delivered in two days which was needed because of my father in lawmoving in online there was a week to three weeks delivery so going to store was a good idea. i will give 5 stars if delivery is here as promised. turns out you cant return anything even if you dont open it thats ripping people off my father in law tried to get our money back on a mattress protector its whopping 180 dollars RIDICULOUS

I was accidentally given an extra firm mattress (I’m certain I asked for a firm) but nevertheless the problem was quickly rectified. Went to the Mattress Firm yesterday morning as my wife and I wanted a new mattress. Large selection of mattresses for all tastes and budgets. We were focusing on a specific mattress and asked some questions. The young man working was extremely willing to help us but gave me some very concerning answers. He compared buying mattresses to buying a car. I asked him a few more times why there was such a large price difference between a plush and firm mattress of the same model, specifically is the top cushion layer Theo my difference. He answered “pretty much”. I asked him to elaborate on that and he would not, be then pushed back. We ended up walking out. He was not very informed or was unable to properly explain their product.

An absolutely terrific experience the whole way through. Chris helped me find the perfect mattress and took plenty of time to show me the options and talk to me about the technology. He was very knowledgeable about bedding support and what would provide the most restorative sleep. The price was fantastic and he was even able to get me a good deal on the one I liked. I ended up calling and adding several things to my order which he took care of immediately. Mattress Firm was so communicative throughout the whole process, sending me plenty of notifications about when the products would arrive. Great, great service!

We went a few extra miles to the WARE location because we knew Kevin Kibbe would be able to help us find the right mattress. He completely exceeded our expectations. He really listened to our needs and helped us to select the perfect sleep system. She was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful and patient with my amount of questions. If your ever in need of a matress ask for Tara, shes far from the usual pushy sales people you meet when making a big purchase. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Peter gave me the best sevice and advice with selecting a mattress for my back pain. I tried a firm mattress with coils but it did not allievate my pain. He recommended a foam mattress that has been successful with others with sciatica. I like the trial policy at this store. I like the willingness to work with the customer for the best possible night sleep.
